10/02/2026: Thick focaccia pizza by the slice, regular slice (1/8 of a round pizza) or generous slice (1/4 of a round pizza). Different pizza than usual, I ordered a generous Margherita and Peter Pan, but the Peter Pan was a bit stingy with the fries and sausage.

19/10/2025: I stopped at the pizzeria "La Fonte" in Oltre il Colle by chance, driven by the need to escape the usual onslaught of motorcyclists—like myself—who regularly crowd the restaurant at Passo Zambla at lunchtime. Having encountered the same crowd the previous time, I decided to head down the slope of the pass to find a quicker and less chaotic alternative. So, after filling up my trusty Yamaha, I stumbled upon this small but charming place: a pizza by the slice that, I was pleased to note, also serves good gelato. I opted for a slice with onions and a Margherita, since the portions aren't excessively large. I must say, the choice turned out to be excellent: the pizza was excellent, served hot and fresh from the oven, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the staff was kind and friendly. Another plus was the cozy warmth inside, thanks to the oven, a real blessing considering the cold day. Finally, the price is absolutely fair considering the excellent quality. I think this will be my regular stop after my motorcycle trips from now on!

22/02/2026: I went to this restaurant with a group of friends to try the pizza. They seated us on the heated outdoor patio, which was still empty when we arrived, but after ordering, we had to wait a good hour and a half before being served (which would probably have been even longer if we hadn't asked for an explanation). They apologized and tried to offer a bottle of prosecco, but since we were all teetotalers, we declined. After we complained, the order arrived in about ten minutes, but some of the pizzas still had raw dough, the mozzarella hadn't melted, the tomato sauce was sour, and the pizza dough was bland. A gluten-intolerant woman with us also ordered gluten-free pasta, but unfortunately, the pasta was just plain old, and our friend felt ill. A terrible experience. I understand that the weekend is a mess, but I find several shortcomings unacceptable. I really don't think I'll be back.

22/12/2025: Over 15 years of loyal service from managers Raffaele and Lucia. Friendliness, hospitality, and quality give the place a genuine, family atmosphere. Excellent pizza, rich in toppings and perfectly crispy.

19/01/2026: I went for lunch because I was told they had a fixed-price lunch menu. The food was quite good; the pasta was al dente, the steak was good, and you eat on a cloth tablecloth, not paper placemats. The place is well-ventilated, so there aren't any cooking smells in the dining room like other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the lunch menu included some dishes I don't eat, so I opted for a second course different from the main menu. This didn't work out for me, and I ended up paying a lot more than a business lunch. Of course, I knew I wouldn't pay the fixed price, but I think they need a bit more flexibility, especially during work lunch breaks. That said, if you're flexible and don't have any particular dietary restrictions, I recommend it; otherwise, I'd avoid it.

23/01/2026: Decent pizza, pasta, and the daily fish special were very good. The mussels were a bit disappointing as many were closed. Be aware that if you order appetizers, they don't wait until you've finished before sending the rest of your meal. Good establishment.

12/03/2026: I ordered pizza from this restaurant every time I stayed at the hotel right across the street. The pizzas are absolutely delicious. I think the reason pizzas are so good throughout Italy is because they use quality ingredients, and most importantly, they're topped with mozzarella cheese. Unfortunately, this is quite rare in other European cities. The food is also very good. It's a simple yet elegant restaurant that those staying in the area should definitely visit, at least to try a pizza.
