18/06/2025: Visited the restaurant in June with my wife who ordered a burger. It was not cooked through properly, the bun was falling apart as they typically do when they are frozen and defrosted. This meal was aborted. I ordered Tuna steak with fritters, think they were filled with courgette. The steak was very over cooked and was very bland as it came with no sauce on the side and the fritters were very oily hence why I couldn’t even tell what the filling was. Overall very disappointed with this restaurant given the good quality standard of food you come to expect in Italy. Complained to the management and they refunded the burger part of the meal.

01/06/2025: We arrived late to Colico, and everyone else's kitchen was closed except for them! The waitresses were very friendly. We ordered two amazing pizzas! Highly recommended!

I'm sorry that the pizza chef was influenced but nothing justifies that whoever takes his place should be there ready to worthily replace his colleague. After having specifically said well cooked, I found the pizzas to be soft and not cooked very well. The girl warned me when I left saying let's hope they are good since they had already remade them because they were wrong, however for what I paid I certainly expected much more. I don't know if I would go back to eat pizza, have a nice evening

28/06/2025: Booked for 7.45pm and the order was taken 20 minutes later, being passed over by a family who arrived after us. We ordered 2 Valtellinese menus, which had nothing Valtellinese about them, asked for dessert the waiter didn't understand our language, not to mention the pizzocheri which were inedible.

07/06/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 soirs de suite. Tout était très bien les plats, l'accueil formidable du patron et du personnel. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Comme nous étions 7 , nous avons pu avoir un petit coin à part très sympa. Merci pour la dégustation del allorino et toutes les petites attentions.

06/02/2025: I visited this place for the first time, but I was incredibly happy I went. ☺️💚The owner is a very positive and courteous person. And the pizza is really very tasty. The dough was beautifully made and the pizza had a crispy crust on the bottom. 😍😻🍕 I immediately told my friends about this place and we will come back to you more than once! 🩶🩷

29/06/2025: English: An experience to forget. As already read in other reviews, to say that the staff is distracted is a compliment. In addition to the lack of professionalism, education is not exactly at home: after about an hour of waiting for a pizza requested as an appetizer, we asked for a basket of bread (which should be part of the service charge) brought to us in an annoyed manner. The first courses arrived at the table after an hour and fifty minutes. Let's forget about the total lack of observation of the good rules of how to clear a table at which people are sitting. Even though they had realized they were late, at the cashier we were not asked how it went and we were not even given - I do not say a discount but not even the rounding of 0.50 cents on the total (with the accompanying allergy to the issuing of the receipt). But since reviews should provide useful information, considering that there are several places with such characteristics (not exactly positive), in the dishes we chose (there were four of us) the Neapolitan feeling did not come through, not even in the pizza. Therefore, eating better while spending the same amount per person is not that difficult. Although I am used to giving a second chance, the first impression (arrogance, lack of professionalism) will not give the second chance.
