02/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the desserts, which I didn't find very satisfying. They have lactose-free mozzarella, which unfortunately isn't always a given. The place is small but comfortable, and parking is easy to find in the area.

17/02/2026: We can't say enough about the guys at Pizzeria Delfino. My husband orders takeout pizzas from them every week. They're always punctual, smiling, and attentive to our little girl, who raves not only about their heart-shaped pizza, but also about their ice cream, packaged in cute shapes. Customer service is essential to us. Keep up the good work.

28/02/2026: Dinner was good value for money. I ordered a cured meat appetizer, the coppa was black, and the waitress rudely replied, "Is that so?" without changing it? I didn't tell her I worked in a delicatessen, I left the plate, and for two slices of cured meat, she lost a customer!

29/03/2026: Last night, my friends and I dined at Pizzeria Byron and we all left thrilled. As a celiac, I can say I've rarely felt so relaxed and pampered in a restaurant. The menu is vast: an incredible selection of pizzas, all customizable, and what struck me most is that practically every dish on the "regular" menu is also available in a gluten-free version—even the casoncelli! The waiter who looked after us was impeccable: attentive, just the right amount of friendly, and very knowledgeable. As soon as I told them I had celiac disease, they changed my cutlery, brought the bread packaged separately, and my pizza arrived on a dedicated plate. There were six of us, with very different requests, and yet everything arrived at the same time. The wait wasn't long, and in any case, the quality of the dishes more than made up for it. The gluten-free pizza dough was different from anything I'd tried before, but it was truly delicious—and I even devoured the crostone. Last but not least... the desserts. Seeing those masterpieces being passed around the tables around us convinced us to try them, and yes: they're also available in gluten-free versions. Next time I'm in Bergamo, I already know I'll be back!

03/03/2026: We went to the restaurant alone, without a reservation, and even though it was a busy Saturday night, they made room for us. The food was good and reasonably priced. The house wine (red) surprised us with its excellent quality. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: The restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the quality of its food: well-prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and meticulous presentation. The rooms are also beautiful, spacious, and decidedly clean. The tables are large, well-spaced, and ensure a certain amount of privacy... at least on paper. It's a shame that the staff organization seems inspired by a game of hide-and-seek. The waiter appears as frequently as a comet: he passes, disappears, and then, perhaps, returns. With large rooms and tables far apart, the few waiters present tend to disperse, making even a simple request a test of patience. Acoustic note: the atmosphere is quite noisy. It only takes two people at the back of the room talking at a slightly higher than normal pitch for the rest of the room to be caught up in the collective echo. When there's more than one busy table, conversation at your own table becomes an exercise in lip-reading. In summary: the cuisine gets top marks, the location is pleasant and well-maintained, but the service and acoustics definitely need work. With a few more waiters (and perhaps some soundproofing), it would be a near-perfect experience. Prices: medium-high but adequate for the quality. Client: wealthy Brescians, generally followers of the cult of the double F.

22/03/2026: We went for lunch on Sunday; we're regulars because at least there's parking. The dishes are quite good and plentiful. For two, we ordered two tagliolini with shrimp, and they brought us two plates with less than 50 grams of pasta. We always order this dish, so we know it's not like this normally. The kitchen must have only prepared one tagliolini and, realizing the mistake, split it into two portions, mistakenly thinking they were pulling our leg. We told the waiter, and he told us we should have said at the beginning if we wanted larger plates. I don't care about eating a lot, but I don't care about being pulled over by being charged for one plate for the price of two. Instead, let us know of the mistake and we wait, because mistakes can happen. Next time, we won't say anything at all because they won't even see us painted.

19/03/2026: I was traveling for work and stopped for lunch at Ristorante La Bussola in Brescia, almost by chance, but it was truly a pleasant discovery. The service was fast and efficient, perfect for a quick lunch break. What struck me most was the atmosphere: it exudes a feeling reminiscent of Campania, perhaps the Amalfi Coast, with those white and blue colors that make you feel almost on vacation. A detail that makes the place different from the norm and very pleasant. The food was also excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and good-quality ingredients. It's one of those perfect places when you're away for work but want to treat yourself to something more than just a quick lunch. I would gladly return.

01/02/2026: I've only been to the restaurant, which is very convenient for those heading to the mountains, as it's right on the road and has convenient parking. It offers both thin pizzas and other typical and non-typical dishes. The risotto was nice, the mushrooms were nice, but a little salty.

30/03/2026: Pasta, pizza, and desserts were all okay. We suffered a bit from the cold, but the temperature wasn't pleasant. The staff was courteous. Service was a bit slow. I'd go back. Yes.
