19/06/2025: The food was delicious and a high variety of dishes were in the menu. The price was correct, given what we ordered (aperol spritz, starter, main dish, wine). But the service was average. The waitress who served us, was not very pleasant. Starters arrived quickly after we had our aperol spritz and main dishes come, while we still have our starter empty plates…

02/06/2025: Very nice and spacious restaurant decorated with many objects from a bygone era. Very welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes were good and plentiful, I recommend the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (there were a ton) and their famous cockerel. Fast and efficient service at lunch.

26/04/2025: 1- I asked for a pizza with spicy salami and they gave me a pizza with peppers, full of oil and anchovies. 2- they gave us the pizzas 20min after the time indicated by them. 3- we asked for 2 margheritas and one arrived in an armful and without mozzarella. 4- they didn't cut them even though I called later to ask for the service. Place not recommended because they are not precise with requests.

05/06/2025: We discovered it while passing through and visited it by chance. A real stroke of luck, as it's exceptionally good and reasonably priced. Authentic Italian cuisine at its finest, just the kind I'd hope to find in Germany! Here, special delicacies are served with a sense of ease, as if they were standard fare. We were thrilled and went back the next evening!

29/06/2025: Tried to find an alternative to other restaurants but the experience was not at all satisfactory both in terms of treatment and in part in terms of what was eaten. Table of 4 adults and 2 children, not knowing we relied on the staff by having them do it but with the instructions to serve 2 children's size menus and for us adults dishes with a quantity for 3 adults. In the end we found ourselves with dishes served in an assembly line style "all you can eat", the dishes seemed already ready, probably heated before serving, this is the impression given the dryness of some meats (mussels, scampi etc..) and the stringy breading The staff was more than attentive, I would define it as annoying, we dined with eyes constantly fixed on us, we didn't have time to finish that they were already there ready to take the dish away from under our eyes, the goal was probably to free the table in the shortest time possible.. To finish on a sore note the bill, we paid for what we didn't eat, paid for 6 maxi menus, if we had known we would have taken and taken home what was left.

18/06/2025: Located in the beautiful Valcuvia, after the Brizio descent, a few km from Varese. The place has a large parking lot. There is also a very welcoming veranda. The location is perfect... Maybe also the food and maybe with a good quality-price ratio? Maybe for the whole family and/or even for a business lunch with a fixed menu?... Exactly... it is no coincidence that there is a high rate of influx of gourmets.

21/06/2025: Neapolitan pizza (for real), it is perhaps the best pizza in Lodi: fresh, quality ingredients. I really recommend it to everyone, there are various types of pizzas and every month they propose 'the pizza of the month' made with seasonal ingredients.

06/07/2025: What can I say, the food is excellent. An evening with friends, I ordered three shellfish catalans. Aside from the beauty of the preparation, the fish was prepared in an excellent way, cooked to perfection, truly a delight. Then the homemade desserts are a spectacle. I recommend it. Excellent place, quiet, not intrusive and very friendly staff. Above all, prices exactly in line with what you order.
