03/11/2025: If you want a marvelous weekend in Lake Como, please go ahead amd book this small boutique hotel with an amazing home made italian food restaurant, breakfast is included and delicious, the view is breathtaking to the lake, room was superclean. Please be prepared with a little Italian because they barely speak English, but that's really the taste of an Italian experience

20/10/2025: We ate there several times during our one-week stay at the Villaggio Turistico Lugana Marina and were more than satisfied. I have to give special mention to George/Giorgio, who served us on the restaurant's rooftop terrace. He was very attentive, friendly, unobtrusive, and always had good recommendations for us. This man is invaluable at this location!!! Keep it up, we'll be back.

09/10/2025: Encouraged by the resort where we were staying, we went to their restaurant on Monday evening. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. From the start, the waiter was rude and rude. He graciously pointed us in the right direction. As soon as we got our menus, the waiter returned a minute later, expecting us to order immediately. We were with a two-year-old, and it's impossible to order something that quickly. As soon as we got to the "secondi piatti" menu, the waiter reappeared and rolled his eyes at us, ostentatiously indicating that we weren't ready yet. This put us in such a bad mood that it was impossible to sit and eat in such an atmosphere. This place is of a very low standard. The waiter needs service training. I don't understand how anyone can treat customers this way? Is it because we didn't speak Italian? Or maybe we weren't welcomed by the child? I don't recommend it, I advise against it, I warn you!!! Don't go to this cruel place.

26/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. We spent 40 minutes waiting for a pizza because there were all the takeout pizzas to be made first, and it was 7:00 PM. The menu prices are incredibly expensive. The pizzas have rubbery mozzarella that's hard to digest. They ask you to arrive at 7:00 PM to leave the place free for 8:30 PM, when the pizza takes 40 minutes to arrive. I highly recommend preparing the pizzas for those waiting at the table and not making the whole town wait for takeout.

26/10/2025: We had a family dinner. A very welcoming place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a raw seafood appetizer, which was very good and fresh, though perhaps a bit small for the price. Afterward, we had pizza, which was delicious and well-cooked with fresh ingredients. I didn't order dessert, so I can't rate it. The price was perhaps a bit high for the quantity and dishes, but the quality was excellent.

03/10/2025: AVE Pizza! A nice discovery and an excellent option if you arrive late in the area and want a quick dinner to finish some work on the laptop. Very casual place, "religiously exposed" :-) , super simple and "authentic" atmosphere. Lots of locals here and I was the only accidental tourist :-) Kind and fast service with Mimmo. I tried the local pizza - which is a must when I find it marked down - the Santa Maria: good and very fast. Then I tried the classic Milanese cutlet cooked very good and "fresh". Amazing price for being in Milan which confirms that the area makes the difference :-) and that you can eat decently even under 50-60 euros :-) I'll be back! Thanks

19/09/2025: We misread what a Margherita pizza was, and they handed it to us. After we got it, we went to ask, and they kindly explained it to us and even included basil. Thank you for serving us and answering our questions. We'll definitely be back, and sorry for the misunderstanding! The waiter and manager were extremely nice!

In a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, an original menu awaits us, featuring top-quality ingredients, pizzas that express the true passion the owners cultivate with love for their work. It was a true pleasure to discover a slice of authentic Sardinia in the heart of Pavia. 30/10/2025: La Bruschetta has rightfully been a local institution for decades: the pizza has always been excellent, and over the years, the cuisine has also remained very good. The service is always courteous and attentive, and the prices are fair. The only drawback, being a very popular place, can sometimes be the noise (perhaps a few more soundproofing panels would help), but this doesn't detract from the exceptional offerings of this excellent restaurant, and I'd also like to take this opportunity to further commend the staff, who always manage to make us leave with a smile.

03/11/2025: Easily the best Italian restaurant in Pavia!Every visit is a great experience - the food is always delicious, the red wines are top quality, and the hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. They make you feel right at home and clearly put so much love into their cooking. Highly recommend!

14/10/2025: We enjoyed our dinner. The waiters were happy to interpret our poor command of Italian. We had 2 carbonara, a Weiner schnitzel and a litre of house wine for €46. Excellent value and tasty. It's clearly a favourite with locals but they made us Canadians feel comfortable too. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

27/10/2025: The restaurant is located inside a sports center (so it seemed to me). The atmosphere is very refined, with modern and pleasant furnishings. We tried the four-flavor pizza platter. Delicious, to say the least. Crispy and flavorful pizza. The friendly and helpful staff made this a truly enjoyable evening. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the pizza chefs and the entire staff!

26/10/2025: The pizza is really good, the staff is friendly and courteous, the atmosphere is informal and makes you feel at home, so I definitely recommend it. To conclude, it's not just the pizza; the other dishes are excellent too.

11/11/2025: What can I say? Highly recommended in every way. Excellent service, excellent food, and customers are pampered and treated like family. I recommend trying the fresh seafood pasta because it's special and homemade. The fish is fresh, and the meat is tender and cooked to perfection. The pizza is also excellent!

30/10/2025: We've found our ideal hotel for our next trip to Milan! We had all the comforts we needed: a perfect sleep, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent shower. There's also parking, which is very important to us. After a long journey, we slept great, had a good breakfast, and then went out to enjoy Milan. Even though it's a bit of a drive to the city center, it's definitely worth it. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

13/11/2025: I was with a couple of friends, on a Saturday night like any other, but with one peculiarity. I was with important people like Orteip, Inallob, and Nilap. The fish was amazing, and let's talk about the waiter 😍 (fabulous). My favorite dish is the python (grilled). I stayed in the suite with my friends (perfect for a honeymoon). Great! Great! Great! Great!

11/11/2025: Went for lunch on the lake... found a place even though we didn't book... welcoming and refined place... the service as well as the dishes were simply fantastic... the desserts were a fairy tale

15/11/2025: The food was very good, but the service was a disgrace, and I'm in the restaurant business! The waiters had zero smiles; they practically pounced on the plates as soon as we finished eating. They didn't even offer us water or wine, even though we ordered bottles. Only one waitress smiled and showed respect for her work and her customers. For a restaurant of this caliber, with its supposedly luxurious outfits, etc., well, the service is seriously lacking. My partner is a regular, and even he says the service is dreadful. It's a real shame, considering the setting, the food, and the restaurant's supposed luxury. I don't think we'll be back on our next trips to Milan. If you want service that matches the quality you pay, don't come here.

13/11/2025: Whenever I'm in Milan, I always stop by Novecento...welcoming, courteous, excellent food, fair prices, friendly staff. I recommend it.
