09/10/2025: We were there for lunch and ate inside. Authentic Italian, full of employees from the surrounding offices. The waiters were typically grim-looking, but the service was great. The Bolognese and tuna tartare were excellent.

19/09/2025: Over 12 months on in September 2025 we came back and again had the scallopini limone and it was again outstanding. This time with mash and applepie with icecream to finish off. No sign of Antonio who is now in his early 80s and slowing down a bit. We ca't wait until next time to do it all again. This was a truly memorable eveningg in MIlan. The wine and beer before after and during dinner was enjoyable and the Veal with limone was outstanding. Followed up with tiramasu for desert it was one of the culinary highlights of our European trip at 87 Euros it was good value.The pizza with fresh ham(15 euro) the next day was spectacular as well. It was interesting to see that the Boss still had the same demenour (grumpy).

10/09/2025: I was at this restaurant for lunch today and unfortunately have to leave a negative review. I'll start by saying that I have nothing to say about the food: it was all good. What really disappointed me, however, was the service from the two waiters (a man and a woman). When I arrived, neither of them greeted me, and throughout the meal, their attitude was cold and very unwelcoming. They didn't bring me bread; I had to ask for the condiments for my vegetables (which all the other tables already had), and when I asked about the side dish buffet, the waiter simply pointed without explaining anything. Furthermore, at the end of the meal, no one bothered to ask if I wanted a coffee. Of course, when I left the room to go to the cashier, the waitress looked at me and didn't say hello. I understand that for me, being just passing through, this has little impact, but I think those who work in contact with the public should at least show politeness and helpfulness. If this isn't the case, perhaps it's better to choose another profession. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt to prove my attendance. 👉 This restaurant is not recommended.

15/08/2025: We've been customers here dozens of times, enjoying their takeout pizza, and we decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday there with her friends. Nothing to complain about: the pizza was delicious, the service was perfect and attentive, and the place was welcoming, with several air-conditioned rooms and outdoor spaces. The food was good, but above all, of high quality. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: For the first time, I ate pizza with stringy mozzarella oozing out from the crust... Fantastic... The dough is thick, soft, and light. The pizza is made with highly digestible flours, and since they're all fresh, it can be frozen. Besides returning, I recommend it to everyone.

16/08/2025: The tastiest thick slice is DELICIOUS! Especially the large one! And then the kindness and smile that greets you at the checkout is priceless!

21/09/2025: Came across this place while on my way to my bnb. I was a little scared to enter since there was no menu or anything, but the lady at the counter was so nice and she told me to come in and quickly understood I dont speak italian. Got my takeaway order super fast. Excellent pizza. Only one style. 10 euros for 2 slices. They take payment by card as well. One down side is the amount of grease, but it hits the spot.

15/09/2025: We went to Bar Sport in Vailate with friends on a Saturday night: a crowded place, a lively atmosphere, and decor reminiscent of '90s pizzerias, simple and unfussy. The house specialty is undoubtedly the pizzas, huge enough to overflow the plate. Despite their size, they're well-made: light and thin crust, good-quality ingredients. Prices are average, but the value for money is truly unbeatable. If you can't finish one (very likely!), you can take the leftovers home. In addition to pizzas, there's also a menu with dishes that, judging by the way they're being served, look very promising, even though we didn't try them ourselves. The selection of craft beers and the wine display are interesting. One downside: the wine bottles aren't refrigerated, and, thanks to the heat of the pizzeria's oven, the wines risk being served too hot to be appreciated. That's why we avoided them. A dedicated refrigerator, at least for white wines, would certainly be helpful. The service, despite the Saturday night crowd, was courteous and fast. Highly recommended for an evening with friends over pizza and beer.

14/09/2025: Whenever we're in the area, La Bussola is our go-to place (whether for lunch or dinner). Fast service, helpful and friendly waiters. All the dishes are excellent! The fish tastes like fish! Fabulous pizza! Their homemade desserts are also excellent! Great value for money 💯! For us, TOP!

10/09/2025: We went to visit a relative at Poliambulanza and on the way back we decided to stop for dinner at this restaurant and what can I say...a wonderful surprise!! The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and all the dishes were to our liking. The fish was incredibly fresh!!! We'll definitely be back because it's worth it!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

13/09/2025: Delicious dinner! Four of us had dinner at this beautiful restaurant with a truly enchanting atmosphere! The risottos were excellent, especially the blueberry one and the Sassella risotto with bresaola! The desserts were delicious, the cheesecake was amazing! The waiters were very kind, knowledgeable, fast, and always smiling! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

08/09/2025: A very friendly and warm welcome! The pitches on the hillside are pleasant. I've been here several times, and this time I had the opportunity to try the attached restaurant – you should! If you think you "know" Italian cuisine, you'll also discover the Lombardy version and the wines from Valtellina here. A new experience for me, plus the very friendly and welcoming treatment of guests!

20/09/2025: Good food and service. Prices are low. Perhaps too much noise and brawl due to the crowded restaurant, but even the waiters don't bother with quiet. But overall, a good quality/price ratio.

15/10/2025: Great Italian pizza. Authentic, from a wood-fired oven. Delicious flavor and very good prices. I highly recommend it to everyone. Very friendly service. The girl at the register was always smiling and spoke excellent English. No Coperto. We've been here twice and will definitely return.

08/08/2025: This is the perfect place for parents who want to enjoy a peaceful meal with their children, who can take advantage of a large dedicated area, which is also supervised by a childminder. The food is good quality and quantity, with special attention given to children's menus. I highly recommend booking.
