23/03/2026: Terrible experience: long wait, cold food, poor service, and dirty environment. Prices unjustified.

14/03/2026: We had lunch at Il Focolare and the experience was truly positive. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the meal. Another much-appreciated aspect is that dogs are allowed, which isn't always a given. The kitchen offers sophisticated dishes, always rooted in the local area, using quality ingredients. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the dishes. A small but very welcome detail: the homemade butter, truly excellent, adds an extra touch to the experience. We had bresaola with scatt, pizzoccheri, and, to finish, polenta with wagyu. Everything was truly delicious!

01/03/2026: A nice place in the center of Sondrio. The stone vaults are beautiful, but it's a shame there are no windows. The staff is courteous, the à la carte menu is too extensive in my opinion, and the wine selection is limited, and all are basic. I expected more choice, at least among the local ones. Linguine with clams, cooked too long and lacking in flavor. Abundant mixed fried fish, but unfortunately not very crispy. Good Angus steak. The girl at the cashier was kind enough to offer us an amaro. Unfortunately, for me, based on average, this is a place I wouldn't return to.

07/03/2026: We visited the restaurant while sightseeing. We chose it based on the wide selection of dishes. When we arrived, the waiters seated us and it seemed like the restaurant would be of a high standard. We waited about 45 minutes for our food despite the restaurant being half empty. No one came to ask us if we wanted something to drink, not even during the meal. We wanted to have dessert, but with the total lack of interest from the staff, we let our appetite wane and decided to eat it somewhere else. The pizza was good, but the wait, the service and the overall impression actually ruined the good food. I would definitely not go here again.

07/03/2026: A truly terrible experience from every perspective. The four of us ordered two tasting menus for €45 per person, one fish and one meat, expecting a menu consistent with what was listed on the menu. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The fish tasting platter for two (€90) arrived as a huge, showy plate filled almost exclusively with raw fruit and vegetables (even raw cauliflower), evidently used for bulk. The fish was practically nonexistent: two shrimp, half a lobster, a small piece of octopus, and a few mussels each. Essentially, €90 for a nearly empty plate, with more raw side dishes than fish. The meat tasting menu was also disappointing. The menu clearly indicated a selection of cured meats and gnocco fritto as an appetizer, and about 1 kg of Florentine steak per person. In the end, we only received one Florentine steak, weighing about 1.1 kg in total, to be shared between the two of us, exactly half of what was listed. When offering tasting menus at these prices, you at least expect consistency between what's described and what's served. Between the small portions, the plates filled with unreasonable side dishes, and the obvious discrepancies with the menu, the impression was simply that we were paying a lot for very little. Honestly, one of the worst value-for-money experiences we've ever had.

15/02/2026: We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day. The food and atmosphere were excellent, the prices were in line with a seafood restaurant and not excessively high, and there was a wide variety of both meat and seafood options! The atmosphere was magical, with the saxophonist playing in the background... I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner if you're in the area!

14/03/2026: Incredible food, and amazing service! Very unassuming, casual atmosphere, but the best pizza (the Divalo) we had at Lake Como, and probably the best we’ve had over several trips to Italy in general. Our picky daughter got the pasta al pomodoro, and it was simple enough for her to enjoy, but also very delicious and high quality. We also had a liter of the house white wine, which was great and was very affordable. Would absolutely recommend this, and plan to return on our next visit.

11/03/2026: Excellent pizzas with a crust as it should be! Very good desserts. Friendly staff. We ate in a welcoming atmosphere. The draft beer could have been better, but it didn't detract from the experience. We'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Homemade cooking, spectacular pizza, and easy to digest! Characteristic atmosphere, a bit like "Old Milan"! But the real added value is the legendary Nico's service and the sweet welcome from the lady at the entrance, who I assume is the owner! Prices are in line with the quality and service! Highly recommended!!! ❤

06/03/2026: A truly interesting place, with a winter garden that makes the dining room feel more airy. The food is very fresh, and the spaghetti with sea urchins is worth the trip. Contemporary Sardinian cuisine and a selection of wines and spirits perfectly suited to the pampered Milanese clientele. A special mention goes to the mandarin and Campari sorbet, which restores all the key digestive functions. Must try! The bill is reasonable.

28/02/2026: Hi. We had lunch today for my 94-year-old aunt's birthday. Excellent, friendly welcome. The place is very cute and welcoming. The fish was excellent. The raw fish we ordered was really fresh. Everything else was top-notch. The prices are reasonable and obviously depend on what you order. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. 26/11/2025: One of the very few places open on Saturday, November 15th: a pleasant surprise! Right on the lakefront, a host of very friendly waiters made sure the customers felt at ease. At 8:00 PM, there were still few but by 31:00 PM, they were so numerous that there were no free tables. The menu was quite varied and the dishes were beautifully presented. An experience to repeat.

22/11/2025: A very characteristic hotel and restaurant directly overlooking Lake Como. The restaurant is nice, the prices are above average, but the staff is very friendly. I recommend a visit. I forgot to mention that the pizza is very good.

22/03/2026: We had a great time. The only flaw is the two sittings. If there are a lot of people, the service times can get longer, and personally, I'm a bit nervous about that. 😅 Top-notch pizza. As for desserts, nothing special. It's better to have a second pizza. 🍕😋
