20/10/2025: I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the staff who welcomed me into their spacious and bright restaurant. The place has both an indoor area with a large television and an outdoor area. As always, I ordered a Margherita pizza and was satisfied. The wood-fired oven ensured that the pizza was cooked perfectly. The tomato sauce was exquisite and the mozzarella was well-blended. But what will keep someone like me, with a sensitive stomach, coming back is the delicateness of the dough.

03/10/2025: Last night we called for takeout pizzas. At the pickup time, we went to the restaurant and found a very welcoming atmosphere and very kind staff who prepared our pizzas right on time. Perfectly leavened dough, top-quality ingredients, definitely the best pizza in the area 🔝🔝🔝 Thanks to Adam and the rest of the staff for their care and courtesy, we'll definitely be back 😋

Friendly and professional service (the waiter mixed up our order because there were a lot of people over, but he quickly fixed it by offering us a drink). The pizza was very good and highly recommended! As for the rest of the menu, having known this place for many years, I've noticed that recently they've added more sophisticated and less "rustic" dishes than in the past, which personally aren't to my taste. Prices are a bit high for the area. I still recommend trying dinner at this restaurant!

11/10/2025: Very nice, we ate outside On October 9th, completely out of season. The charcuterie and cheese platter was outrageous, the mixed grill with side dishes was delicious, the price was more than fair, and the service was excellent.

03/10/2025: I returned for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, disappointment returned, and this time will be the last. The first visit (a business lunch) had already left much to be desired: The tagliata was tiny, with just six leaves of arugula and two shavings of parmesan—really poor value for money. The olive oil and salt, served in anonymous single portions in a sad little bowl, aren't up to par for a place that serves à la carte. The only positive note was the panna cotta, which was delicious and well-made. The mixed salad ordered separately was a disproportionate portion (for 5-6 people) and essentially only "green" vegetables, without any variety to justify the name "mixed salad." Despite this, I decided to give it a second chance. This time, I ordered an Angus fillet with potatoes, meaning any potato side dish (baked, spiced, etc.). Instead, I was served fries that didn't meet my expectations or what was clearly stated elsewhere on the menu (where, in fact, it says "fries"). When I pointed this out, the waitresses—unprofessional and very hasty—sent me off, claiming that on the menu, "potatoes" means fries. I would have expected at least an apology or a small gesture (a discount, a modicum of attention). Instead, even when it came to the bill, the cashier showed complete indifference, dismissing me quickly and without even a hint of displeasure. In conclusion: mediocre quality, poorly sized portions, unprofessional service, and no customer service. I'm giving two stars only for the panna cotta and the raw meat, but I certainly won't be returning a third time.

16/11/2025: Excellent restaurant with and without gluten. Delicious, generous dishes and a wide selection, even for those with gluten intolerance. Prices are average for the area.

27/10/2025: Pleasant restaurant with excellent pizzas and pastas, with a special mention for the carbonara. The prices are affordable, and the €3 supplement per person is justified by the beautiful view of Lake Como. The frequent traffic, due to the proximity of the road, can be a bit annoying, but the service remains professional and fast.

03/10/2025: Very good restaurant, both for the pizza and the menu. I'm giving it 3 stars for two reasons. First, when the restaurant is full, it becomes so noisy it's almost difficult to talk to the people at your table. Second, if you're in the entrance hall, which happens especially on weekends, you'll be eating surrounded by all those customers who ordered takeout and who are standing around waiting at the tables of the restaurant's guests... sometimes even the waiters couldn't get through. I recommend going during the week, not on weekends.

07/11/2025: We dined at SottoSopra for an academic dinner. The menu was extensive yet balanced, with excellent ingredients and equally delicious dishes. The service was extremely friendly and efficient, well-organized, and helpful. We'd gladly return on other occasions!
