12/10/2025: After our boat tour, my three friends and I decided to stop by Al Lungo Lago Pizzeria Ristorante for lunch since it’s conveniently located right across from the boat rental place. When I asked about truffle pasta, the older waiter or manager made a comment asking if I was rich — which came across a bit condescending. He also insisted that black truffle pasta is “garbage” and only white truffle is worth trying (neither of which are actually served at the restaurant). He even mentioned letting me try white truffle, but that never happened. Despite that awkward interaction, I decided to order the frutti di mare spaghetti, and it was absolutely delicious! The seafood was fresh and flavorful, and the dish was very satisfying. Overall, while the food was great, the service could definitely be improved.

15/06/2025: Alcuni cambi del menu hanno portato questa pizzeria da 5 stelle ad un massimo di 2 stelle. Mi spiace veramente e mi rattrista scrivere queste parole però le modifiche al menu vanno a rovinare un ambiente caldo confortevole ed amicale. Per mer era tappa fissa almeno una volta a settimana ma dopo gli aggiornamenti non credo ci tornerò più. Con grandissima amarezza porgo un cordiale saluto allo staff

22/05/2025: Ho mangiato qui molte volte. La pizza è buona, quella senza glutine mediocre rispetto a molte altre assaggiate. Una sera stavo aspettando le mie pizze d’asporto tra cui la pizza senza glutine di mio figlio. Dalla cucina esce una pizza senza glutine e il ragazzo addetto a mettere nel cartone le pizze con glutine, con le sua mani ovviamente sporche di farina ha messo sulla pizza senza glutine del basilico. Questa si chiama CONTAMINAZIONE e mi sorprende che un locale che ha fatto un corso AIC commetta questo errori.

20/03/2025: Personale cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato una piadina kebab che però era fredda e alla richiesta di scaldarla ci è stato detto che era da mangiare così. Patatine fritte non buone, probabilmente l'olio era da cambiare perché risultavano molto pesanti. In bagno non c'è il fasciatoio per cambiare un neonato e ormai nel 2025 me lo aspetto come servizio base. Inoltre nel locale faceva freddissimo, infatti il personale aveva lo smanicato o il maglione. Mi spiace ma non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei.

17/07/2025: Lo scontrino riporta "acqua minerale" quando è stata servita acqua microfiltrata (riportata nel menu) da rubinetto a QUATTRO euro al litro. E ne vogliamo parlare del coperto a 2,50 a persona? Certo, tutto regolare ma non se ne può più

30/05/2025: La mia recensione non deve intendersi negativa, semmai uno spunto per migliorare alcuni aspetti di quello che ho potuto vedere e mangiare in questo locale. L' INSEGNA è poco visibile, attira poco l'occhio, si faceva fatica a trovare il locale. La LOCATION apparentemente partenopea, ha un aspetto dozzinale, quasi da mensa aziendale, troppo rumorosa e troppa PLASTICA nella scenografia, piante e cassette di frutta anche sopra il forno. Il MENÙ non ho sentito i calore e il profumo delle pizze napoletane, le verdure erano crude non grigliate, poi l'antipasto chiesto è arrivato con quattro palline di non si sa cosa (forse arancini), e una quantità di palline di pasta di pizza (che non c'entrano nulla se non riempirti lo stomaco, qualche oliva ascolana o mozzarella, ci stava meglio) Il PERSONALE freddo e distaccato niente a che vedere con le vere pizzerie napoletane. Ha dato l'impressione che non vedevano l'ora che ce ne andassimo. Siete giovani, un po' d'impegno se volete guadagnare.

09/04/2025: Sono andato con mia moglie e mio figlio , ci avevano parlato bene di questa pizzeria , io e mia moglie abbiamo preso la pizza , veramente buona e digeribile , mio figlio invece ha preso i fritti napoletani e una pasta patate e cozze , squisite , locale piccolo ma veramente carino e caratteristico, sembrava di essere a Napoli, cameriere carine soprattutto Aurora, gentile e professionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

16/10/2025: What can I say...it's no longer the pastry shop it once was! The pretentious furnishings remain, but...nothing more. The only problem is the high prices on the bill, and mind you, the costs involved would be fair, but both the service and the prices are exorbitant, comparable to high-end pastry shops! CONCLUSION: I won't be going back. 🤷🏻‍♂️

07/09/2025: Very kind! I'd like to thank the owner for not charging me for the shaken Campari that I clumsily spilled on myself. Anyway, it was delicious, a super-rich aperitif served on a huge plate, all for €15. Absolutely fair for Milan.

23/07/2025: Another sad case of getting fooled for not reading the reviews first. A smooth talking waiter lured us to sit at one of the caffe tables. My wife said she wanted an ice cream. He directed her to a window where the ice creams - and the prices - were displayed. She ordered a pistachio ice cream listed at 8 Euro. ( a bit expensive, we thought , but we wanted to treat her) When the bill came, we were charged … 17 Euros. We asked the waiter and he said that 8 euros was the price if we had ordered at the window. As we ordered from him there was another price in another book ( that he told us we should have asked for ???) We travelled to Bolzano and to Merano and never had any such cheap trick pulled on us in any restaurant. For a few extra Euros, do the Dante cafe realize they give a bad name to an entire industry in a certain country ? And the worst of it, they carry the name of the greatest Italian poet. They should change their name to cafe Zanni in order to match their practices.

23/07/2025: Like many reviews on here, we got took by the offers at the table. It is a tourist trap and like others on here took the L offered. But our coke was like 4 cokes normally at $3.50€ each so the $17€ is ok if you can drink 4 cokes…lol. Food was very good (2/3 as mine was ok) but also bit on the add ons offered, another $32€ which isn’t really worth it. And the location was great on the patio looking at a 600 year old castle. If you stay at a regular drink and don’t add garlic toast and cheese the price is the same. Be aware of the upgrades they offer and lunch will be a normal price and of good quality.

23/07/2025: Horrible experiencia vine a este restaurante hace 6 sños y tenia un buen recuerdo de la comida y del servicio en esta ocasión la.comida igual excelente, pero el servicio dejo muchísimo que desear Llegamos 7:30pm, pedimos de cenar y empezó a caer un poco de lluvia, pedimos el cambio de mesa y nos dijeron que no estaba lloviendo tanto (teniendo mesas disponibles en otros lugares del restaurante) literal nos ignoraron aún y cuando volvimos a solicitar el cambio de mesa Empezaron a acomodar a loa.comenzales qué llegaban en mesas techadas y nos dejaron porque "no está lloviendo tanto" no vuelvo...

22/07/2025: Sarebbe potuta essere una bella serata. Eravamo un gruppo scolastico con circa 30 persone, tra adulti e bambini, pronti a concludere una giornata speciale con una pizza in compagnia. Avevamo prenotato con anticipo, avvisato tempestivamente di un ritardo di 10 minuti, e ci siamo presentati puntuali a questo locale... o almeno così credevamo. Ad accoglierci non c’è stato un sorriso, una parola cortese o almeno un po’ di comprensione. No. Ci ha accolti il proprietario, che ha ritenuto opportuno cacciarci in malo modo, rifiutandosi di farci accomodare pur con il ristorante praticamente vuoto. Il motivo? Il nostro imperdonabile ritardo di pochi minuti. Nessuna considerazione per la presenza di famiglie con bambini piccoli, nessuna proposta alternativa, nemmeno una sfumatura di educazione. Solo un rifiuto secco, sgarbato e privo del minimo tatto. Non pretendiamo tappeti rossi, ma un briciolo di umanità sì: ci si aspetta che chi lavora nella ristorazione abbia almeno la capacità di gestire situazioni impreviste con intelligenza, educazione e rispetto. Invece qui abbiamo trovato solo rigidità e un atteggiamento ostile, che ha messo in difficoltà 30 persone, tra cui bambini affamati e genitori disorientati. Un consiglio per chi ha bambini, per chi crede ancora nell’ospitalità, o semplicemente per chi non vuole essere trattato con sufficienza e arroganza: voltate l’angolo. A pochi passi troverete locali molto più accoglienti, dove la cortesia non è un optional e dove 10 minuti non bastano per perdere il senso dell’umanità.
