09/11/2025: It is hard to believe that a gorgonzola hotel exist in Italy and this one is vecchio borgo. I stayed in 102 room and the smell of mold was terrible. I slept with the window open widly, even outside were 10 degree. Terrible hotel, should be closed because is insanely dangerous to health. Never again there.

08/07/2025: Non è un posto cattivo, ma neppure un posto in cui tornerei di corsa. Il locale si presenta un po' vecchio negli arredi e nelle stoviglie. Il servizio è, seppur simpatico, un po' lento ed impreciso. La qualità delle pizze è assolutamente nella norma (io ho preso una salsiccia e friarielli), nulla di più, non ci sono proposte particolarmente interessanti.

21/04/2025: PLACE CLOSED!!! Booked for Easter Sunday with a nasty surprise... As soon as we arrived at the gate, we found a sign saying "closed for renovations." No one notified us... no texts, not even a phone call. What kind of manners are these? Five people had to run around trying to find an available place without a reservation. Truly speechless!!!!!! 1⭐ because I was forced to, otherwise the review wouldn't have been published. For me, even less than zero...

09/09/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered five pizzas, but only four arrived. The delivery man apologized, but offered to return the missing pizza after 12 minutes. This was absurd, because either everyone would have eaten cold pizza, or someone would have been left without one. In the end, I had to forgo the pizza myself and settle for some leftovers from the refrigerator. I can't judge the quality of the product, but the service was unacceptable: a mistake that ruined the evening and demonstrates a lack of seriousness and professionalism.

21/08/2025: Tuna and Onion Pizza with tuna and onion INVISIBLE...and luckily I've been going there often lately. I wonder how much he saved making me a pizza like this!!

20/04/2025: I had been to this place under previous management and it wasn't bad. I decide to try the new management for Easter lunch and the experience was terrible. Everything is seriously inadequate, from the terrible service (infinite waiting times, except for one table which apparently had inexplicably privileged service), to the shameful quality of the food, it seems that this new management entered a kitchen the day before yesterday... Always an old and poorly maintained place. Absolutely to avoid.

08/11/2025: Upon entering, a very strong and terrible smell, terrible staff, we didn't even have time to put the coffees on the table and they didn't ask us to pay very politely, I will never go back there again

29/09/2025: The first time I went there, they brought me an expired juice. We brought it back inside, and the lady at the register couldn't believe it. Yesterday, we tried again and ordered three coffees and a tea. After 25 minutes of waiting (and there was practically no one there), the coffee arrived, missing. They brought us the €10 bill. We asked for the receipt, but it didn't arrive, so we had to go inside and get it. NEVER AGAIN.

28/09/2025: We arrived and everything was closed. There's no signpost for the entrance, and no one at reception at any time. The air conditioning doesn't provide heat; it's very cold, with no blankets or shower gel. The wood and doors squeak a lot. The TV and the bed are particularly noteworthy.

25/09/2025: Went here for a visit to Bellagio. Old beautiful house. One can feel like in a fairy tail. Got a room with view to the mountains. Wonderful!

08/09/2025: When it was time to pay, the lady at the cash register started adding up the amount on the calculator. When I asked for a receipt, the embarrassed lady changed the amount, saying the calculator had made a mistake. A terrible impression!

14/08/2025: There was neither the pizza I wanted nor the decaf coffee, 2 people who were at the table with me wanted two different types of pasta, one tagliatelle and the other spaghetti and they told them to choose one type of pasta only because they have few burners...

27/10/2025: Really good pizza. Friendly staff. Fast delivery, the delivery driver is very sweet. Great price for Milan.

22/10/2025: Excellent pizza, the best in Milan. It's crispier than the classic Neapolitan one, which is why it's delicious.

03/09/2025: Rude staff and shoddy product! My son and I head to the restaurant, which immediately appears old and full of flies. Despite some hesitation, we politely ask for two kebabs. The owner is friendly and jokes slyly with my son about his football affiliation. We pay the bill (a whopping €22!!). We're presented with two poorly made pizzas. At that point, just as politely, we point out that we'd asked for two kebabs. The owner suddenly changes his attitude and, annoyed, blames us for the mistake (as in: the customer is always right!!!!), refusing to replace the pizzas with the kebabs we'd requested and already paid for. After much insistence, the owner shows up with just one kebab, boasting of his immeasurable generosity, perhaps demanding a "thank you" and, who knows, additional payment. When I pointed out that there were two kebabs and not one, he told us he didn't have time and that this was the best he could do. I could have eaten the pizza, which, although unsolicited and poorly made, had since gone cold. After my complaints, the owner and his coworker (I believe a family member) rudely addressed us and kicked us out. We left with two cold, "inedible" pizzas. I will never go there again, and I strongly advise everyone against going there.

16/05/2025: Yeast-free pizza? OK! Very light and flaky pizza? OK! Whole wheat, spelt, or kamut pizza? OK! Friendly and polite staff? OK! In short, worth a try and a return visit!

05/12/2025: Rude, unprofessional, and lazy. They never have basic ingredients. It's happened several times that I've called to order and, besides giving rude answers, they never have anything (I'm talking about basic ingredients like sausages, olives, ham).

29/11/2025: Ordered takeout on Deliveroo. The dough wasn't good at all. Some ingredients were missing. The next day we both had terrible heartburn. I don't recommend it.

15/11/2025: Cold pizzas, with raw vegetables. Bufalina cheese more like bread and tomato. Poor-quality salami. Poor.

19/10/2025: Contrary to what was indicated, the restaurant is closed on Sunday for lunch.

15/05/2025: The setting could be lovely, but it is poorly served. The terrace is in bad shape, the plastic tables are not up to par with the site. The cashier staff is friendly and smiling and this could save everything if it were not necessary to persistently ask for the receipt to get it. You can do much better.

18/08/2025: Dishonest people.. being intolerant to normal dough I ordered pizza with whole wheat dough paying the difference.. they sent me pizza with normal dough as if nothing had happened.. no warning, no communication, nothing.. I was left without dinner after an hour of waiting.. Never again!
