14/12/2025: December 8th. We decide to stop for an aperitivo at what's described as one of the most renowned and elegant venues in the city. The place is packed, but despite not having booked, we're kindly shown to the upstairs dining room, which is currently empty. A great start. Too bad that from there begins a sort of sociological experiment on how long a customer can be ignored. We sit for at least twenty minutes without anyone noticing us, while other customers arrive. At a certain point, the waiter in charge of the dining room appears and distributes menus... to all the tables except ours, leaving without even looking at us. Apparently, being the first to arrive didn't even warrant a greeting. After a few more minutes and the intervention of a second waiter, we finally manage to intercept the first and politely ask for the menus. We're asked if we want the herbal tea or cocktail menu. I reply "both," since I want a herbal tea and my partner a cocktail. All hell breaks loose. The waiter snorts dramatically, flares his nostrils, purses his lips, and sighs in annoyance, as if I'd insulted him or as if he were facing someone incapable of understanding, repeating the same question in a rude tone. I calmly repeat that we want both menus. He disappears. He returns after several minutes and, with the grace of an Olympic thrower, tosses us a menu of herbal teas and a dessert menu, before disappearing again. At that point, we both order a cocktail and also ask for two chips, enunciating carefully; perhaps a refresher course was needed. Chaos ensues. Tables receive random appetizers, incomplete orders, customers wait. We see our chips and olives arrive at another table, where a woman, appropriately surprised, asks for an explanation. She's told that "they're included in the aperitif." Too bad nothing else arrives for half an hour, with an increasingly nervous child. The ensuing discussion culminates in a very elegant "go fuck yourself..." from a waiter who evidently thought no one was looking. Pure class. Our cocktails arrive without appetizers, which arrive only halfway through after repeated reminders. Excellent chips and olives, it must be said: probably the only thing that worked. At the cashier, we're asked if everything went well. I try to explain my disagreement, but he arrives: the waiter in question (brown hair shaved at the sides with an upward fade, a perpetually sullen and annoyed expression). He interrupts, draws attention to himself, and effectively ends the conversation. The end. Such behavior is unacceptable in a venue open to the public, regardless of the quality of the food or the location. The disrespect, arrogance, and nervousness of just one person caused inconvenience to customers and colleagues all evening. We have no reason to advise against it. We'll probably return, hoping that the owners will pay more attention to staff training and, perhaps, take responsibility for what happened. Apologies, every now and then, are still in fashion.

17/05/2025: Top pizzas, even the slices and flatbreads. I recommend the Arlecchino pizza, a truly delicious piece of junk food!

27/04/2025: We've ordered a few times. The place doesn't feel clean at all, delivery delays, a grumpy owner, and the pizza isn't exceptional. The prices aren't bad, but that's not enough.

17/10/2025: Typical village bar with people talking at the top of their voices, bathroom occupied for 20 minutes... terrible hygiene.

11/10/2025: Absurd, unfortunately I have to give a very bad review for the management. Out of 10 times I've ordered pizza from them, 9 have arrived late, and even with the wrong pizzas. Half-hour delays, even though I called to order at 6:10 PM as soon as they opened. Tonight I asked for the order to be delivered at 8:30 PM because I had an appointment, and they arrived to deliver it at 8:50 PM. I called at 8:40 PM to ask if they'd already brought out the pizzas, and they told me to be patient. I've also worked in the restaurant industry, and the advice I can give them is to always be clear with the customer. I definitely won't order from them again.

26/08/2025: Margherita pizza with fries delivered to your door, unpleasant-tasting dough (banana?) and charred fries.

21/10/2025: As soon as we had breakfast, in addition to being slow as almost always, I was the only order waiting and instead of preparing it, the girls were busy chatting.... I had to go and get the order, the girl at the MC café was not at all friendly.

21/10/2025: Very well located, clean, fast service But I wonder why there isn't a roundabout to get back to the shopping area instead of driving all the way to get to the road.

07/10/2025: Good kebab sandwich but ?? The sandwich lacked crunchiness!! Probably the reheated sandwich was missing the topping

24/07/2025: Ieri sera ci siamo incrociati a Bellano con parenti australiani in vacanza in Italia e scelto di cenare in questo bel ristorante. Location molto suggestiva con tavoli vista lago, cucina soddisfacente, qualità/prezzo adeguata, servizio -a parte una attenta ed efficiente signorina bionda- direi normale, eccezion fatta per un giovane ragazzo riccio e scuro di capelli al quale imputo volontarie inefficienze mascherate con falsa e fastidiosa ironia (preferisco non usare altri termini più espliciti). Ecco, se dovesse avvicinarsi lui per servirvi, il mio consiglio è: alzatevi e cambiate ristorante se amate godervi serenamente la vostra cena (la qualità del personale non è certo un problema del cliente)

16/07/2025: Trappola x turisti .piatti a dir poco immangiabili ,fatti per lo più con quintali di aglio che tolgono il sapore ad ogni pietanza .personale scortese e sopratutto prezzi troppo aliti !!come ho detto all’inizio e’ una trappola x gli italiani che pensano di mangiare cibo italiano ma in realtà e’ fatto solo x i turisti stranieri

15/11/2025: I placed an order through glovo, at the Masim Hotel, it was supposed to arrive in 46 minutes, I call it, it answers and says it will take another hour, then it calls me that it has arrived, no sign of them or the order comes out, their insensitivity, a 2-star restaurant and their drivers who deliver from them, shame on the insensitivity, the pasta makers

05/10/2025: Don't order takeout from this pizzeria. I received two pizzas with onions instead of the ones I ordered. They even wanted to charge me even though I had already paid with Glovo. All my calls were ignored.

30/08/2025: If you eat it at home it's fantastic but I swear if you finish the sausage and chips you risk getting foul-mouthed

04/10/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas by the slice, a Margherita and a 4-cheese one. Both were good, but I expected the latter to be cheesier and with more gorgonzola, which was almost nonexistent. Fast service, and the owner was friendly and approachable. Very fair prices. I'd gladly return.

11/07/2025: Very good, super cozy place and delicious food! The focaccia was super soft on the house. I ordered lasagna and my boyfriend ordered a Parmigiana, we loved it!

11/07/2025: I ordered a kebab sandwich at 6pm and it's supposed to be delivered at 7.40pm. I waited until 8pm and they still haven't delivered that much longer. When I tried to call to complain, they started insulting me.

21/08/2025: The pizza is reasonably good, with a good selection of toppings, but it depends on the pizza chef making it—since the Egyptian owner isn't always there on weekends—he's often nervous and is known to be rude to his staff, and he's not particularly friendly with customers either! Pizza takeout with a few small tables for those who want to eat in.

15/08/2025: Disappointing pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the owner's rude behavior on the phone. I ordered through Just Eat from a nearby town: he claimed it was my fault and that I should be more careful, but since it was mid-August and few restaurants were open, it's certainly not my problem if he accepted the order. He could have refused it. I will never order again.
