23/12/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to delete my previous review (5 stars) and replace it with this one. The food here is good, but unfortunately, we'll never return due to the rudeness of the staff (who aren't young). I repeat, it's a shame because the food is good and we always enjoyed returning, but following some questionable behavior by the staff, unfortunately, they'll never see us here again. We would have loved to spend New Year's Eve here, but instead, due to the rudeness and impolite attitude of the lady, we'll spend it elsewhere. As I saw written in another review, "politeness is everything, especially in this line of work," and they're absolutely right. If they don't know how to treat customers, they'd be better off closing down. If they only want to cater to "a certain type of clientele" (as we've noted), they should open a private club, not a public establishment like they currently are.

17/12/2025: We've been to the Bisuschio location many times. The dishes are always delicious and the hospitality is top-notch.

05/05/2026: Everything was impeccable, the manager was extremely courteous and the quality of the food was excellent, all in a welcoming environment.

03/05/2026: Very nice place. We definitely had a satisfying lunch... We ordered first courses, including carbonara, tagliolini with ragù, and ravioli... all very good and plentiful, except for the ravioli, which were a bit small, but good. Those who didn't order first courses also ordered Fassona beef sandwiches and a smash burger... very good, very good. The staff were friendly and polite. As for the price? Let's just say that for the area and the food we ate, which was especially good, we were happy to give it a try.

18/05/2026: I came back after 3 years and unfortunately, things have gotten worse. The dough isn't the same as it once was, very heavy. The mozzarella isn't exceptional; a lot has changed, which is a shame. The place could use a makeover, very '70s-'80s. It's a shame. The service, however, is exceptional. It's the truth: instead of responding with criticism, the restaurateur should take the advice and improve. This is what you have to do. If you improve and raise prices, that's fine; if you don't accept criticism, you're professionally shortsighted and remain in your mediocre, peasant-like state. Tiramisu is made with mascarpone and must be creamy in color, not cream; otherwise, change its name to patussù. Out of respect, I ate it; I should have given it back after tasting it, but obviously I was expecting something different. Grow up and respect the customer; otherwise, change your career; the restaurant world won't miss you.

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The Caesar salad bore little resemblance to a classic Caesar salad. Instead of the typical dressing, it simply contained vinegar, oil, and five small dollops of avocado cream (?). The pizza was, sadly, the worst we've had at Lake Garda. The toppings were very unevenly distributed and consisted partly of large lumps, making it neither visually appealing nor tasty. This is all the more surprising since the pizza at the neighboring restaurant, Il Porti (?), was delicious. The steak was okay, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Overall, the price-performance ratio is completely off for me. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. However, the service was particularly disappointing. Actually, one should ask: What service? No one was attentive or present. No one asked if we wanted more drinks or if we enjoyed our meal – the latter probably because they didn't want to hear the answer.

12/01/2026: We were guests at this restaurant for Christmas lunch. Excellent food, attentive service, despite the restaurant being fully booked. We'll be back again.

07/04/2026: Recommended for the good pizza and the pizza chef's attention to detail in selecting ingredients and offering a variety of pizza doughs (a detail I really appreciated and which, in my opinion, demonstrates a certain passion for their work). The place is simple, familiar, and clean, but quite noisy when busy. I found the staff to be courteous, kind, helpful, and attentive.

05/09/2025: Decent pizza, the kind with a crispy crust. Quick and very friendly service. Extraordinarily low price on the lunch special. The place is housed in a tiny space: kudos to the two workers for their patience. The few chairs and two tables available outside overlook the street. However, there are small gardens nearby in case you want to eat outside.
