09/11/2024: Unfortunately it happened to me, ZozZzeria that I would never have wanted to see!!!! I was waiting for a takeaway pizza, I SAW WITH MY EYES, everything is visible in front of the counter, The Pizza Chef dropped an entire tray OF DI on his Zozzza platform BRUSCHETTE, he looks around, picks them up from the wonderful platform, blows them out, rubs them a little and there you have it, As New...he hands them to the waitress and off to the TABLE and enjoy your meal...unfortunately I've seen EVERYTHING. Congratulations...OF COURSE I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN YOU AGAIN..ENJOY.

18/11/2024: In the center of Varese, convenient if you are already in the centre, a little more complicated to look for parking, the pizza didn't convince me very much... the edges of the pizzas were all flat without bubbles, without irregularities and it seemed strange to me. Inside the place is nice, prices average, red wine to be in bulk I would say good.

30/10/2024: The ambience resembles a train station hall... loveless and cold. There is no trace of coziness, no one wants to stay here for long. The fish platter also tasted like old frying fat. The salad and the carbonara weren't a highlight either. Only the service was okay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/11/2024: The place was a bit full but there were free tables inside. However, since I had a small dog, we were told that everything was full. Beyond the food, this voluntary gesture identifies ownership and management well

13/11/2024: The pizza was good. Unfortunately we had to eat in the winter garden, so the pizza got cold immediately. Unfortunately, the staff can't do anything for their boss. Very unfriendly person. The service employee brought us the bill, we put the money in, the lady got it again and brought it back with the change. We then put a 5 euro note in the folder and were just about to get up when the boss came to the table, opened the folder and very rudely pointed out to us that the amount was higher than 5 euros and that we had to put the entire amount in. We had to defend ourselves so that we didn't have to pay the amount again. A very clear no-go.

05/01/2025: Christmas lunch, first time in this restaurant. You can see it has a history behind it, but it's half empty, strange for being Christmas. Okay, it's particular, an elaborate menu, maybe even the area doesn't help. Excellent starter, everything goes together very well, very high expectations for the rest of the courses. Risotto, a gamble on the fixed menus but a winning one, very very good, it's a shame that the quantity was literally a soup spoon, for the whole table... Okay, they wanted to serve everyone with a baking dish and then they come back, it fits ... (I did it too in my days when I worked in the hall)... No, no review. But yes, come on, they must have forgotten, it's Christmas... This is repeated with the maccheroncini with rabbit and with the tagliatelle (roast beef rather than sliced), something is wrong, even the panettone / pandoro with coffee doesn't arrive despite the tables neighbors and this was very noticeable, the dish on the table was missing. That explains the empty tables, congratulations. Customers are all the same, and should be treated the same way, especially if they pay the same way. If we had at least bothered, the "spite" would have made sense... Well, absurd, 5 star cuisine, objectively the food was good overall. 1 star service, 5/6 waiters, 1 room manager and doing a job like this, congratulations!

04/01/2025: I have nothing to say about the environment: very welcoming, comfortable chairs and a luxurious atmosphere. The food is all very good, the only flaw was the ham in the pizza, a little overcooked (but still good) and the tiramisu with definitely a lot of coffee. Regarding the service, they are all very kind, they bring your food almost immediately because there are many of them and you can see that they care about their work
