29/12/2025: I went last night to get a pizza. I called saying I'd pick it up in 15 minutes, and when they arrived, not only wasn't the pizza ready, they made me wait exactly 35 minutes from the time I entered the pizzeria. When the pizza was ready, I asked to have it cut, and it was cut all crooked, but that was the worst of it. The pizza was completely burned, and the crust was completely dry. I will absolutely never set foot in that place again.

27/03/2026: The service at this restaurant is impeccable and the food is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes ranging from fish to meat and pizza. The restaurant is spacious, perhaps still decorated in the same way as it used to be, but it's always a pleasure to return. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

01/02/2026: It's been a while since I've been to this pizzeria, where I had fond memories of both the pizza and the food, as well as the service and the cheerful atmosphere this place exuded. I returned on Sunday for lunch and I must say I found sadness on every level, as if the staff and everyone who works there were sad and resigned. The place was practically empty, the atmosphere depressing, the waiters dragging their feet... It all translates to the dishes. The seafood scialatielli were neither crappy nor glorious, and even more so, gourmet portions, but again, only in quantity (really meager, whereas they used to be super generous). Penne with shrimp (precooked) and zucchini, also lacking in quantity or flavor. In the end, four first courses (two Scialatielli and two penne with shrimp and zucchini), one water, two coffees, three homemade tiramisu (good but small portions), one beer, a (mini) lemon sorbet... €90.... I'd say the bill was a bit excessive, considering the very meager portions served. In short, I miss the "old" Il Vicoletto. It's a shame because it was a nice place.

19/07/2025: A very beautiful place in the Parma lowlands. Attentive and friendly service. The food isn't overly elaborate, but it's truly sublime. I arrived late and asked for advice; I couldn't have made a wiser decision. The marinated chicken with vegetables was a unique delicacy. I haven't eaten such good meat in ages. The prices are more than fair.

24/06/2025: The first one was good. After several attempts, we managed to get in. The fried cake and cured meats were good. The gnocchi in broth were delicious. The second one was also good. The culatello was good. The tortelli were also good. The Bargnolino was ok. The price was a bit high. We returned and I tried the anolini with stew in broth. They had nothing to do with the traditional Pramsana anolini. The tortelli with herbs and tagliolini with culatello were good. The desserts were good, the homemade Bargnolino was good. Another evening. On the night of the ruzada in San Svan. Mixed appetizer of cured meats and fried cake, followed by parmesan with onions in balsamic vinegar. All very good. Trio of tortelli with potatoes and culatello, and the star of the evening was ricotta and herb tortelli. Dulcis in fundo: sbrisolona with mascarpone. The end with Bargnolino and Tuscan cheese. A very pleasant evening with background music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Well done, Beatrice.

21/10/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't give less. I personally booked a room for some people who were coming to visit me and I can only say that I made a terrible impression! Starting with the set of keys where one is clearly broken and the owner could easily remove it in a few seconds. The rooms are falling apart, there is packing tape holding the curtain rods together, the blinds could not be closed because they were broken, beds from the 1950s and no linens under the covers, the single bed is like a military camp bed, the safe is not fixed anywhere you just lift it to take it away, the entrance doors to the rooms are simple internal doors, cables dangling everywhere and above all arrogance on the part of the owner who shows up in a greasy sweater saying that the room you see in the photo would be a perfect quadruple and responds arrogantly to my partner who, shocked, pointed out the various problems. !! (There was barely enough room in the bathroom.) I would have sunk... Oh, the price, €90 a night without breakfast! Needless to say, they immediately left somewhere else... Never again, I strongly advise against it.

13/09/2025: I bought two stuffed calzones for takeout. Apparently they didn't have the right boxes, so they squashed them and put them in a regular pizza box. Then they were burned. Bad experience.

23/12/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to delete my previous review (5 stars) and replace it with this one. The food here is good, but unfortunately, we'll never return due to the rudeness of the staff (who aren't young). I repeat, it's a shame because the food is good and we always enjoyed returning, but following some questionable behavior by the staff, unfortunately, they'll never see us here again. We would have loved to spend New Year's Eve here, but instead, due to the rudeness and impolite attitude of the lady, we'll spend it elsewhere. As I saw written in another review, "politeness is everything, especially in this line of work," and they're absolutely right. If they don't know how to treat customers, they'd be better off closing down. If they only want to cater to "a certain type of clientele" (as we've noted), they should open a private club, not a public establishment like they currently are.

14/12/2025: Regular customer with my family. A classic, somewhat unpretentious place with low prices and high yields, meaning a very competitive quality/price ratio. Granted, the service isn't impeccable, the place is a bit spartan, and sometimes the wait times are a bit long, but the staff is always committed, the place is clean (the bathrooms are always tidy), and the portions are always good and generous.
