09/03/2026: Excellent restaurant on the way back from the mountains. Hearty dishes at a great price, and staff are happy to offer two off-menu vegan options.

01/02/2026: We tried this little restaurant, which seemed typical of the area, and were generally satisfied. The menu wasn't as extensive as the one we found online. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, even though it was 7:30, with us and two other tables. The appetizer platter with fried gnocco was very salty, and the polenta was not very good (which we asked for). The cured meats deserve praise, very good and fresh, as were the cheeses with honey, which were also appreciated. Unfortunately, the giardiniera wasn't great, and finally, the grilled vegetables (our addition) were decent. For starters, the sottobosco (woodland pasta), spaghetti with chestnut flour (which you barely tasted), and mushrooms with melted Silter cheese were good, but unfortunately, I had to keep digesting them all evening because when people came in, a cold breeze blew in, which probably didn't help my digestion. My boyfriend had the same problem with his grandmother's casonsei (pasta with a lot of sauce). Overall, a pleasant evening, generous dishes. We spent €62.

30/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant in Finale Ligure at the end of April. It's artichoke season, and the menu offers a wide variety of artichoke-based dishes. All the dishes were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back to try the pizza, which they say is delicious.

16/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria and restaurant in the center of Pietra Ligure. We've been coming to Mimmo's for years and have always had a positive experience. Good food and a family atmosphere.

16/05/2026: On a school trip, the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming us all (about 60 people, including students and teachers) for lunch. They offered a set menu for everyone (Margherita pizza and a drink). The pizza was delicious and light, and the atmosphere was comfortable in the delightful setting of Pietra Ligure. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

26/04/2026: Excellent pizza, truly delicious. They offer a variety of doughs besides the classic one; I tried a whole wheat one and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly. The desserts are classic '80s-style; the place is simple but pleasant. I think the price for a full dinner (topped pizza, dessert, soft drink, water, and coffee) is a bit high, perhaps considering the type of place. However, I must compliment you on the excellent pizza. I'll definitely be back.

31/05/2026: Having done the acid test... Friends brought us pizza and pasta dishes that were very good and easy to digest. Having eaten late and having had no problems, I'd say it passed the acid test with flying colors. The ingredients are of good quality; I'd recommend it, especially for those who love Neapolitan pizza. The staff are friendly and helpful.
