19/07/2026: The pork fritters were watery, so definitely frozen and tasteless. The papadelle al cinghiale were horribly salty, and I couldn't find any pieces of wild boar. As for the profiteroles, they were clearly mass-produced! I wouldn't call that cooking, especially in Italy, where you can so often enjoy delicious food. The waitress was very friendly and wanted to practice her French with us. The only positive thing about the restaurant!

28/06/2026: Deborah, the pizzaiola toppp...."la bastarda" (the pizza 😁) is truly amazing... plus, it's cooked perfectly, even for takeaway, the last slice was crispy and perfect!!! Ordered Tuesday

09/06/2026: Excellent pizza! We went during the June 2nd long weekend, so it was a pretty chaotic evening, with lots of orders and not enough staff to handle it. Despite this, we took advantage of the previously reserved seating.

22/07/2026: A small, welcoming and charming place with a simple and very clean atmosphere. My friend and I had a truly excellent pizza: light dough, quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. You can taste the care taken in the preparation. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, including specialty pizzas of the day. Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

28/07/2026: I don't like writing reviews, but this time I feel compelled, despite myself, to express my thoughts. I've been a customer for many years and I greatly respect Mr. Gavino, who has always welcomed us with exquisite kindness. And for this, I thank him. The place is beautiful and welcoming, and the food is truly excellent. I know full well that at Gavino's, since everything is freshly made, you have to wait, and the wait is always welcome, as the dishes are always delicious. I came last night with my partner and, unfortunately, I was truly disappointed by the arrogance and presumption of a waitress I'd never seen before (I think it's a new job, and not knowing the name, I call her a "blonde braid"). We ordered two appetizers and two main courses, including a Salento rosé, saying he'd bring us a glass to keep it chilled. After more than half an hour...we still hadn't received the ice, and the wine was still warm. I politely asked for ice again. The response was very curt. Raising her voice, she repeated in a very annoyed tone that she'd already told me she'd bring me ice... and I waited another ten minutes or so... As if that weren't enough, after an hour of waiting for our appetizers, she told us that my companion's appetizer wasn't available and that she'd forgotten to let us know... And on top of that, most of the tables had food on the table. Result... when the food arrived... we weren't hungry anymore... and we left. I was very sorry for this waitress's arrogance. I'll be back when she's changed restaurants.

23/03/2026: I recommend making a reservation. The view is spectacular and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. We ordered a small platter of delicious, high-quality cured meats and cheeses. This was followed by Argentine picanha accompanied by baked potatoes. (I recommend rare.) Finally, the green apple sorbet was fresh and easy to digest. The bill was very fair, and the staff was kind and helpful.

20/07/2026: We visited Vesuvio twice and loved both experiences. The food and service were excellent and fast - probably some of the best pizza I've had. The location is central and convenient, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and always up for a chat, even in English :) Highly recommend!

06/06/2026: The pizza is excellent, and the Fugassin are spectacular... I've been back after almost 20 years, and everything is still delicious. The only small drawback is that they don't offer table service, but their food is worth trying... Believe me.
