26/12/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. It's best to book if you want to be sure of the seating, as the restaurant seats about 70. So, if you don't book, you'll have to wait.
We had pizzas, and I have to say, they were good! The main courses looked pretty good, too.
The desserts were also good.
Prices are average, so I'd say they're good value for money.
One small point: check your receipt to avoid typing errors.

11/01/2026: Nothing special. An unremarkable place from the outside. Nice inside. Friendly owners. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. The bill is a bit steep.
05/01/2026: We'd like to share our pleasant experience at lunch here today. We found the atmosphere comfortable and the staff very friendly, who made us feel at ease and explained the local dishes, which we found excellent, from the trio of anchovies appetizer (delicious) to the seafood spaghetti and the wonderful pandolce. We'll definitely be back!

14/12/2025: Excellent bakery offering a wide selection of gluten-free products.
The focaccia is excellent, both classic and cheese-based, and is sold in sealed and frozen individual portions. Just the right amount of grease, tasty yet light.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
02/11/2025: Our regular stop when we stop in Recco.
Everything is excellent quality and cooked to order, and it's still delicious even when taken out.
The owner is kind and helpful.
Highly recommended!

27/11/2025: Very average and almost tasteless pizza, we were really disappointed. We even told owners but they seemed quite uninterested and simply said, “well, I guess we won’t be seeing you again!” Very odd response.
9euro cover charge (for 3 people!) for a soggy piece of focaccia. Best of luck with this…

As for the food, I wouldn't know, as I've never eaten there.
04/12/2025: We discovered Black Out by chance a few months ago, attending the karaoke night, and it's been a regular ever since. The food is excellent: fragrant pizzas, truly tasty dishes, and sandwiches. The beers and appetizers are excellent, and the service is always courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed, perfect for a relaxing evening.

31/12/2025: We were (unfortunately) disappointed with this place. We've been coming for years and are loyal customers for the pizza, but we're sorry to say that the service isn't as attentive as it once was. The pizza was very dry, the tomato sauce was bland, and overall there was much less toppings. One pizza arrived wrong, and the tables were definitely too close together. The waitress who served us wasn't friendly, not even a smile during the entire service. We were seated near the door, which kept opening, letting in cold air throughout the evening. We're truly sorry that the service has dropped so much, as there was also an incident the previous time that left us perplexed. I don't think we'll be back again.

13/01/2026: The food was definitely not up to par for the price, the service could be greatly improved, and above all, you couldn't eat while worrying about the restaurant closing at 11 PM and rushing to leave; in fact, at the end of the meal, there wasn't even a chance to get a coffee because the machine was already turned off.

Attentive service, normal prices.
Although they've gone up lately.

09/01/2026: A truly lovely and quaint place. I'd been to Il Mulino many years ago and had only a warm memory of it. I have to say, I've changed my mind: the setting has been beautifully renovated, the pizza is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. A well-deserved 5 stars!
