15/10/2025: Lovely and very simple atmosphere, with barrel-shaped tables and uncomfortable stools! Definitely more of a takeout pizzeria than a served one. Typical Genoese pizza, very tasty, crispy, and with good ingredients. Lots of choices on the menu! The service is fast, friendly, and kind. We'll definitely be back from Naples! Thank you!

16/06/2026: Caffetteria Orsini is a must-stop if you're passing through Soleto! The desserts are fresh (and you can taste it!) and all delicious, no matter what you order! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is always tidy. The Caffetteria also offers a wide selection for celiacs and lactose intolerant people. Today I had these desserts: a pistachio maritozzo and a puff pastry with cream and black cherry... Exceptional!! Congratulations!!

11/01/2026: Cold place, cold bathroom, no soap, awful cooked ham and the worst thing is that for three people we paid 3 euros each for the cover charge, so an absurd 9 euros for the cover charge!

27/12/2025: DON'T GO THERE!!!! I don't know who wrote the 4* reviews.....for us, a Boxing Day to forget! . After being stuck on the highway for 2 hours due to an accident, at 2 pm we looked for an open place to eat in Busalla, I called this restaurant asking if they were still serving and they told us they were open. We sat down at a table of 6 at 2:30 pm. We ordered 2 mixed appetizers, steamed mussels, seafood salad, followed by trofie with pesto, two mixed grills, grilled prawns and sea bream. At 3 pm we received wine and water, then we waited until 4 pm! When they finally brought us something, they delivered steamed mussels (good, the only redeeming dish) along with seafood salad and trofie with pesto (overcooked, unsalted, badly drained pasta and poor-quality packaged pesto)....... The two mixed appetizers never arrived! When the main courses arrived half an hour later, the ribs were RAW and cold inside. The prawns were boiled rather than grilled, with the plate full of water. The sea bream were also partially raw! The price would have been fair for the dishes if the cooking and service had been up to par... €158. The only good thing was the pizza dough-based focaccia that they make fresh in the oven to accompany the main courses!

21/02/2026: The atmosphere could be made a little "warmer" with paintings or something else, but they are really kind and we ate well. I recommend it.

07/12/2025: The pizza was of a very normal standard, even too much so, but surprisingly we ate an excellent farinata. Overall, thanks also to the price, it's worth it for an evening with friends.

09/07/2026: Always excellent this morning. NO, and having your coffee ruined by a barista's incompetence and manners is the wrong way to start your day. They won't see me again, and I advise everyone against it.

01/04/2026: Embarrassing, never order from us. There's never a single time they don't make a mistake. Neither with delivery nor in person, where they can't make two pizzas as requested, but completely different ones (with sausages, and I'm vegetarian!!) Rude, to boot, and uncaring about their customers. I really don't know how they're still open, and I don't usually review places that disappoint me.

01/03/2026: I ordered two pizzas on Just Eat at 7:00 PM with delivery scheduled for 9:30 PM. At 10:15 PM, the order still hadn't been delivered, so I tried contacting the restaurant several times with no response. I then decided to go to the pizzeria in person to ask about the order, only to receive the arrogant, and in front of other customers, reply: "That's how it works here in Genoa." I returned home with the pizzas at 10:30 PM despite having paid for a delivery service. In situations like this, a humble apology can be appropriate, especially to regular customers like us. This isn't the first time such a delay has occurred. Until now, it was justified, but after this response, it's unlikely to be.

20/07/2026: The staff’s behavior was discriminatory, and I found their attitude to be unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a place that welcomes visitors. If this reflects the café’s policy, then it is deeply concerning and damages its reputation. If it does not, I hope the management will reconsider its hiring and training practices, especially since the café is located in a tourist area that welcomes visitors from many different nationalities and cultures. Every customer should be treated with respect and equality, without discrimination.

25/05/2026: Terrible. When you say "good morning," you should respond politely. Don't roll your eyes or offer any response. You should interrupt your conversation and ask the customer what they need. They might have the best food and wine on the coast. But respect and courtesy are a must, and anyone in the business knows they should never be lacking. Not only should this place be avoided, but I hope the management changes. P.S.: Whatever the answer, know that the person is a local and not a casual tourist.

27/06/2026: I went to this place for a drink tonight. It had a lot of customers, but only one waitress who barely brought us drinks. After 40 minutes, we went to ask if we could at least have two chips, and she gave us two small bowls to take directly to our table. When it came time to pay, the waitress told us she couldn't do anything more. Other customers near us kept asking for something to eat with their drink, but nothing. Maybe it would be better to avoid serving drinks if you can't guarantee good service. I don't recommend it.

15/05/2026: Good pizza, the guys are always polite and always working! The price is a bit high, but this is a matter of dealing with the chain, not with them. Of the various Alice Pizza places, they are definitely the best.

18/04/2026: I ordered for the first time through Deliveroo, a 2-for-1 combo: 🔸 First order cancelled❌ because 2 of the 5 flavors were missing. Fine, I'll reorder and select others. 🔸 Second order cancelled❌ canceling everything, including the Coke... Meaning Order 2, pay for 1, decoy on Deliveroo. Feedback also sent on Deliveroo Not very correct

19/06/2026: 5 stars because it fed me during the 10 years of medicine that I spent in Genoa in the nearby Via Scribanti, back in 1991-2001, a certainty, knowing that it is still there fills me with joy
