09/03/2026: The hard work they put in is certainly commendable, and the pizza tour is a draw for the delicious farinata, but I've only had the pasta for the cheese focaccia, and that kind of pizza with tomato and mozzarella isn't good, in my opinion. I admit I've been there three times so far for company, but I won't be returning.
01/03/2026: Endless waits, burnt and tasteless farinata. Basically, the best competitor Franz could have. Never again.

01/03/2026: I ordered two pizzas on Just Eat at 7:00 PM with delivery scheduled for 9:30 PM.
At 10:15 PM, the order still hadn't been delivered, so I tried contacting the restaurant several times with no response.
I then decided to go to the pizzeria in person to ask about the order, only to receive the arrogant, and in front of other customers, reply: "That's how it works here in Genoa."
I returned home with the pizzas at 10:30 PM despite having paid for a delivery service.
In situations like this, a humble apology can be appropriate, especially to regular customers like us.
This isn't the first time such a delay has occurred. Until now, it was justified, but after this response, it's unlikely to be.
14/02/2026: An hour and a half late and the wrong pizzas were delivered despite a phone call to advise of allergies! Flour without salt in the dough, evening ruined

28/02/2026: Fantastic place. All the dishes are exceptional. Reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere. Excellent location, just a minute from the Bay of Silence and Fairy Tales. Highly recommended.
10/02/2026: I'm very skeptical of all the negative reviews of this pizzeria/restaurant. It's a historic establishment, the same owner has been in business for over 20 years, and I think it's admirable that it's endured so long and with such dignity in a challenging town like Sestri Levante.
The atmosphere is very intimate and rustic, the service is courteous and quick, the pizzas are always good, the seafood spaghetti is impeccable, and the sweet salami is probably the best I've ever tasted. Bravo everyone!!!

21/02/2026: The atmosphere could be made a little "warmer" with paintings or something else, but they are really kind and we ate well. I recommend it.
07/12/2025: The pizza was of a very normal standard, even too much so, but surprisingly we ate an excellent farinata. Overall, thanks also to the price, it's worth it for an evening with friends.

20/02/2026: A few days ago I went to buy a slice of pizza and I thought it would be appropriate for each pizza pan to have its own peel because the shop assistant served everything with the same one but for a simple reason of hygiene and allergenicity and I risk getting an allergy since I am allergic to pistachio and until a few minutes before she had cut the pizza with mortadella and pistachio with the same one she cut for me.
05/02/2026: I've stopped here twice in the area for a quick bite. I know the brand and I'm not going to argue with the ingredients, even though some flavors aren't available here—salmon, for example, is perhaps unlucky—but something's off. The staff isn't very friendly, a bit typical of Liguria, but too much so, but we have the best in the production area. Cell phones in hand, hands kneading dough behind the oven where they're heating up, and if you move a bit you can see them, and they in the kitchen, a nice message and off we go.

23/09/2025: Terrible experience. I advise you to avoid this cafe because the staff is truly rude, ignorant, and ill-mannered. Change your career because they don't know how to deal with the public. The products are truly excellent, especially the pasticciotto. We won't be returning.
12/09/2025: A lovely café. Being celiac, I was able to eat without any problems. There was a display case full of gluten-free and lactose-free pastries!

01/03/2026: Ordered with Just Eat for 7:30 PM, at 7:45 PM still nothing. I call the pizzeria, a girl tells me they're here but I don't have the drivers, meaning they were keeping them warm for me. I point out that if I wanted the pizza reheated I wouldn't have spent 30 euros. The owner hands me over and asks for the address... Oh no, they weren't mine, they still have to make mine...
Even to make and send... she's telling lies, I wasn't even notified of the delay, they don't have the numbers with Just Eat... embarrassing, not serious.
07/02/2026: Good evening, I'm a regular customer who orders pizza from them twice a month and we are 4 in the family, but each time the pizza is worse. Today 07.02 I received the pizzas and I thought they ran out of ingredients: two pieces of sausage, two slices of bresaola, dry Margherita with almost no tomato.... oh one last thing about punctuality, they tell you 8:30 pm and it arrives at 9:30 pm, maybe I didn't consider the time difference.
