04/08/2026: I returned after years and it seemed to have deteriorated significantly. The staff were friendly, but the service was incredibly slow despite there being almost no one there. The outside atmosphere was rather shabby. The menu was stuck in the '80s, with questionable quality ingredients. It's a shame because it has enormous potential; with the right investments and renovations, prices could triple in a location like this.

04/08/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. Beyond the fact that none of the dishes convinced us, what left us most perplexed was the handling of a clear mistake. We ordered ravioli del plin with red mullet and basil, but a dish arrived with cherry tomatoes, mussels, and clams—ingredients that weren't even listed on the menu. When we pointed this out, a waiter replied, "That's the recipe even if it's not written." Only after discussing it with a third waiter, who admitted he'd never seen the dish prepared that way, was the dish taken back to the kitchen for remaking. The "remaking" consisted of changing the dish and removing some of the mussels and clams, while still leaving some on the plate. When it came time to get the bill, we brought the situation up again, and the cashier's response was, "Hey, that's the recipe even if it's not written. Why are you allergic?" Terrible management, and terrible food, too.

02/12/2025: Delicious pizza in an ideal location, right on the street and promenade of Santa Margherita. The warm and attentive service creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the food is served surprisingly quickly.

16/05/2026: I don't know how the food is at this place, since I didn't even have a chance to order. ​I waited a full 30 minutes just to order. The absurd thing is that the waitress came into my room and took the orders of 12 people, going from one table to another and systematically skipping me. She only took everyone else's orders, completely ignoring my presence. ​The organization needs to be overhauled and there was a complete lack of respect for the customer. A terrible experience, never again.

10/05/2026: We had the opportunity to have a family lunch to celebrate a relative's birthday. The place is large and in a quiet location. Since my child has celiac disease, they paid special attention to gluten-free options. Overall, the food was delicious and the organization was excellent. We were served promptly. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would have liked to give it 6 stars; the owner, of Spanish origin, was super friendly. We'll be back for more.

04/05/2026: Poor organization and lack of transparency An experience to forget. We booked for 25 people, specifying that we would celebrate at midnight. Despite initial reassurances, starting at 11:30 PM, we were constantly criticized for the noise (due to the rooms upstairs) and asked to leave right during the cake cutting. The handling of the bill was even more disappointing: when we asked for the itemized bill, the owner replied that she had already thrown it away. Considering that there were errors in two courses and that two entrees should have been refunded, the suspicion that they were not removed is more than legitimate. Not recommended for group events.

19/04/2026: We ate well, practically no waiting time, tasty pizzas, well topped, good dough, perfect cooking. The waitress and manager were welcoming and smiling.

20/12/2025: I don't speak Italian, but everything was perfect. The pizza was 100% Italian, well-priced, and of great quality. It was freshly prepared. Everything was perfect.

15/07/2026: We recently moved to Chiavari. This little pizzeria does a great job and makes excellent pizzas. It's not enough to just have them taste good, but the flour and yeast must also be high-quality. I've often eaten pizzas that left me bloated; with the ones at Voglia di Pizza, that doesn't happen to me! Recommended.
