23/01/2026: We ordered pizzas and farinata. Farinata: TOP flavor, perfectly cooked, and not very greasy. Pizza: dough a bit "chewy." The prices are good, but with a few small additions, we still ended up spending a fair amount.

21/11/2025: Who would have thought that in Rapallo, a city with a congested tourist population, there's a pizzeria that welcomes you with spacious, warm, and intimate spaces, with a familiar atmosphere? Ciro! Located near the Golf Club, a little away from the chaos of the city. The wood is beautiful, the windows in the large dining room are beautiful, even the floor, which seems old, is beautiful. But the food is better than pizzas of every kind. They offer thin, crispy farinata in various tasty varieties, the best being the gorgonzola one!

07/09/2025: Small but charming, the food is truly delicious (and the pizzas, too). There's even a terrace for outdoor dining in season. The prices are affordable. I don't usually eat desserts at restaurants because they're boring. But this soft-centered chocolate flan is truly delicious!!! You can't leave without trying it.

02/12/2025: Delicious pizza in an ideal location, right on the street and promenade of Santa Margherita. The warm and attentive service creates a pleasant atmosphere, and the food is served surprisingly quickly.

10/01/2026: As soon as you walk in, there's a smell... bad smells of fried food and cooking... like all places in the area, the places lack adequate ventilation and the kitchens are built right into the middle of the restaurant. The food quality is average... the prices are reasonable... the wine is mediocre and expensive... the staff are nice and attentive... They don't offer hand wipes for fish and oil in a canteen bag... it wouldn't take much. I'll probably go back in the summer for pizza at the outside tables. Install hoods... going out and having to wash everything is the worst review. Even more expensive places around here have the same flaw.

16/12/2025: Left a positive review a year ago. Ordered pizza at least 5 times. It's getting worse. Tonight was the apotheosis. Service aside, they're right behind my house. 30 minutes, they told me, but I called them after 44 minutes. Delivery took an hour. And after delivering 5 times, they say the GPS doesn't show our street (the street is very clear, we're downtown). The pizzas were almost inedible, raw, the tomato sauce was mind-blowing. I've never had a pizza like this in my life. The farinata was like a mattress, raw. I tasted it to judge, 2 cm of farinata and threw it away. If you don't know how to make it, don't put it on the menu. I don't know if the management has changed or something. Who makes the pizzas? But nothing like this has ever happened. It's not a matter of taste here; the pizzas are almost inedible. The tomato sauce was the most incredible thing. Mozzarella was almost nonexistent. Terrible ingredients. A pizza that tastes like plastic. I understand that since it was delivered (I repeat, back here) it couldn't have been hot, but not like this. Even lukewarm, if it's good, is good.

20/09/2025: We have been getting pizza from Panucci for some time now and I always recommend your place, but: last night I ordered two pizzas and a farinata and I have to say that we were not very happy. First of all, the order arrived an hour earlier than expected with the risk of not being at home. Secondly, and I say this because I ate very good pizzas from you last night. The usual standard was not maintained. The pizza was undercooked, the flour used did not seem to be of good quality and above all the ingredients were absolutely not as usual. The onion was practically almost raw and tasteless. I will continue to get pizza from you hoping that it returns to the usual levels!

15/10/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza and was very impressed with the professionalism of the girl who answered the phone, the pizza chef who met my requests, the speed of delivery, and the politeness of the delivery driver. Keep up the good work, guys!!!

13/03/2026: For a ”pizzeria” the quality of pizza is extremely low as they serve frozen pizza dough that was burnt. You can get better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Also calculated the bill way higher than it should have been. Luckily we noticed and didnt get scammed.

13/03/2026: The pizzas were small and not very good; at the end they tried to charge us €95 instead of €83. We are international students and I find that very unfair…

15/02/2026: We wanted to have pizza because the restaurant looked nice from the outside. Unfortunately, they didn't have pizza in the afternoon, so we opted for pasta and a frito misto. The pasta was okay, but nothing special, and extremely expensive for pasta: €19. The frito misto was perfectly fine! The price on the menu was €18, and at the checkout we had to pay €19, which is something you often get when they think you're a tourist. €5 for a basket of very dry and tasteless bread and two sets of cutlery is simply too much. €50 for a mediocre meal, a glass of wine, and a bottle of water simply isn't necessary in Chiavari; there are many places where you can get better quality and more quantity for less. Reply to the owner: We're not tourists; we've lived in Chiavari for over 20 years, but we only speak Dutch among ourselves. The price difference is in the "Fritto Misto," and the €5 is your "cutlery/service premium," not even the bread. Making the fish exclusive was mainly due to the limited menu, not to the exclusivity in Chiavari. Perhaps you shouldn't underestimate your guests too much; it doesn't suit you.

19/02/2026: I took 12 colleagues to dinner at this grill restaurant this week, and the experience was excellent. They offered us a fabulous menu with generous platters and a truly delicious mixed grill. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always striving for quality local products, both in food and drink, that are hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend returning. Excellent experience.

Affordable prices for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended!!!

28/11/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere. We stopped for dinner with a burger, and I have to say they were excellent. The portions were decent and fair. Prices were reasonable.

17/02/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of this roadside restaurant. The appetizers were good (octopus and potatoes, and mussel and clam stew), and the pizzas were average. The service was lacking: there were five of us, and our orders arrived more than 10 minutes apart, so we couldn't eat together. Otherwise, the staff were welcoming and attentive.

31/01/2026: Not recommended...we didn't all eat together and it took a while for the dishes to arrive. A plate of Trofie with clams that most of them were all closed and they still tell you that the clams have to be boiled to open... I pay you and you bring me the dish I order, no beating around the bush! Waiters who don't even know what ingredients are in the dish if someone is intolerant or allergic!! Never again!
