I've been frequenting this pizzeria for years, and over time they've seen continuous improvements, both to the menu (increasingly varied and attentive to everyone's needs, including gourmet options) and to the restaurant, whose atmosphere is always very welcoming. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The quality of the ingredients has always been top-notch, as the selection of products is exceptional! Each pizza speaks of the care and passion behind it. It's not just about assembling ingredients, but about carefully crafted combinations for balance and flavor. It's clear, even just aesthetically, that nothing is left to chance. Egizio is the perfect example of how passion for your work can transform a pizza into a truly authentic gourmet experience. Finally, something not to be underestimated is the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness of the owner and his entire staff. It's nice to be greeted with a smile, making you feel at home every time you enter.

09/07/2025: 2 culinary experiences at this new pizzeria, which previously served excellent seafood dishes. The change was a risky decision, I think a painful one, but a winning one, as demonstrated by the fact that it's always full. Furthermore, I've read that the owner, Marco, also completed several internships with the famous baker Bonci in Rome, and this, in my humble opinion, was the winning move, allowing him to combine not only high-quality flours and organically grown products with his pizzas and pinsas, but also a fresh, light, and easily digestible dough. 08/06/2025: Year 2023 The fritto misto is a show!!!! Year 2025 We returned with some friends. The place and the service were excellent. And the fritto misto was the best in the area.

02/06/2025: Good ingredients and the dough is not bad at all, the place is inconvenient for parking, but it is ok because the place is pleasant and quiet, the staff is kind and efficient, the pizza chef knows his stuff. The cost is average for restaurants in the area, but "la bussola" is my favorite choice for the Piani di Celle area

29/07/2025: I'm celiac. I went to this place tonight after making a reservation and informing them that a customer with celiac disease would require gluten-free dough. The response was, "No problem." However, after sitting down and ordering my pizza, I was told they had run out of gluten-free dough, and I was forced to order a lousy salad. Add to that the rude and superficial attitude of the waiter, who even had the nerve to bring bread to the table. This is unacceptable! I do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone with celiac disease; I will never set foot there again. I truly disregard it!

23/07/2025: We tried multiple pizzas and focaccia al formaggio. Focaccia is super delicious though a little bit heavy. Pizza is in general great with really thin dough. The only disappointment was pesto on the pizza, which was probably store-bought and not as great as homemade could have been. The staff speaks English which is also a big plus. The atmosphere was great.

16/06/2025: Super helpful staff, reasonable prices. I asked for something off the menu (a white pasta with tuna) and they brought it to me without any problems. We spent 26.50 for two with a first and a second course, coffee, water and service charge. Convenient location on the road.

18/07/2025: We spent a whole week in Genoa and had dinner here every night. We dare to say that this is one of the best restaurants in Genoa! We tried several types of food, we couldn't complain about anything, and of course the divine tiramisu couldn't be left out😃 The place is very cozy, with indoor and outdoor seating, air conditioning, and a smoking area. The staff is also very attentive and kind. Next time we are there, we will definitely stop by! We thank you for everything from here too!🇭🇺❤️🇮🇹

17/07/2025: We've been to several restaurants since the beginning of our trip, and this restaurant is ideal because it offers a wide variety. The prices are excellent; we were even surprised! The terrace is pretty and pleasant. Easily accessible on foot from the airport.

29/06/2025: They have very good pasta! A reservation is highly recommended — we arrived without one and couldn’t get a table, so we ended up ordering the fritto misto for takeaway. If you choose takeaway, be careful — the seagulls are everywhere and will try to steal your food the moment you’re not looking!🦅
