06/08/2025: Very nice location in front of the open sea near the famous Galeazza rocks. Typical Ligurian cuisine, great variety of excellent pizzas as well as bars.

29/07/2025: Two pasta dishes to go, without any sauce. Price: €16. When I was surprised, they said, "Okay, let's make it €15." I should have asked first, of course, but I think it's unfair to take advantage of me like this. I won't be back.

13/07/2025: We had risotto with shrimps, spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti with turts of sea, and spaghetti with modoro. For dessert, profiteroles and panna cotta were delicious. We'll be back.

03/06/2025: I was craving meat during my vacation, and we stumbled upon this place. It was the name of the restaurant that caught my eye: mangiatoia (trough) is Italian for "trough." Excellent selection of cured meats. I had an Irish prime rib. A lovely piece of meat, perfectly rare. Good selection of beers. I recommend the arrosticini as a starter. These are lamb skewers that are normally found in Abruzzo. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

04/08/2025: The service from the staff was excellent, especially one lady who greeted us with great kindness and dedication. It's clear that the team works hard and wants to make their customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, during the meal, we could hear shouting and insults coming from inside, apparently from the owner toward the employees. This was very unpleasant and partially ruined the experience. It's a real shame, because the restaurant has so much potential and a truly valuable staff. Treating those who make a restaurant run well is an integral part of the customer experience. I hope they'll reflect on this.

04/08/2025: Despite receiving a confirmation email for our reservation, we arrived to find that no table had been secured for us. It appears the restaurant does not utilize Google's "Book a Table" feature, despite its availability on their listing. More concerning is the apparent disconnect in their reservation system—receiving an email confirmation proved meaningless in securing a table. The culinary offerings were inconsistent at best. The pesto lacked the vibrant, authentic flavors one expects from this classic preparation. The frutti di mare was adequate but unremarkable. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the Angus beef, as it never arrived at our table. The restaurant offered no compensation for this oversight, which speaks poorly of their customer service standards. The tagliata, however, was well-executed and represented the evening's sole culinary highlight. Given the combination of unreliable reservation management, inconsistent food quality, and inadequate service recovery, we will not be returning to this establishment.

16/06/2025: Nice place ruined by the antipathy of the lady at the cashier. Be careful, she will scam you with the receipts. From a non-fiscal advance receipt, passing it off as fiscal.

06/06/2025: Very characteristic pizzeria on the beach with a particular raised terrace covered by several lush vines. You can taste various types of pizzas, farinata and other specialties. Good choice also in desserts. Quite friendly staff (but not too much!).

14/07/2025: Un week end in Val Trebbia, l'hotel Miramonti una piacevolissima scoperta, in mezzo al verde, sulla riva del fiume, in un paese minuscolo ma delizioso, da vedere il Palazzo Centurione, purtroppo in rovina. Se siete pescatori da non perdere la riserva "la riva di Hemingway". Il personale dell'hotel è gentilissimo e disponibile anche per illustrare il territorio, una menzione particolare per Paolo. Ottima la cucina, da provare il risotto al Castelmagno. Andateci, starete bene!

08/06/2025: I go regularly every 2 months to eat pizza which, I find, very good and digestible. I always bring friends, relatives and/or work colleagues and everyone agrees on the quality of the pizza. The environment and the service are basic level, but because it is a mainly take-away pizzeria, table service is not provided, but the manager and the collaborators, always create a family atmosphere. For a pizza with friends in an informal environment it is perfect. I also recommend it for lunch. They are fast and you can enjoy the pizza and return to work without delay. Enjoy your meal...!!!

03/08/2025: On vacation in the city, I ordered takeaway, the dishes were generous and delicious. The whole family enjoyed it and it was inexpensive. Delighted

26/07/2025: We were greeted by a sullen waitress, a table that creaked with every movement, a tablet to order full of dust and dirt. Disgusting! The food was brought all at once, both hot and cold, filling the small table so you couldn't move. And above all, the dishes were charged extra. No one explained anything to us about the all-you-can-eat menu. You've lost two customers, and we'll give you the publicity you deserve.

09/06/2025: Spaghetti with goat cheese = al dente, very tasty. Pizza also good, Caesar salad also OK

02/06/2025: Dinner: first course, water and house wine €27.00. Prices are normal but the quality of the food is not up to par: large portions but the fish that dresses the pasta has raised many doubts about its freshness.... So much so that we decided to stop at the first course and not go any further. Conclusions: Cuisine for those who seek quantity at the expense of quality

05/08/2025: Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Excellent hospitality. The menu may be a little simple, but the dishes are always plentiful. Excellent pizzas.

31/07/2025: We passed by the restaurant the night before our visit and noticed how busy it was. So we decided to take a look. We had pasta and pizza, and for the price, we were very, very satisfied. Everything tasted delicious, and the service was very friendly. Upon request, a very attentive waitress who spoke excellent English was immediately called. The decor is very functional. We would have loved to return, but unfortunately, the restaurant closed for the summer two days after our visit.

20/07/2025: Excellent food and ingredients, nice place, good selection. Service TOTALLY NEEDS REVISED. The owner tries her best, but the others, alas, have chosen the wrong profession. Never a smile, not very polite, not very thorough, not very attentive... we should leave them at home and hire people who are eager to work and interact with the public.

17/07/2025: Excellent pizza with quality ingredients, the cured meats are freshly sliced. Prices are a bit high, but I've had much worse elsewhere for similar, if not higher, prices. Very friendly service, despite other reviews.
