17/01/2026: The restaurant boasts a truly beautiful view, which is undoubtedly its strong point. The staff was friendly and helpful during service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a few important aspects: they served an expired Coke can, and the glass wasn't clean, something that should never happen in a place like this. The price is quite high, but it's still in line with the type of place and location. Overall, a place with great potential, which could offer a much better experience with greater attention to service quality and detail.

04/01/2026: Honestly... good pizza, very good dough, very fair price, okay it's busy and a bit of a factory, which excuses the waitresses not necessarily being cheerful but they are efficient and helpful, in this case it was very generous and she made me a container to take the risotto with me... so I recommend it if you have to have lunch in the area without any unpleasant surprises.

14/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome. The location is pleasant, facing the beaches and right by the road. The pizzas were excellent, but the veal Milanese could be improved. The desserts were very good, and the bill was very reasonable.

02/01/2026: I don't often give five stars, but this time I'm happy to do so. It may not be the most beautiful or best-equipped hotel you'll ever stay at, but Massimo's hospitality and kindness are inspiring! He treated us like we were great friends from the first moment we stepped foot in his hotel. It's amazing to see how much he loves his job.

18/10/2025: The hotel's strong points are its quiet location, spacious rooms, its location in the historic center, which allows you to walk to the beach, and a varied breakfast included (sweet, savory, and drinks). Independence thanks to the keys provided. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bike path to Varazze is nearby.

22/02/2026: There were five of us and we ordered house wine, water, three appetizers, and one main course each (four first courses and one second course), for a total of €160. In our opinion, this was a bit high for what we received. The house wine (€16) wasn't a huge hit; I expected something better. The appetizers were good, but the anchovies were over-fried and dry, so much so that they barely tasted like they were cooked. My dish, the Genoese minestrone, was very watered down, with the pasta overcooked and torn, and the pesto flavor almost completely absent, which was quite disappointing. The pesto pasta, on the other hand, seemed good. Overall, a decent experience, but with plenty of room for improvement, especially in terms of quality and value.

02/01/2026: The best! Everything is excellent: from the food to the service, to the atmosphere, to the drinks! The cold cuts on the platters are delicious and fresh, the sgabei and focaccia are crispy and never greasy, the sandwiches are beautiful and filled with excellent and abundant ingredients. The pizza is very digestible and perfectly cooked. Excellent beer. The cannolini top it all off, and to call it superlative is simply not enough!

28/10/2025: We had a birthday lunch with a table of 14 people. We all enjoyed the food and the service from the waiter that was really fast and polite, but I have to say that the waiting time for the food to be served was too slow. As a chef myself I do understand how long it takes to plate 14 dishes nicely decorated and all looking the same , this is not an excuse, starting lunch at 12.30 and finishing almost at 5 p.m. But just to rehiterate food was 👍 service was 👍 food coming out of the kitchen not so good. Overall I would go again for a meal as it could have been just an issue with staffing on the day. Also we were seating by the windows and it was sunny and there were no blinds on the windows , some guests had to wear sunglasses at the table. P.S. I left the risotto as I found some sand in it and it was a bit too thick for my liking. The other guests liked it and had seconds.

13/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! The chef uses only fresh, local produce. The presentation of the dishes is very meticulous, the cuisine is excellent, and the seasonings are original. A great selection of French and Italian wines.

16/03/2026: Six of us dropped by by chance for a last-minute lunch. Despite the late hour, we were kindly greeted by Marco, who immediately made us feel at home. Typical seafood cuisine with a wide selection of fresh produce, as well as excellent meat options. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

07/03/2026: Top-notch service, friendly and efficient; our dog was very welcome too. Thin-crust pizzas with good ingredients. And an excellent dessert. The best restaurant since our stay in Italy. Thank you.

16/01/2026: Shameful. When ordering, I asked for a plate of pasta, either with tomato sauce or plain, for my two-year-old. The woman replied that they don't serve first courses in the evening, only second courses...ok...so I see that it's possible to have a hamburger. The young lady replied that it's too big for the child and, besides, they only serve it in a sandwich. I won't add anything else...obviously, we left this place, and we'll definitely never return. Customer service: zero. I've never seen anything like this before. How can you not find a way to prepare something for a two-year-old, considering that the kitchen was working and we weren't asking for parrot tongues? Absolutely not recommended if you have small children.

The staff is friendly, and the pizza is thin-crust. The four stars are for a "takeout pizzeria," not a restaurant.

28/02/2026: The restaurant looks very shabby from the outside. I'd even say it's shabby. Immediately upon entering, you can feel the cool atmosphere; it's clean and quite nice. I ordered the mussel tasting menu. Delicious. The mussel pasta in a velvety sauce with tomatoes and zucchini ribbons blew my taste buds away. Perfection. And the baked mussels with fish liver in tomato sauce for dessert are a masterpiece. I absolutely recommend it. The service was perfect; the owner asked me and the other guests if I liked it. A brilliant restaurant.
