14/01/2025: The best pizza by the slice in Viterbo

11/01/2025: You can't go to Viterbo and not get the tozzetti in this place where the priority is genuine ingredients and care in the various preparations. I live in Lombardy and I met Ghiottone thanks to my partner from Viterbo. The pizzas are excellent, the tozzetti and the other biscuits that I stocked up on at Christmas are superlative, after having a chat with the two kitchen artists whose words clearly reveal a great love for their work.

15/12/2024: Pizza pretty good then it depends on taste the marinara was special. It has a few seats to eat on the go but if you stop while taking a walk it's perfect

30/11/2024: Excellent tasting pizza. The seasoning is good. The dough dough is fabulous. A true rarity

30/12/2024: Great price, huge stuffed slices for €2. It is also possible to eat in seats. There is no bathroom. Fried foods not available at lunch, mainly pizzas, panzerotti and stuffed focaccias.

22/12/2024: A truly enchanting place, immersed in the charming San Pellegrino district. The beer selection is excellent, with high-quality options both on tap and in bottles. Whiskey lovers will find an excellent selection, while the aperitifs and appetizers are a real delight, perfect to accompany everything. The sandwiches? Simply fantastic! An ideal place for an evening with friends or a moment of relaxation. Highly recommended!

06/11/2024: One of my friends and I's favorite places. Wide and good choice, excellent place in a historic street in the medieval district of Viterbo. It is also possible to play board games provided by the venue itself. Highly recommended, thanks Green!

04/01/2025: This place welcomed us on the evening of January 1st, it was very cold. There were 22 of us and he recommended a pizza round of his pizza by the shovel. The type of pizza dough is very good, very thin as I like it, and the ingredients are excellent. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he open for us at 7pm, but he was also attentive to the children by preparing their pizza beforehand. We ended the dinner with an excellent Nutella pizza. Reasonable price. Advise

27/12/2024: Rustic, welcoming and very warm place. Located in the historic center of Viterbo. Friendly and prepared staff. Excellent food and well-stocked wine list. Highly recommended. Enjoy your meal.

06/01/2025: As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a warmth unknown today! This reflects the personality and cuisine of the owners, genuinely kind and...tasty! It feels like being at home, the friendly climate, the scents of tradition and the flavors of an ancient culture. Fabulous!

06/01/2025: We went here for lunch and waited more than half an hour to eat. We took two plates of pasta and a water for €30. Unfortunately the fettuccine with meat sauce was acidic and overcooked and thrown onto the plate without love. The carbonara with little cream was just acceptable, certainly not good. Among other things, seeing other people's dishes, they seemed more abundant. A real disappointment.

03/12/2024: Family atmosphere, it feels like being at home with so much friendliness and joy. Genuine and good food from cooked to fried and especially pizza. The only pizza served on two plates that you can ask for in two flavors, thin and light. The two wood-fired ovens with the master pizza chefs at work are a spectacle. Homemade products are recommended, from jams to desserts. An experience to try at modest prices.

01/12/2024: Nice place, not far from the center of Vitorchiano, we had the grilled meat, sautéed vegetables and mushroom crostini, all very good and at a fair price. Lots of people, on Saturdays they don't take reservations but still two of us found a place. Advised
