30/12/2024: The pizzas and calzone are just a little smaller than usual but have minimal costs. The calzone €3.50 and the pizzella margherita €2. Plus they're really great.
The location is very pleasant, on a beautiful little square near Villa Gregorian. It is a place that I definitely recommend for a quick meal or an aperitif.
The tables are outdoors or under a pleasant gazebo.
28/12/2024: Even in december, the terrace of Da Ugo offers a great place to enjoy the sun, a drink, and a bite, overlooking the mountains.

30/12/2024: We were welcomed by the friendly staff and sat down for dinner amongst cosy families. My pizza Marina was delicious and paired up well with the red wine. We had a great night out and will definitely come back to this nice place.
30/11/2024: The food was amazing and the service was great! We forgot to say when ordering that we had a train to catch, but the food was worth the wait and we still made our train with time to spare. Also appreciate that we weren’t turned away even though we arrived just before the closing time before dinner.

Very well managed. The guys in the room are courteous, helpful and approachable.
The food needs to be reviewed...unfortunately not average for the Roman province.
22/12/2024: A place reminiscent of old Roman trattorias. Family atmosphere and really good dishes. The wild boar stew that they offered us as the dish of the day was really tasty. The pastas for the first courses are homemade and you can feel it. The top quality grilled meat and the wine cellar offers many choices. The final tiramisu was sublime. Highly recommended!!!

13/10/2024: The nduja pinsas and the other artichoke and guanciale pinsas are very delicious, spectacular flavor and very good texture.
Very fast service.
Portion size big maybe a tad small…. The little one really is small.
We ordered 2 large ones for 3 girls but they were quite fair.

02/12/2024: Returning to this place after 6 years, the place is still very basic, it hasn't changed over the years but in addition to the special supplì, now even the huge wood-fired pizza has become special, the boy who served us was polite and prepared and the price almost absurd for the times we live in.

03/11/2024: I stopped at this restaurant which is located 10 minutes walk from the Villa d’Este de Tivoli. The welcome was very pleasant and warm. The place is magnificent under large vaulted ceilings. I loved the family atmosphere and the meal was excellent. For dessert, I recommend the mille-feuille with hazelnut cream.
I would happily return.

18/04/2024: Sunday lunch. We sit outside because it was a beautiful day... outside means on an open space that absolutely needs to be tidied up and made usable at least. There were three tables placed at random, to be set.
A very kind boy served us for goodness sake... But all dirty with food and with the bandana and kitchen jacket.... But how do you get the chef to serve you??? We had the cut made again, it also had an old salad next to it, which they called a side dish..
The only dish that made it worth it were the kebabs, which were very good. I give 3 stars only because the chef was very nice in his service, at least he tried.
15/04/2024: Dopo aver fatto delle ricerche on-line decidiamo di prenotare presso questo ristorante per la formula all you can eat arrosticini che pubblicizza on-line su vari siti ma solo al momento dell'ordine ci viene detto che la formula all you can eat non c'è più nulla incontrario ai cambiamenti di strategia di mercato che un titolare di esercizio commerciale voglia adottare...ma ciò se non erro si chiama PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE
