04/02/2026: The pizza was very thin, the place was large and very noisy, especially when you're at a birthday party, which you're not part of. It wasn't a pleasant evening, as I couldn't talk to my fellow diners. I don't think I'll go back.

19/12/2025: We order often and are happy with it, and this time the dish was good too. The only problem is that sometimes what's written on the menu doesn't quite match the preparation: in this case, it said plaice fillet au gratin, but it arrived breaded and fried, which is a different story.
Unfortunately, since I'm on insulin treatment, I can't eat fried food, and I wasn't able to eat it.
I even called the restaurant to report it and was told it's listed as au gratin because it's fried, but in reality, it's breaded.
I'm only mentioning this to clarify the menu. 😊

06/12/2025: Takeaway arrived 20 minutes late from the expected date, pizzas were completely cold, and instead of prosciutto they put speck back even though I had recommended it, you got the house number wrong even though I had the surname for years having been your customers, so the pony circulated in vain and then decided to call me but rightly it was not his fault, if anything, listen better when we order, but it will not happen again, on top of that you also increased the prices, goodbye.

The space is quite spacious, but unfortunately, due to the lack of sound-absorbing ceiling panels, it's very noisy.

We were served by Sajib, who was extremely friendly, answered all our questions, and even offered to let us try a small sample of the dish we were unsure about. I highly recommend it; the flavor is great, the price is well worth it, and the restaurant has a 56-year history – a truly wonderful experience.

The service was impeccable, to the point that they remembered exactly who ordered what (four different pizzas with their additions), something that rarely happens.
We haven't paid yet, but for the service provided and the welcome we received, it's definitely worth it regardless.

18/01/2026: The first course was very salty, cold, the fish was inedible and there was very little of it. No one liked the pizza. They had the orders mixed up for the tagliata. Those who wanted it well done were served cold because they were eating the first course. The only positive note was that the owner didn't charge for the first course, apologizing for what had happened. However, the price was too high for what we ate. We basically went home to have a spaghetti dinner.

13/03/2026: Faccenda has always been a reliable choice. I often order pizzas for delivery and they always arrive piping hot, as if they were fresh out of the oven, and the same goes for fried foods. The staff was courteous and helpful, even when I made countless changes to my order! The couriers, too, were punctual and courteous.
