24/08/2025: A family-run, cozy, and air-conditioned restaurant (very important during this time of year). The service was friendly and attentive; the customer service was evident. One point for improvement was that the dishes didn't all arrive at once, so some of us finished before others could even start. However, the positive aspects far outweighed this: the meats were spectacular, they have gluten-free options, and for dessert I enjoyed a delicious lemon semifreddo. Highly recommended. I'll be back; I'm eager to try more dishes.

11/08/2025: We've been frequenting Freedom for perhaps a decade now. Very fair prices, a good range of services, and the seafood restaurant's menu is more than decent. I recommend the spaghetti with clams and chopped pistachios. It's definitely "our" beach.

23/08/2025: Delicious food, traditional yet with interesting new twists. Highly recommended are the chicory tart, the beans all'uccelletto, and the pasta dishes (try the fresh pasta with wild boar ragù and rabbit ragù). Fast and super helpful service. Well done!

26/08/2025: Personally, I had a good time. Nice place, a bit of an old-fashioned trattoria, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The pizza is very thin, true, but good. The toppings are adequate and good. The fried foods were good. We went on a Saturday night...a little crowded and noisy...but bearable for me. There's an outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy a nice aperitif. They have good beers. Reasonable prices. As I always say...this is my opinion.

20/08/2025: Too bad. I was there for the first time in July, and everything was excellent, nothing to complain about. This evening was a tragedy: we sat down at 8:30 PM (as per our telephone reservation made on MONDAY), but after complaining, we ate our pizzas at around 9:45 PM. Furthermore, a gentleman came to our table—I don't know if he was the owner or someone else—and, in a threatening tone, complained that we had asked the wait staff a couple of times how long it would take to get these pizzas. Furthermore, the tone in which he kept claiming that he had told those who had booked that since there were large groups we had to come earlier was very annoying and unpleasant. First of all, I was NOT TOLD ANYTHING. The fact that there are groups is not the customer's problem, and it's not that I have to come at 7 to eat pizza because you have tables for 30 people. So, dear gentleman, who didn't even show up, this is not the way to do business. One less customer due to your arrogance and rudeness.

01/09/2025: This place. Modern in style? It's spacious and very appealing, thanks in part to its outdoor seating. Convenient parking for many cars. Both the sandwiches and pizza are excellent, and the menu is extensive, including drinks. Very fast and attentive service. I'd definitely return, not just as a couple, but also with a group of friends. I even celebrated a birthday there with twenty people, and we had a great time; they even gave me the candle I'd forgotten.

29/08/2025: Hi, Valenza, we booked a table for two. We chose our seating and were immediately greeted by a really nice and helpful young lady who looked after us until the end. The food was good, with no long waits considering the place was quite busy. There's ample parking outside. I would have preferred a little more lighting inside. Overall, it's a place worth trying. Congratulations.

08/06/2025: Excellent location 2 km from Soriano nel Cimino and 12 km from the Orte toll booth. Restaurant, hotel, excellent breakfast. Shaded areas, outdoor spaces. Close to Viterbo and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Rome. Kindness and welcome from the owners. Internal parking for cars
