19/05/2025: The food and especially the service were soooo good! My partner has celiac disease and can't eat gluten for that reason. The waitress was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. She even shared the information with her colleagues, and when we wanted to order dessert, she immediately suggested gluten-free options.

17/05/2025: Overrated. The pizza is not exceptional, in fact, a little heavy but in the evening.

05/05/2025: The pizzas we ordered tasted amazing. The ingredients used to make them tasted like they came from my grandmother's garden. You would like to feel this taste every day - "heaven in your mouth". 😉 I would like to draw attention to a very nice gentleman from the staff who politely tried to understand our broken English/Italian and showed us everything in detail. He greeted us and said goodbye to us in a friendly accent, namely with a few words in Polish. Thank you and we highly recommend it to everyone!!!

04/05/2025: ATTENTION – Tourist rip-off! Please give this restaurant a wide berth! We were a group of 8 people - 4 adults and 4 children, including 2 babies who slept in the stroller. Only 2 adults and 1 child ate. Nevertheless, we were charged a service fee of €20 - completely unreasonable and a pure rip-off! In addition: The scampi and the pizza were disappointing in taste - absolutely not worth the money. We were there for a week and never had to pay such a flat rate in any other restaurant. Conclusion: Overpriced, unfair and disappointing in quality. No recommendation!

22/05/2025: Excellent restaurant with very fresh fish, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We tried the gratinated appetizer (with scallops, scallops and razor clams) and the pasta with scampi alla busara: really very good. I liked the creamed cod a little less. The prices are in line with the quality of the food offered.

14/05/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday for Mother's Day, I have to say everything was amazing! The waitress who took the order was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional, and also all the rest of the staff who served us. Coming to the menu, a pleasant entrée before the mixed hot and cold appetizers, spaghetti with clams and baked fish of the day, cleaned and plated on a service trolley in front of us! It wasn't the first time we ate there, and it certainly won't be the last! Highly recommended. Book in advance and you can request a table outside or under the tent, to also enjoy the sea view.

22/05/2025: Very bright and modern place. I had a prosciutto and mushrooms and I liked it, the dough was light and well cooked with a generous mozzarella, it was also well seasoned. The service...they sat me down right away but then the wait began...after about ten minutes of seeing the three waiters pass by, I took the initiative to ask for the menu. Since they didn't come to take the order I also asked to be able to order...the pizza and beer arrived quickly. I didn't want to have coffee because I was tired of waiting and having to ask. The place wasn't crowded, perhaps inexperience due to the youth of the waiters but in my opinion there is little attention to the customer.

26/05/2025: We entered. We were taken to another room. We were given menus and... That was it. We left after 15 minutes. We couldn't even order drinks. The waiters walked around our table but forgot about us. We were afraid to risk ordering because they might forget about us again.

18/05/2025: It’s amazing. We were in Italië for a week, ate pizza almost every day and this was our restaurant for the second to last day. They have in my opinion the best pizza we had this week, perfectly home made tiramisu and nice old skool Italian prices. Absoluut recommendation!

Today we had the nduja pizza, the calzone with mushrooms, ham and lots of cheese, and the Mediterranean salad ( buffalo cheese, anchovies, and egg with lots of veggies varieties) and please have a half liter house white wine and olives…. 67€ Must be said that the service is great

06/04/2025: Causa lavori in cantiere protrattisi fino tarda serata negli ultimi 3 fine settimana ho preso le pizze da Pizza Smile per tutti gli operai : 10 due settimane fa, 6 lo scorso venerdì e 25 ieri sera, sabato 5. Ho telefonato alle 20.15 chiedendo 25 pizze miste da ritirare sul posto alle 21.00. Risultato: sono arrivato in via Baiamonti alle 20.55 con 20 pizze già pronte e 5 solo da tirare fuori dal forno. Margherita, prosciutto, salamino , verdure, crudo & bresaola. Tutte davvero buone e gustose con 3 bottiglie di coca/fanta e pepsi in omaggio. Totale 197 euro e tutti soddisfatti. Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

09/04/2025: We went for lunch by chance on Sunday, sitting at a table outside, a beautiful sunny day, in the small square in the historic centre, the atmosphere was very nice. Restaurant with beautiful internal rooms, all renovated and with a Templar theme, very very beautiful. SPECTACULAR food, we had a superb octopus appetizer with potato cream, a superb first course of asparagus and prawn tagliolini, the pasta was fresh and handmade, it was evident from the consistency, very good croaker with an innovative and delicious sauce, the children had fried calamari which finally tasted like calamari, incredible freshness, instead of the usual defrosted bagged ones. Excellent service, courtesy and love for his business struck us, always available, he described the dishes with ambition because he was aware that they would be a success. Congratulations, we will definitely be back, maybe not in the middle of summer, but we will be back, it is also worth it for the price, because we spent the right amount for the quality of the products and the quantity.

20/04/2025: Wie ein verstecktes Juwel! Von außen unscheinbar, waren wir vom Essen und vom Service begeistert! Wir sind Ostersonntag hier, der Laden brummt, sehr viele Einheimische und die Gerichte sind ein Gedicht. Der Clou ist die sehr kompetente Bedienung, die uns in fließendem Deutsch bedient. Ein echter Geheimtipp, wenn man einfach gut essen möchte.

16/12/2024: Ho trovato la mia nuova pizzeria preferita a Trieste, con pizze napoletane VERE e ingredienti ottimi. Per non parlare dei piatti di pesce, cucinati con maestria, rapporto qualità prezzo senza competizioni rispetto ad altri posti della città. Tutta la famiglia innamorata di questo posto. Da oggi, clienti fissi. Consigliatissimo.
