05/07/2024: personale molto gentile e cortese anche con il servizio a domicilio, hanno un occhio di riguardo per gli ingredienti freschi che arrivano sempre separatamente in modo tale da non farli squagliare sulla pizza. la pizza è veramente ottima io prendo sempre quella alta e l’impasto comunque rimane leggero da digerire ! ottima pizzeria la consiglierei sicuramente

02/05/2024: Nel mio viaggiare in Emilia, tra ristoranti e pizzerie ,alla ricerca di gusti nuovi e prelibatezze, ho da segnalare come mia ultima tappa, la pizzeria da asporto "QUADRIFOGLIO". Devo ammettere che la scelta che mi si è presentata negli espositori era senza fine, tra le pizze al taglio condite divinamente , e le tonde fatte al momento, tutte prodotte con farine di Riso,farro,5 cereali integrali e la eccellente PETRA. Ciò mi ha spiazzato per la grande scelta che ho avuto. Devo dire che tra tutti questi gusti e combinazioni di specialità e prelibatezze, posso affermare che è qualità GOURMET. Ho assaggiato una pizza tonda molto gustosa che mi ha soddisfatto pienamente, pomodorini, aceto balsamico, zucca grigliata e cipolla tropea cotta nel prosecco, mentre i pezzi al trancio erano gustosi da giù di testa...... Per chi passasse in zona consiglio di fermarsi e gustare sapori unici, come sono unici i due titolari, Francesco e Rita , gran simpaticoni che con più che ventennale esperienza nel mondo della pizza, non mandano mai via scontenti i loro clienti. Quando sono uscito dal locale, guardando l'insegna "QUADRIFOGLIO" , riflettendo sul suo significato, ho capito il vero significato, che ero stato fortunato ha fermarmi li ed a trovare e provare tante prelibatezze. Ed io che lo affermo me ne intendo... MICHELIN

10/04/2024: Too bad.... gluttony, food 10+, availability 10+, courtesy, friendliness, kindness, a real show, it's a shame that Maps doesn't offer 10 stars because even then they wouldn't be enough. Availability to consume on site but also to come and collect in the box, to take away.

13/08/2024: Discreet pizzeria restaurant unfortunately in recent years it has lost a lot of quality especially Don Peppe... I thought the fault was the choice to open new premises... but the response to my review worsened my expectations given that the owner replied that he didn't have more than two places under management... which makes it even worse if over the years the quality has increasingly dropped... causing the quality and service to be lost over the years and above all the quality of the raw materials (especially fish) However, I consider it a discreet but very cheap place. I would no longer go specifically for dishes or pizzas in particular….. especially fish….

12/08/2024: Excellent experience. EXCELLENT dining room staff and always available even when the room is full. Excellent dishes, excellent too. The venue also has a more private area than the others for couples and families who want tranquility. The pizza 🍕 is quite high compared to the national average but it is still excellent. As a dessert, you absolutely must try the "Cocotella" made up of coconut, chocolate, Nutella and cream with walnuts.

07/06/2024: Better to strike while the iron is hot. I just finished consuming what I could of two home delivery pizzas. Zero leavening pizzas that look like crackers that didn't make it. A frankfurter and chips for my daughter with chips from the morning I think thrown there in the center. My pizza was missing the raw ham (paid for but not received), and last but not least something that has never happened in almost 40 years: the plastic of the provolone I presume, of a four cheese melted all over the pizza. I spent €19. The problem is not money but the way one works: without love or passion and at the risk of hurting others. You don't mess around with food. Ah, obviously pizzas thrown in the bin. Not recommended
