12/04/2026: An excellent menu for everyday dining or for those just passing through. Undoubtedly, the star of the menu is the risotto acquarello, an explosion of flavors in the mouth with a mushroom risotto wrapped in culatello (prosciutto crudo) and a truffle sauce that makes it truly unique.

15/05/2026: Negative experience. A bad smell in the room forced me to keep the window open constantly. The receptionist was very rude and inappropriate (a shame, because another of his colleagues was very kind). I had a very good opinion of this hotel chain. I will never set foot in there again.

13/05/2026: A Best Western just outside Parma's city center. The rooms are typical of the chain: elegant, business-friendly, and clean. The breakfast is very varied (sweet and savory), and Greek yogurt is also available. The only downside is the coffee, which is of very poor quality. There's also a free charging station and ample parking.

30/03/2026: We had appetizers, pizza, and homemade dessert. Everything was delicious. The staff were really friendly.

24/11/2025: The "pizza only" dinner didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a mixed seafood appetizer that was almost completely disappointing. A mussel shell and a half without the fruit, a clam with a microscopic fruit, a shrimp with its intestines attached and so poorly cooked that I couldn't separate the meat from the shell, the marinated anchovies were good, but the rest was mediocre. I tried the pizza, which wasn't to my liking in terms of crust texture, but was still decent. The dessert was a mascarpone brick with chocolate chips that was absolutely flavorless. The service was adequate, and the wait for the dishes was normal. The price was low, but for a reason, I'd say.

06/05/2026: I often go there for work, excellent food and excellent staff, I also went in the evening and ate à la carte, you spend the right amount and the quality is excellent... I highly recommend it

20/05/2026: What can I say? I was randomly searching for a place to eat in Busseto and I came across this place. What can I say? The welcome was excellent, the waiters were very kind and the food was more than good. If I were to ever be in the area again, I would definitely return.

31/08/2025: The €3 cover charge is a bit excessive given that the tablecloths, cutlery, etc. are very standard and home-made, and the bread is the classic white one, so nothing exceptional to charge a €3 cover charge per person. The first courses are average and good; personally, I don't like the pasta being creamy with sauce (the tagliatelle weren't), but it's a matter of taste. The second courses depend on what you order: the Rosa di Parma was good, the fried lamb was a bit thin, with three small ribs, and a bit greasy. Let's just say that some things were good, while others didn't satisfy us. We could do better.

10/05/2026: Very friendly staff but the room wasn't clean and didn't work properly with a broken vent in the bathroom and an air conditioner so old I asked them to turn it off abundant breakfast and very friendly reception

16/04/2026: Overall, my experience wasn’t bad, but there were several issues. The room didn’t have a chair to sit on, the fridge was turned off, and there was no water provided. Before arriving, I asked about slippers and was told they would be in the room, but I didn’t find any upon check-in. The breakfast quality was not very good and there wasn’t much variety. However, the reception and breakfast staff were overall good.”

31/05/2026: First time at this trattoria. The location is convenient, with easy parking, and the outdoor area is beautiful and well-ventilated. The menu offers both seafood and meat dishes, as well as pizza. We ordered an appetizer of mixed cured meats with sweet and sour pickled onions, two first courses, two second courses, and a dessert. Unfortunately, the cured meats didn't convince us: the salami seemed poorly aged, with a noticeable hole in the center, and overall the cured meats lacked flavor. The sweet and sour pickled onions, however, were very good. Among the first courses, the nettle tortelli were decent, with no particular merits or flaws. The "chicche della nonna" (grandmother's chicche), on the other hand, were very creamy and rather bland. For the second courses, the lemon chicken escalopes were good. The lamb ribs (€20) were too small for the asking price and were served on a very hot cast iron griddle that continued to cook the meat, easily overcooking it. It would be helpful to provide a plate to remove them from the cast iron. The tiramisu for dessert was good. A decidedly negative note regarding the service: the staff was very absent and prone to forgetfulness. For example, the appetizers arrived before the drinks, and the coffee was placed on the table rather hastily. The final bill of €90 seemed disproportionate to the quality of the dishes and, above all, the level of service received. Overall rating: A disappointing experience, with some positives, but not enough to justify the final bill.
