The lady who runs it is very knowledgeable about wine.
Very friendly and kind. If I were to pass by again, I would stop to try her cuisine.
She gave us some slices of truly delicious prosciutto. 😋
05/07/2025: Excellent tortelli, reminiscent of grandma's. Even the culaccia with fried cake is up to par. Amazing tiramisu and extremely kind staff.

09/10/2025: Good hotel. A little out of the way, but the city center, being small, isn't too far for those who enjoy walking. The entire staff is friendly and polite (something I don't take for granted). The service is excellent and professional.
16/09/2025: I had booked my stay here for three nights as I was meant to participate in the Workshop on Scientific and Computational Gastronomy at University di Parma. The infrastructure is top class. Food, especially the breakfast platter, is excellent, at part with a 3/4 star hotel in Europe. The support staff is very helpful. It is, however, slightly off from the core of Parma city. Having said that, the bus connectivity is good with a few bus stops available at walkable distance from the hotel.

27/09/2025: Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied this evening. The seafood spaghetti had old mussels, and the spaghetti was overcooked. It's a shame, pizza would have been better.

29/09/2025: One of the best pizzas in the Fidenza area, very easy to digest with a wide selection of flavors and doughs.
The desserts and sandwiches are also very good.
The prices are a little high, but worth it.

After being turned away as tourists at a nearby restaurant, we received a very warm welcome here. Although our Italian isn't great, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We were served very quickly and enjoyed both the pizzas and desserts. Our dog was also welcome!
The restaurant is very spacious. There's plenty of space both inside and outside.
Definitely recommended!

Delicious traditional food.
The appetizer is a must-try!
The main course, our meat, was tender and everything was flavorful and well-seasoned.
Thanks to the chef.
We didn't have pizza, but they looked delicious at other tables.
We had reserved a table.

The only flaw, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is the staff being a bit too serious. I wouldn't have minded a little more smile.

We had good pizzas; the dough and toppings were all good, except for the cooked ham, which was a bit salty.
The owner, who was very kind and attentive, served us, and the prices were below average.

09/10/2025: I haven't eaten here for a long time, I have to say that some time ago they were much more similar to the pieces from Sicilian trattoria but today they are truly horrible, Neapolitan sandwiches all raw inside and hard and dry onions, they must have changed the rotisserie because the tavola calda is cooked at too high a temperature and not very leavened, the result is raw inside and dry and hard as a stone on the outside.
