07/05/2026: Truly a terrible experience. I ordered home delivery, and the delivery times were completely out of control: a huge delay with no communication or apology. When the order finally arrived, the situation was even worse: cold, soggy pizza, with a rubbery, practically inedible dough. Considering the price, the service is absolutely unacceptable. No customer service and zero professionalism. One of the worst experiences with home delivery. I don't recommend it and will never order again.

26/04/2026: A shameful experience. After an hour of waiting, without any communication or serious apology, they showed up as if nothing had happened with a Coke, as if that would make up for the wasted time. It was frankly irritating. Of course, I refused. I asked for even the slightest concrete sign of respect, even just a €3 discount, but nothing: total dismissal and indifference. This kind of attitude demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Their time is worthless here. A customer lost forever. Not recommended to anyone who cares even a little about service.

27/04/2026: We ordered a half-meter pizza for delivery. The pizza was embarrassing, raw, and cut into birthday-party-style squares. And most importantly, it was cut before adding the mozzarella, which consisted of a thick layer of melted cheese that had gotten stuck in every crack in the pizza rectangle, even sticking completely to the cardboard...absurd.

14/06/2026: Worst place to order pizza. If you can, run away until the time is up. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible service. They barely understand your order and give you the wrong person's order. Infinite wait time for no valid reason. Home delivery orders: "Good luck getting it delivered." If I could, I'd give it one less star. There are places light years better than this. The pizza quality is nothing new, the quality of the ingredients is decent, but the pizza is rubbery. A small detail for those new to Colorno: the previous reviews were about the previous owner of the place, who is no longer in business. Maybe it was good back then, but now I strongly advise against wasting your time there.

28/03/2025: Business lunch for three, we shared a plate of prosciutto with schiacciatina and then a "light" dish each (in my case, raw artichoke and parmesan salad), and drank water. Everything was good, the service was very attentive and courteous, and well-timed, and the atmosphere was pleasant, well-kept, and clean, but over €100 for three is definitely too much for a vegetable dish each.

16/03/2025: A small restaurant, excellent pizza, but disappointing service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the waitress's behavior: while I was still eating, she proceeded to clear the table and asked only my companion if he wanted to continue with something else, without waiting for me to finish my pizza, completely ignoring me. After that, we never saw her again. We would have preferred dessert, coffee, or other options. A real shame, as the quality of the food deserves more attentive and respectful service.

29/06/2026: I used to go to the place for aperitivo with friends and always had a great time. It was a bit noisy, perhaps, but you know, there are so many of us. For some time now, I've been accompanying my 91-year-old mother for breakfast every Sunday morning. In fact, she'd eat everything in sight, both sweet and savory. My mother is happy, the kids are all kind and helpful, and the guy—I think his name is Alex—always finds time to ask my mother how she's doing, and that makes her happy. Thank you. _________________________ For years, I've come here for breakfast with my mother. Yesterday, after her passing, I returned alone for the first time. The girls, seeing me, asked me very gently if anything had happened, and when they learned of my loss, they showed me truly extraordinary humanity, sensitivity, and affection. A gesture of closeness that, in such a difficult time, meant the world to me. In addition to the quality and professionalism I've always found here, yesterday I was reassured by the incredible value of the people who work there. Thank you so much for your kindness and for the attention you gave me. I will never forget it. ❤️

09/05/2026: A pizzeria that feels like a canteen, despite the friendly staff. For a Tyrolean pizza with gorgonzola, €5 just for that last ingredient!!! I'd say it's mind-blowing. The cover charge is €2.50 for three pizzas, without bread. And that's not all: 1 lemon sorbet cost a whopping €8... I'm speechless. I won't be returning, thank you, and never again.

22/04/2026: We ordered takeout pizzas, which we paid for as regular pizzas, but when we opened the package at home, we found ourselves with baby pizzas, which were also very thin and dry. I should point out that it was 7:30 PM and there were no other customers, so there would have been time to carefully prepare the pizzas. I called the pizzeria to point out that the pizzas were very small, and they smugly replied that next time they'll try to roll out the dough better. It's a shame there wasn't much dough anyway; perhaps they want to fool the customer by making the dough smaller than necessary. But they fool us once and never catch us again, so it's not a very smart policy for a restaurant owner, especially since there's a lot of competition among pizzerias. Take care... bye bye.
