19/01/2026: Very good pizza with plenty of toppings. The owner is very friendly and approachable. I enjoyed chatting with him while waiting. Fair prices, two half-meter pizzas (a special for €25 and a margherita for €15).

27/11/2025: I've been a regular customer for years and can only say MORE THAN EXCELLENT! A welcoming, clean, and tidy place with convenient outdoor parking. The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The pizza is delicious, always generously topped with top-quality ingredients and the dough is incredibly easy to digest. And if you want a truly unique dessert, come and try the SALTED CARAMEL ENCHANTING!!! Irresistible!!! Compliments in every way, including the home delivery. They always arrive on time or early, but never late!! Debby and Maria are a guarantee!!! I highly recommend everyone to stop by and enjoy a wonderful evening with friends and an excellent pizza!! 08/01/2026: Discovered by chance last night, we are campers from Rome and were looking for a good restaurant to savor the delicacies of Modena and a quiet place to spend the night in our campervan in safety and tranquility. Taverna Napoleone offered both: free parking for the campervan with electrical hookup and a fantastic dinner. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and Beppe was an exceptional host, friendly and personable. We also exchanged many campervan experiences, as he was a campervan himself. The carefully curated and well-presented menu, and Beppe's recommendations took us on a journey through the flavors of fabulous Modena cuisine, all at very fair prices. I highly recommend it to campervans and non-campers alike; we will definitely be back. Thanks, Beppe, and best of luck with everything. See you soon.

05/02/2026: Informal and welcoming place, very helpful, kind, and cheerful staff. I've had the opportunity to try both the restaurant and the pizzeria: the restaurant menu is excellent value, and the pizza has improved significantly compared to years ago, both in terms of dough and quality of ingredients. They also have gluten-free pizza (wow!) and it's delicious, and they even know what celiac disease means and how to manage it (finally, someone who doesn't ask us "how celiac are you?" Wow again!). One evening we arrived at 10:40 pm looking for pizza, and they welcomed us even though there was hardly anyone left in the dining room and it was about an hour before closing time. Years ago, they had a children's play area, but it's been removed. (What a shame). I recommend it.

We all ate pizza together, and the staff was super kind, helpful, and friendly throughout the evening, despite the large group. 14/01/2026: I'm a regular Sunday night customer after a basketball game with friends. The crispy, well-topped pizza at Sombrero is a sure thing. We're disappointed when there aren't any leftover portions of the mascarpone with Barozzi, but fortunately, that rarely happens. The waitresses give everyone five stars.
