17/03/2024: Small restaurant in Vignola visited with friends. For dinner we ate in the (closed) outdoor gazebo, a little claustrophobic but well heated. The staff were really very friendly and nice. Pizza rolled out beyond belief, very thin, perhaps too thin. I'm a lover of Thin pizza but in this case it was so thin that it couldn't hold the toppings. Since it was stretched out so much, the diameter of the pizza was exaggerated (it didn't even fit on the plate), mine was a little burnt on the edge, nothing catastrophic. Apart from the thinness (in every sense) of the pizza dough, the flavor was truly excellent, lots of seasoning and quality. Baked potatoes with a lot of garlic (I like it a lot but if someone doesn't like it it might be annoying). I also took a portion of Tiramisu, the idea of ​​serving it in a Mocha was very nice but the quantity was a little small. Average prices and even a little less, positively surprised by the bill. All things considered, the experience was very pleasant, staff at the checkout were very friendly and nice. Definitely recommended if you are in Vignola.

16/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, the pizza is really worth it, there are so many that choosing is difficult, but you won't be disappointed at all. The desserts are also excellent. The prices are really fair. In the south once upon a time prices were lower and the quality was better. Today it is the exact opposite. Congratulations to this restaurant and long live Panza!

03/04/2024: The pizza was good. Less so was the "salad" or so-called salad, very poor in proportion to the price (10 euros), served without bread, which we had to request. Luckily we managed to get moved to a fairly comfortable table, but we They are two-person tables that would be just fine for having a quick coffee, given how small they are and how narrow the seat is, and we are not obese...certainly not for dining comfortably and in a comfortable situation.. Maybe it's better for a simple snack for lunch.
