30/11/2025: We went to eat at this place hoping it was still a restaurant but there was only pizza... considering that on the sign and also on the internet it says pizzeria restaurant... again not very correct... if you are no longer a restaurant, damn... instead they only do pizza and hamburgers and the pizza asked for well cooked and it arrived undercooked... I told the waiter about it and he remade it but she was very annoyed... the staff was untrained and courteous, the room was extremely cold and you had to eat in your jacket... not recommended in my opinion, we will definitely not return.

19/11/2025: Unfortunately, despite the many options, 1 out of 10 pizzas comes out well, often burned on the top, and undercooked on the bottom, with a wide crust and raw inside. We tried the tirata again, but it was too thin in the center and therefore burned. Every time we give it a chance, we have to give it a try; pizzas are expensive, not free! Too many pizza chefs have changed, and some are not exactly expert; we won't buy them again!

13/11/2025: The pizza was good, but the rudeness was unbelievable. I ordered two pizzas and one was wrong. When I called to have it remade, they first said yes, then called me back saying they thought they'd delivered the right one and therefore wouldn't make it. I was extremely disappointed. It's a shame, because the pizza is good, but the behavior is unacceptable.

22/10/2025: I ordered two piadinas from Rizzoli. One with prosciutto and mozzarella One with bresaola, stracchino, and arugula When I got to my room, I opened it and found a Margherita pizza with prosciutto and a flatbread with mozzarella and arugula. I'm speechless.

22/06/2025: Avremmo dovuto fidarci delle recensioni, invece spinti dalle foto di quelle bellissime pizze abbiamo deciso di provarci lo stesso. Se dovessi valutare solo ed esclusivamente l'impasto darei dieci stelle perchè è il migliore che abbia mai mangiato, leggero e sofficissimo, sembra di masticare una nuvola, peccato che gli ingredienti sopra non siano niente di eccezionale, ho mangiato molto meglio altrove. Il menù è particolare, di pizze classiche ne troverete si e no un paio, avevano tutte abbinamenti che a noi non piacevano, infatti alla fine ho ripiegato sulla classica margherita. Senza infamia e senza lode. Sul dolce stendiamo un velo pietoso! Mascarpone al pistacchio con un mascarpone che non era mascarpone (bianco anziché giallo e totalmente insapore) e sopra una colata di liquido verde che immagino avrebbe dovuto essere pistacchio ma non sapeva affatto di pistacchio e aveva anche un retrogusto leggermente alcolico (?) Buono invece il caffè. Il locale è arredato con gusto, sarebbe molto carino se non fosse così minuscolo, al limite del claustrofobico. I tavolini sono letteralmente appiccicati gli uni agli altri, mangi schiena a schiena con i clienti accanto e gomito a gomito con i tuoi stessi commensali perchè essendo più piccoli di un tavolo standard devi giocare a tetris per incastrare pizze, posate, bicchieri e bevande senza far cadere nulla. Nota di merito invece per il personale, tutti gentili e disponibili, sempre con il sorriso nonostante il caos del sabato sera. Servizio rapido e impeccabile. Non torneremo

16/06/2025: Spinta dalle belle recensioni qua e là sui social mi sono decisa a provare questa pizzeria, carica di aspettative, che purtroppo non sono state minimamente soddisfatte. Locale cassioso, super affollato, zero distanziamento tra un tavolo e l’altro, pizza nella media con ingredienti di scarsa qualità (mi riferisco sopratutto a patate e salsiccia, della Patanella, immangiabili), servizio al limite della sufficienza. C’è di meglio in giro, fidatevi.

15/07/2025: ⸻ I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I ordered from Jolly Pizza expecting something decent, but the food was absolutely awful. The pizza was soggy, flavorless, and looked nothing like the photos. Even the ingredients seemed cheap and low-quality. It honestly tasted like a poorly reheated frozen pizza. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to contact them. Avoid this place at all costs. A total waste of money.

30/06/2025: The quality of the pizza was decent, I've eaten worse, what I remember is the Glovo delivery guy who asked me for a kiss after delivering the pizza. Terrible

02/07/2025: After eating a pizza at this place, I started feeling sick and vomited several times. I wasn't the only one: my cousin, who ate with me, had the exact same problem. Something in the ingredients was clearly spoiled (maybe the mozzarella). It is unacceptable to risk feeling so sick for a pizza. An experience to forget.

29/07/2025: Das Vincanto liefert eine grundsolide Küche, die es aber mit anderen Restaurants (auch an Ort) leider nicht ganz aufnehmen kann. Der eigentliche Schwachpunkt scheint mir hier der Umgang mit dem Gast zu sein. Der Service ist leider nicht auf der Höhe: beim Hauptgericht wird nicht nach Beilagen gefragt, die gesondert bestellt werden müssen. Man bemerkt also seinen Fehler erst, wenn das Essen vor einem steht… Auch sonst macht man was man muss, mehr aber auch nicht. Man fühlt sich nicht im üblichen Maße als Gast und umsorgt (ja, das kann auch manchmal zu viel werden, aber gar nicht ist entschieden zu wenig). Es fehlt nicht viel: Sehen, dass ein Glas oder eine Flasche leer ist und reagieren, beim Aufnehmen der Bestellung mitdenken und fragen, mehr wäre es nicht - vermutlich ein Personal-/Führungsthema. Die Küche ist gut und die Gerichte schmecken gut, gleich ob Nudeln, Fisch oder Fleisch. Besonders hervorzuheben: es gibt hier glutenfreie Kost auf sehr guten Niveau.

24/07/2025: Pranzo giorno feriale fine luglio 25. Cose veloci e semplici (bruschetta e insalata). Servizio di ragazze di lingua non italiana cortesi ma sprovvedute. Fatto presente di bottiglia di olio di oliva con data di scadenza 22/06/25 e risposta che la bottiglia è riutilizzata per olio diverso. Mi pare frase credibile ma in un luogo pubblico che significato ha? Costo di 10 euro per la bruschetta più elementare e 14 euro per insalatona (almeno con prosciutto crudo …. Tagliato grosso!). Forza ragazze si può fare meglio!

21/08/2025: Food: Neither bad nor good (we had croissants with chocolate). Coffee: Better to stay without. Cleanliness: Very bad. Chairs were dirty, the workspace didn’t look clean, there were flies, and even the door was broken — instead of fixing it, they just taped it. Staff: The lady didn’t speak English and got a bit upset because she couldn’t understand what we were saying.
