20/06/2024: Avranno ingredienti di qualità, spese di affitto, gestione, personale, bollette… nessuno lo mette in dubbio, ma i prezzi sono veramente fuori mercato, soprattutto dopo che la dimensione delle loro pinse è visibilmente diminuita: una volta infatti riempivano quasi completamente il cartone, mentre ora quando uno lo apre sembra una presa in giro. E paghi pure 13€ per una “pinsetta”.

22/04/2024: Sono stata a cena in questo locale con amici una domenica sera. La Pinsa è buona, l'impasto è ottimo così come gli ingredienti utilizzati ..io ho scelto una gricia tartufata, forse il guanciale utilizzato è leggermente salato ma tuttavia mi è piaciuta. Il cameriere è stato gentile e sorridente ma il servizio è stato lento e distratto; infatti dopo aver terminato le nostre pinse hanno impiegato un sacco di tempo per sparecchiare la tavola e non c'è stato chiesto se gradivamo un caffè oppure il dolce. Avrei gradito un po' più d'attenzione. Prezzo leggermente sopra la media

13/06/2024: I've always had a good time ordering from this pizzeria until tonight: pizza 30 minutes late, cold and hot beer, a terrible combination! I had called before receiving the order and was reassured that the pizza would be hot, it wasn't so I reheated it in the oven. My wife told me that the same thing had already happened some time ago and so I called to report the inconvenience (who would want to eat a cold pizza while drinking a warm beer?). The owner replied that unfortunately since I live far from the pizzeria (2.5km) if I want it hot maybe it's better for me to go and get it... I'd say that's fine, I'll find another pizzeria to my liking with decidedly more polite and friendly owners. attentive to the service, a shame because I really like the pizza. From Sicilian to Sicilian... yes, you're wrong!

14/04/2024: Today we went to get two takeaway pizzas. A margherita (very good) and a white pizza without anything (even without mozzarella). Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and he made it with the mozzarella. However, he was super kind because, after we pointed it out to him, he immediately gave us another one and gave us the difference back even though there was no need for it. This gesture was truly appreciated. A thousand thanks!

20/07/2024: the rudeness of the staff is the order of the day, the online menu defined as "old" by them (from February 2024) absolutely needs to be updated or you can get confused with the prices if no one has ever been there, as happened to me. never again.

17/07/2024: The owner is an excellent pizza chef with vast experience. Excellent organoleptic quality. Pizza produced with high quality ingredients, properly cooked, delivered in cellulose containers unlike other merchants who serve in vulgar cardboard. Very kind managers. I have also tried other pizzerias in the area but from my point of view Valerio's pizzas are the best.

14/07/2024: Absolutely bad evening, unpresentable mixed grill... 3 small pieces pre-cooked and placed or, to put it another way, thrown on the plate with french fries... because if served alone it was super unpresentable... anyway without a drizzle of lemon oil I'm sorry for the waiter who was always available

08/07/2024: The place is beautiful and well decorated. The staff were courteous and pleasant. Unfortunately, however, the pizza is not the best and the service was not efficient, perhaps due to a huge table before us. The staff had warned us of the delay due to this table of 30 people and the impossibility of putting so many pizzas in the oven at once because the oven handles a maximum of 2 pizzas at a time. In my opinion if the kitchen or oven cannot handle large tables it should not take large tables. (but that's just my opinion) The wait might not have been a problem because in the meantime we had something to nibble on and they offered us 2 portions of chips, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't much appreciated. I hope it was just a coincidence... due to inexperience and the new management. For the rest the place is beautiful so I hope that these inputs will help to improve. The bill was lower than we expected. I hope to return and find the improved pizza...

19/08/2024: Pizzas are usually taken from the Post Office. Good dishes but the specialty is pizza of course, they are fast in home deliveries (obviously just don't order 21 passes) and they are always on point. Honorable mention to the takeaway Kebab Sandwiches eaten in the evening.

24/07/2024: I asked for a pizza one way, they brought the pizza their way without adding ALL the ingredients I asked for, I call to have them add the ingredients, they don't satisfy the customer. Experience to avoid.

10/08/2024: Excellent pizza!! Taken half a meter with home delivery: the crust is very soft and nice high, the dough is excellent and easily digestible. Punctual delivery. I definitely recommend this place!

11/08/2024: Pizza con ingredienti di pessima qualità, pomodoro acido e mozzarella acquosa che se prendi la fetta in mano casca in terra. Non consigliato ora, qualche anno fa era la meglio di Pavullo.

23/04/2024: Un giorno a pranzo io e i miei amici decidiamo di andare a mangiare la pizza al Peperoncino e, dopo aver ordinato una pizza bufala e pomodorini abbiamo aspettato circa 15 minuti per tre pizze (un po’ troppo). Una volta arrivate con un buon aspetto mi sono attentato ad assaggiare la suddetta pizza, ma mi accorsi subito che qualcosa non andava, infatti i pomodorini avevano uno strano sapore; allora mi dissi di provare un’altra fetta, perché magari era stato un caso, ma dopo aver mangiato metà pizza la situazione non era cambiata e avevano lo stesso sapore acidognolo. Dopodiché mi riaiutai di mangiare i pomodorini e li lasciai da parte. Un consiglio per voi che state leggendo: non prendete una pizza con i pomodorini.

16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients
