17/07/2024: I recently dined at Lido with high expectations but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly and placed our order. However, the service quickly went downhill. After waiting for 45 minutes and still not receiving our starter, we inquired about the delay. A different waiter seemed unaware of our order's status and assured us he would check on it. Approximately 10 minutes later, our main courses arrived. To our disappointment, it was the wrong pizza, but by this time, my husband was too hungry to make a fuss. Despite the error, we decided to overlook it and proceed with our meal, hoping for a redeeming moment. Sadly, the starter we had been waiting for never arrived. When the bill was presented, we noticed we were charged for the starter and an unopened bottle of water we hadn't requested. It felt like a final blow to an already disappointing evening. The waiter who took our order needs to up his game. While I understand that mistakes happen, his lack of attentiveness and failure to follow up on our concerns were unacceptable. In summary, Lido has potential, but our experience was marred by poor service and oversight. I hope they can address these issues to improve future diners' experiences.

07/07/2024: Da denuncia penale e chiusura dell'attività. Abbiamo preso i Tagliolini allo scoglio, un fritto misto e una pizza americana richiesta senza wurstel che arriva con i wurstel. Facciamo presente l'errore e dopo meno di UN MINUTO arriva quella giusta. La pizza era palesemente giá pronta. Pre riscaldata e nemmeno tanto bene. Tenuta sotto il ripiano dei condimenti. Ad occhio nudo si capiva che l'impasto non era stato fatto lievitare correttamente e stava tornando indietro. Oggi non a caso sta lievitando in pancia. Il menu era completamente privo di allergeni. Il pesce sarebbe dovuto essere fresco dato che non vi era menzione alcuna del surgelato ma la pasta sembrava uscire da un discount. Lo scoglio sapeva di plastica e non di pesce mentre il sughetto era solo olio e pepe. Pomodoro vecchio e pesce palesemente congelato ma spacciato per fresco. Siamo andati via con forti dubbi e con la necessità di una Biochetasi. Tantissima voglia di segnalarli alle autoritá perché la smettano di scherzare sulla pelle dei clienti. Servizio pessimo. Cibo pessimo. Ristorante carissimo. Non torneremo.

07/04/2024: Takeaway pizza ordered via app. Punctual, really good pizza, well leavened and excellent quality of the ingredients used. Curiosity.👇🏻 Pay attention to the pizza box: if you order it tall, use a box with a raised top to prevent it from getting damaged during transport. Well done!

07/04/2024: €30 for half a metre, half frankfurters and chips and half white sausage and broccoli...€2 for delivery just to cross the road...the pizza was nothing exceptional...
