06/06/2026: A double Vasco concert and Ferrara's restaurants are in a tailspin. Tensions are sky-high and rudeness is everywhere. Not here. The Sophists, perhaps because of their name, keep their cool, manage to be kind, and find a table even for those who haven't booked. The pumpkin cappellacci are exquisite, the tagliata steak is well-done (rare), and the atmosphere in the internal garden is excellent. Kudos to everyone!

14/04/2026: Very spacious place. They welcomed us right away, despite the Easter Monday lunchtime chaos in the city center and the time around 2 PM. The thin, crispy pizza and the typical Ferrarese dishes were delicious; I tried the pasticcio ferrarese. The service was excellent and friendly, prompt, and even friendly. I would return, but I didn't give it a 5 because the pasticcio was perhaps a little on the small side.

31/05/2026: I'm a regular customer, and so far, I've always had a good experience. This evening, around 9:00 PM, I simply asked if the place was still open. They replied, "No, ma'am, we're just passing through." I then simply said, "Be patient, I asked because the oven was on and the place was open." But the response I received was, "I have no patience, go away, I'm tired." I was very disappointed and displeased by this incident, especially since I'd never been treated this way before. I understand that at the end of the day, you might be tired, but I believe a minimum amount of courtesy should always be shown towards customers.

05/01/2026: I went to Osteria Charlie in Cattolica without high expectations, but I was truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, unpretentious, just like a real osteria. The dishes are plentiful and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality ingredients. Even the desserts are excellent and generous, which isn't always the case. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the dishes and the fact that you leave feeling truly full.

14/06/2026: Worst place to order pizza. If you can, run away until the time is up. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible service. They barely understand your order and give you the wrong person's order. Infinite wait time for no valid reason. Home delivery orders: "Good luck getting it delivered." If I could, I'd give it one less star. There are places light years better than this. The pizza quality is nothing new, the quality of the ingredients is decent, but the pizza is rubbery. A small detail for those new to Colorno: the previous reviews were about the previous owner of the place, who is no longer in business. Maybe it was good back then, but now I strongly advise against wasting your time there.

04/04/2026: We went to this pizzeria tonight, just steps from our apartment, and I have to say the negative reviews don't reflect our experience at all. The pizza, despite being thin crust, was truly delicious, light, and easy to digest. The staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. A simple but truly enjoyable stop: we'll gladly return.
