05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25). Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us. We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed. We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place. John Dunne (Ireland).

31/07/2025: I sometimes get takeout pizza from this place on weekends. Overall, I consider it a good place: the pizza, which is slightly higher than other pizzerias, is quite good. They're also always punctual: in a year of orders, they were only late once (by just a quarter of an hour), and they even corrected the slight delay, notifying you immediately. So, if you're in the area, you can stop by and enjoy a good pizza.

19/07/2025: A takeout pizzeria that answers a whopping 30 calls, with David Guetta's "Play Hard" playing in the background, making the call incomprehensible, and a certain Willy threatening to fight a friend of mine an hour after not answering the constant calls. Too bad, because I wanted some more songs 😭

19/07/2025: Last night, a friend and I called to order two pizzas, but out of 30 calls, only three were answered, with "Play Hard" by David Guetta, Ne-Yo, and Akon playing in the background, and insults directed at us both. The staff was incompetent and rude, and on the first two calls, they couldn't speak Italian, English, or any other Latin, Germanic, or Indo-European language. They probably knew a few words, but they were certainly ignoring us on the first two calls, given that, on the third, their linguistic knowledge resurfaced from the oblivion it had sunk into during the previous calls, and they proceeded directly to verbal insults and physical threats. But I'll get to that in a moment, and what happened was simply unacceptable. The first two calls were also filled with noises in an "alien language," metallic, almost magnetic, and with constant, eerie radio silence. On the third and final call, a certain "Willy" threatened and insulted us for no apparent reason, given that we were patient and mostly kind. The insults and physical intimidation because we ordered two pizzas during work hours are sinister, sad, and unacceptable. He personally threatened me with coming to my house and hung up without a verbal and civil conversation. But then again, everyone knows that those who threaten or use violence are verbally, culturally, and lexically weak and poor. These were threats from "Willy," moreover, even against a fictitious wife I don't have, made by this "Willy," given that I'm in my third decade and probably even younger than him. I call him "Willy" with quotation marks primarily because I don't believe it's his real name, but rather an epithet lacking in veracity. There are people who sue for much less, but I don't have time to waste. I've never sued anyone and I certainly won't for this event. But this negative review must be made, even reluctantly, because it's unfair for staff to treat customers this way. You're working, not playing, and people don't call you to have fun, to be mocked, or to waste their time. We demand an apology from this "Willy" and the owner. It's a shame, we probably would have even given them a tip, since we recognize we weren't exactly close by, but answering calls this way should make you feel ashamed. It's a missed opportunity. We hope and await an apology, hoping to be able to return and taste your culinary delights, but until then, we're lost customers. Have a good evening.

30/07/2025: Torniamo in questo ristorante dopo alcuni mesi e vista la precedente positiva esperienza invitiamo anche degli amici. Ordiniamo fritto misto e patatine fritte con l’ aggiunta di un vinello bianco e frizzante della casa. I ragazzi preferiscono le pizze. Fritto molto vario, non unto e cotto a puntino. Patatine fritte squisite col vinello scelto che mette allegria. Servizio cortese e veloce. Alla fine paghiamo il giusto prezzo. Alla prossima!

28/07/2025: Le pizze erano buone (io ho preso una maialina) ma ci ha fatto storcere il naso che siano arrivate dopo aver finito di bere una birra media e che la seconda birra media sia arrivata a pizza quasi mangiata... insomma un tempo di servizio un po' troppo lungo. Oltre al fatto che una birra non era arrivata subito. Comunque locale nella media con ampio spazio sia interno che esterno e prezzi nella media. E a proposito di prezzi,dover passare dietro la cassa per raggiungere i bagni dopo un lungo corridoio non e' esattamente una scelta felice

28/07/2025: Excellent first courses, cappellacci, and tortellini. We stopped at the first courses, and everything was excellent. The pizzas we saw passing by were very fragrant and inviting.

27/07/2025: We had lunch here with friends. They had excellent pizzas, and the desserts were also good, and the service was very quick and attentive. For dessert, we tried the tenerina, which was delicious. The prices are a little above average, but considering it's practically downtown, I think that's to be expected. Anyway, we enjoyed it and will be back.

Yesterday it was very hot so you have to prepare yourself, you have to turn on the air conditioning first. 10/05/2025: Ambiente raffinato e curato. Ottima la musica di sottofondo. Personale molto cortese e la proprietaria molto attenta e competente. Abbiamo gustato dei carciofi fritti superlativi, crostini ai funghi prugnoli deliziosi. Passatelli con pomodorini e prugnoli ottimi e una ribollita stupenda. Per dolce, abbiamo ordinato un'altra porzione degli indimenticabili carciofi fritti.
