04/04/2025: Today I had the chance to have lunch at the "La Big Apple" restaurant and took a dip in intense and authentic flavours: the Salianka you don't expect! I had the pleasure of trying Salianka soup at this restaurant and I must say it was a truly memorable dining experience. From the first taste, I was won over by the complexity and richness of flavors that this dish can offer. The Salianka here is prepared with skill, respecting its sweet and sour and spicy nature. I particularly appreciated the variety of ingredients: the different types of meat blended harmoniously with the flavor of the pickled cucumbers and olives. The consistency of the soup was thick and satisfying, almost a small liquid stew, a sign of the generosity of the ingredients used. I found the balance between salty, acidic and a slight sweetness to be impeccable, making each spoonful an explosion of flavour. Applause also goes to the presentation: the soup was served hot, garnished with a generous spoonful of fresh sour cream and a slice of lemon, as tradition dictates. The addition of sour cream slightly toned down the intensity of the dish, making it even more pleasant on the palate. If you are looking for a dish with a strong and decisive character, which will transport you with just one taste, the Salianka of this restaurant is an absolute must-try. It's a great Salianka. Recommended: Those looking for authentic flavors and comfort food reminiscent of home cooking.

13/05/2025: As a regular Kebab consumer who has recently moved to different cities: Markaz is in another category. The authentic Doner Kebap, with excellent quality meat, fresh and well-seasoned vegetables, carefully assembled, fragrant bread, excellent sauces. I also recommend the Baklava for dessert.

Prices are not clear, you should also display the price list for takeaway pizzas since it is different every time, furthermore respecting the time you accept is essential for the customer, the last time I waited half an hour.

04/02/2025: Dinner with friends. Pleasant evening. I ate a gluten-free pizza, but I shouldn't have trusted it, being celiac. I was terrible. It's not a gluten-free restaurant, but they've been offering this service for years. I recommend caution.

14/04/2025: Very good pizza, I recommend it is thin and crunchy I also ate at the restaurant I took the tagliatelle with parmesan, rocket and cherry tomatoes which was very good and to appetize we took mozzarella, allascolana olives, mixed vegetables all fried stuff all good there were 6 of us

25/04/2025: Dopo aver chiuso la storica sede a Parma siamo dovuti arrivare sino a Fidenza per ritrovare l'inimitabile pizza di Luca, declinata in tutte le sue versioni ( pippozza, pippozzina, tirata ecc ecc..): impasto buono e digeribile, numerose le farciture proposte ( forse anche troppe?). Servizio cortese e veloce. Prezzi corretti. Certo il locale e' quello che e': un capannone in un'area artigianale periferica (anche il locale di Parma non aveva mai brillato per bellezza): ma in pizzeria si va per mangiare una buona pizza, o sbaglio? E da Luca, tranquilli, non sbagliate indirizzo!

02/05/2025: Renovated in a sober and nice way, dinner on the fly with friends so there can be average food, not worthy of praise let's say, good pizza. It is worth it when there is an opening to the outside.
