05/04/2026: Delicious pizza, very fine dough and excellent ingredients....you leave the pizzeria already digested, kind and professional staff.
20/03/2026: Food was good. I had to he seafood spaghetti. The table was a bit cramped and the waiter had to rewatch over me from behind. Honestly felt just a bit rushed.

The portions are generous, and every time I've been here, I've never been disappointed.
I'm writing this review while cleaning my pan of Greek-style shrimp, which for me is a must.
For the first course, I must praise the passatelli with clams, flavorful and tasty.
Also, although it doesn't directly concern me, almost all the dishes are also available for those with gluten intolerances/allergies.

03/04/2026: I've been a customer for years because I'm celiac. In my opinion, it's the best gluten-free pizza in Bologna.
02/04/2026: The pizza margarita was excellent! We ask it "per portare via", the time for wait was almost nothing. While we were waiting, the people there were so nice with everyone.
Definitely the best pizzathat I had.

31/03/2026: Good pizzas, nice place. Pizzas ordered for 8:30 PM, baked at 8:45 AM. For 15 minutes, they didn't say hello or speak to us even though we were there. I won't be returning until there's a change in management.

I've tried several in the city, but none are as good as the "4 Morsi." The dough is left to rise just the right amount of time, the day before, the raw materials are the best on the market, and the result is a truly light pizza that melts in your mouth, tasty on the palate and you'll never tire of eating it. The TOP! Go there if you pass through the center of Rimini.
