22/01/2026: A necessary preface: this is my husband's restaurant, so yes, I experience it from the inside. Precisely for this reason, however, I can say that the care, attention, and work behind it are real and daily.
In recent months, the restaurant has been tastefully and consistently renovated, maintaining a simple yet refined atmosphere, welcoming without being forced. Pizza remains the heart of everything: select ingredients, well-crafted dough, and a menu that focuses more on quality than on special effects.
A place that grows over time, without overdoing it, but with its own identity. The new photos capture this moment well.

14/03/2026: On the recommendation of the receptionist at the hotel where we were staying, we went to this restaurant. It offers typical Emilian cuisine. The dishes we chose were delicious and excellent value. The fried pizza and cured meats were excellent. The Parma ham from the cured meats platter was SUPERLATIVE. Pappardelle with culatello, mushrooms, and asparagus were EXCEPTIONAL. The desserts were delicious. The restaurant was welcoming and the staff were friendly. Ample parking.

28/03/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered a pizza "around the woods" with a variety of mushrooms. The pizza arrived cold, with a ladleful of assorted mushrooms on top, also cold. I asked the waitress why (she replied, "The mushrooms are added outside the oven"). I asked her to reheat it. It came back quite hot. Unfortunately, the mushrooms on top were obviously preserved (in the fridge?) and had a slimy, flavorless consistency. I wonder how a pizzeria that prides itself on making pizzas with gourmet ingredients can serve such a terrible pizza (even the passata was a bit sour). If the ingredients aren't in season, take it off the menu. At home, I had to make myself a herbal tea to wash down the pizza.

05/04/2026: I can only speak well of the staff, they are super fast and very helpful and polite, the fish is excellent and very fresh, and the desserts, I tried the traditional Neapolitan ones, were excellent.
04/04/2026: This is my first time here, and the food is excellent. Appetizers, main courses, and finally their popcorn ice cream. Everything was delicious. Nice place with a large, spotless bathroom.

The saltiness is just right, and for some reason, I can still eat such a huge pizza. ('-'*) Ahahaha
I especially love mushroom season from September to October!
Just a little further into the mountains, mushrooms grow so wild that they're so fresh and delicious!

01/04/2026: Small, unassuming shop right on Via Emilia. If you give it a chance, it's great.
I came by on my bike and they helped me park it safely.
Then the service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the ambiance doesn't match the location. It's pleasant inside because everything is closed off, but it's all closed.
Despite that, I highly recommend it.

28/02/2026: Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza. I had a pizza with anchovies, just the way I like them. The ingredients were good, and the cooking was perfect. The service was prompt and fast despite the crowds. Given the particularly warm evening, which was Bologna's Europa League match, the place was packed, and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back to try some of the dishes.
