I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Emilia-romagna

27/07/2024: Da premettere che quando vado a mangiare fuori sono sempre obiettivo e di solito non sono cattivo sui giudizi. risotto alla pescatore slegato e pieno di gusci (cozze in abbondanza) per me è pazzesco senza sapore sembrava riso in bianco inqualificabile. bruschette si presume che il pane sia tostato o mi sbaglio?? secondi piatti Tonno non entusiasmante, carne (chiesta al sangue è arrivata cottura media) e soprattutto senza sapore. L'unico piatto che è piaciuto tortelli al tartufo. Mi dispiace non posso consigliare questo ristorante sono obiettivo e nulla di personale mi è stato segnalato da amici purtroppo abbiamo beccato la serata sbagliata. Ci tengo a precisare che questa recensione è frutto della mia esperienza anche se negativa cercate di prendere spunto e migliorare la qualità delle pietanze. cordiali saluti.

31/08/2024: Excellent food, excellent service in the room, very pretentious and rude owner (she immediately asked us for the money before serving us the coffee) the bill for 4 people was fair in relation to the quality/quantity/price...

31/08/2024: Very nice location suitable for families, convenient parking. I took spaghetti with cheese, pepper, mussels and bacon, very good combinations, compliments. I highly recommend it!

23/08/2024: After trying almost all the pizzerias in the area, I discover "Pizzeria da Marcello" and for me there is no competition. Soft dough, properly leavened, and highly digestible, together with quality ingredients make their pizzas amazing. You won't find the usual margherita, quattro season or capricciosa pizzas, but unusual combinations with local ingredients and beyond. They also have three types of dough: classic, wholemeal and gluten-free (and the gluten-free one is really delicious). For me, I repeat, there is no competition.

05/07/2024: Pizza sublime con ingredienti di qualità eccezionale. Ci siamo gustati le pizze voracemente e con gusto. Titolare competente, professionale e umile. Staff amichevole e accogliente. Ci ritorneremo presto. Vi auguro di aprire presto un nuovo locale alla vostra altezza, lo meritate davvero. A presto, per gustare di nuovo la pizza "a sentimento"!

20/08/2024: The only positive note is the dining room staff who are always available and attentive. Decent food quality. The cashier (I assume he was the owner) refused to divide the bill for three people and responded in an unkind manner by practically sending us away in a hurry; he's probably used to seeing credit cards being in Montale, but he'll certainly never see mine (generous).

19/08/2024: First time in this location. Very thin and dry pizza, not my favorite. Tortellini with sufficiency I have tasted some of the best. Average Crescentine, like the accompanying raw ham.

24/07/2024: Bel posto, accogliente, il personale è gentilissimo..... Peccato per la birra un po troppo calda per i miei gusti :) ma questo potrebbe essere come ho detto soggettivo. Però mi hanno messo un bicchiere in freezer per raffreddarlo :). Ai miei amici non è piaciuto molto il fatto di non avere un coperto (tovaglietta o tovaglia) ma anche questo è soggettivo e dipende da scelte del personale a cui non abbiamo indagato. Comunque il cibo è squisito, hanno una vasta gamma di amari e sono molto gentili. Buon pranzo o cena a tutti quelli che decidono di andare :) Noi ci andremo sicuramente!

19/07/2024: Locale accogliente staff ancora di più, che dire , senz’altro da tornare!! Molto buono il tonno, preso sia come tartare che come tagliata e ottima anche la battuta di Angus.. complimenti ragazzi!🤗
