25/03/2025: I only have one question and I bring it to the attention of the customers: is it normal that on the menu (q code) the pizzas have a price and then when I go to the cashier they cost 2/3€ more? And when at the cashier I point out this anomaly they tell me: "sorry but I have to update the menu" For sure, as far as I'm concerned, Rotundo ended up here! Not so much for the 2/3€ more, but for the fraud.

22/03/2025: The quality of the pizza is unquestionable, the ingredients are excellent and the dough well made, but I find that the increase in prices is really excessive, especially for traditional pizzas. Added to this is a 3 euro cover charge which, frankly, is not justified: the cutlery is not changed, the glass is the same for any drink, napkins are not provided and the only item on the table is a simple paper tablecloth. I understand that the place has moved from a more rustic environment to a larger space, but this is not enough to explain such high price increases. It's a shame, because the quality is there, but a little more attention to detail and a greater balance in prices would have been appreciated.

28/02/2025: Leaving aside the taste of the pizza which can be subjective (too biscuity for me), I am not at all satisfied. The tomato on the pizzas was very salty making the red pizzas almost inedible. When I report this problem to the manager, they reply with: ok! 0 courtesy, 0 customer care. Not even the kindness to remake 1 out of 4 pizzas. Not even the subtlety of a discount for the problem Nothing. Price? High, almost too high.

19/03/2025: Sono stata in questa pizzeria perché quando ero bambina ci andavo spesso e son voluta ritornarci, SBAGLIANDO. Premetto che ho chiamato prima di recarmi sul posto e ho chiesto se potessero prepararmele, mi è stato detto di SÌ, (tralasciando che chi mi ha risposta non mi ha dato neanche il tempo di finire di parlare e mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia, educazione pura). Arrivata in pizzeria invece mi dicono che avrei dovuto aspettare altra gente, non sarebbe stato un problema per me, se solo mi avessero comunicato la verità telefonicamente. Decido di aspettare, e tra battute cafone e inefficienza varia uno dei due ragazzi delle consegne si scusa, io mi mostro comprensiva essendo anche io una lavoratrice. (peró dopo, quest’ultimo da una spallata alla persona che era con me, prepotenza velata che non ho replicato perché l’ignoranza avrebbe potuto prendere il sopravvento) Mentre aspetto ricevo le occhiatacce del pizzaiolo, solo perché non sono stata felice di aver dovuto attendere, e l’ho mostrato! Ho creduto che le pizze mi facevano ricredere della pessima esperienza, e invece ho trovato una fiocco composta male e cruda e una margherita con un capello. Non sono una cliente abituale, però l’educazione e il rispetto per chi sceglie la tua attività sono ALLA BASE. :)

26/02/2025: Localino piccolo e accogliente, dove mangiare una pizza strepitosa (ma non solo, il menù è ricco) e particolarmente digeribile grazie all'uso del "crescitiello", lievito usato di norma nella preparazione del pane. Abbiamo passato una splendida serata, apprezzando oltre alla bontà del piatto, la gentilezza del personale, incluso il proprietario che è venuto di persona a chiederci come stesse andando, dettaglio non scontato ai nostri giorni

18/02/2025: Locale al centro di meta, piccolo ma dove si mangia bene perché molto casereccio. Ci hanno dato appuntamento alle 14,30 ma ci siamo seduti alle 15 in attesa che il tavolo si liberasse. Intanto confermo l’ottima qualità del cibo ma ho dato tre stelle per l’organizzazione. Alle 15 eravamo a tavola e sono stati lenti a servirci credo perché c’era altra gente prima di noi. La cosa che mi ha delusa è stata nelle porzioni: il cameriere ci ha proposto degli antipasti a centro tavola che abbiamo accettato ma le porzioni arrivate erano poche per 13 persone. La pasta abbondante ma il secondo e i contorni sempre pochi. Credo che avevano quasi finito tutto ma siamo rimasti male per le quantità veramente misere. Ovviamente abbiamo pagato le porzioni date ovvero due antipasti (per 13 persone 🤦🏾‍♀️) 2 porzioni di pesce (sempre per 13) e 4 porzioni di patatine…. Sempre da divider in 13. Non abbiamo capito perché così poco dal momento che se ne avesse portato di più avrebbe anche guadagnato di più e l’unica spiegazione che ci siamo dati è che aveva poca roba in cucina per questo ritengo siano stati disorganizzati. Quello che abbiamo mangiato era buono e i prezzi onesti. Personale cordiale ma andava precisata questo inconveniente visto che avevamo ospiti con noi. Ci torneremo ma prima chiederemo se c’è da mangiare.

06/10/2024: A dirty place and the service is very disorganized. When dealing with food, the display case and counter must shine if they host food. The fruit extractor, always there in plain sight left dirty until the next extract which will be prepared on the pulp of the previous fruits. Consuming at the counter, if you have time to waste then you are in the right place, if you have just enough time for a break you end up due to slowness and vagueness. If you come in to eat at the tables, there will never be anyone who bothers to come and clean your table or ask for orders. Remove the tables if you don't intend to follow them, they can't just be collecting filth drink after drink. If dirt is so normal in public, behind the scenes, at food, I wonder, what hygienic treatments will be reserved for it?

17/01/2025: Siamo stati in questa trattoria e ci siamo trovati non male, di più. Ci hanno trattato con un’arroganza e maleducazione senza misura e non ci hanno permesso di entrare. Il tutto sapere perché? Perché avevamo con noi la nostra cagnolina (Labrador), che per altro era tranquillissima e molto docile. Ci avevano detto che erano ammessi i cani fino alla taglia media ma quando l’hanno vista hanno sostenuto che non fosse un cane di media taglia… (che poi basta digitare “Labrador” su Wikipedia per vedere che appartengono a una taglia media). Il tutto con toni arroganti e presuntuosi. Metto solo una stella perché meno non si può. Fortunatamente dopo siamo stati in un altro locale super carino e disponibile che hanno accolto la nostra piccola deliziosamente.
