15/06/2025: I was there today for my daughter's baptism. I must say that when I was there a few months ago for the estimate, I was welcomed by very friendly people. I spoke with Emanuel, and you can see that he does it with passion and a lot of sacrifice. He was very transparent from the beginning, also giving me advice that later turned out to be right. Today was a beautiful day, excellent food, professional and very polite staff, he was always very helpful and very attentive to the needs of everyone in the room. Everything was beautiful and then for the quality/price ratio I think there are very few around

28/05/2025: Villa Agostina is a place where you can spend a nice day with your family, the food is good, the rooms are welcoming and clean and there is a beautiful view! The staff is very attentive and helpful... Emanuele is always smiling and ready to please, a young man who is putting a lot of effort into managing the family business... I recommend Villa Agostina with great pleasure... the only thing to improve is the attention to detail and the pool is a little cleaner!

29/08/2025: I've lived in Pianura for about a year and have tried several nearby pizzerias, but I have to be honest: Add'o' Cacace's pizza remains the best I've had in the area. I've ordered it several times and it's always a guarantee: light, with quality ingredients, and very tasty. Excellent takeout pizza. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: I stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, having recently moved to this beautiful city. Both my family and I were very, very satisfied. We ordered pizzas; the dough was soft and well-cooked (just right), in fact, I even ate the crust, which I usually have to leave out. The toppings on all four pizzas had a fresh, authentic aroma, and the flavor matched. Each pizza was made with a balance of ingredients that not everyone achieves. Also, since I'm pregnant, I'm unfortunately having digestive issues, yet I digested my pizza and all the samples of my husband's and two children's pizzas in no time. What can I say? I was super satisfied, and I can say that yesterday was the first time, but it won't be the last.

20/09/2025: Excellent pizzas, both classic and specialty. The fried pizza is a must-try (reservation required 1 day in advance for preparation). The takeout service is on par with other pizzerias, unless you're concerned about Swiss punctuality on weekends...because, as they say, "the appetite comes waiting!" Recommended.

15/06/2025: Now I'll leave you a review as God commands ❤️ I've never seen a more serious pizzeria than this, courteous staff both on the phone and in person as far as Lello is concerned you're not talking to the pizza chef but as if he were a father because you find me a pizza chef who on Sundays not only does 8 half meters but brings them to your home? And well yes I'm talking about Lello a humble person cordial above all respectful towards customers. We as a family every Saturday or Sunday is a fixed fee pizza from Lello ❤️ may God bless you always

06/09/2025: I ordered take-out pizzas, and two of them had stray eyelashes on them, while another had two visible hairs in addition to the usual eyelash, probably their pizzeria's secret ingredient.

25/09/2025: Food and service were great! The restaurant is located in a courtyard, there is no sign so we didn't know if we were at the right address. The only complaint - slightly dirty plates and threadbare napkins.

23/08/2025: More than a restaurant, I'd call it an excellent trattoria. Traditional dishes cooked beautifully. Don't miss the pasta and potatoes with provola cheese. The fried cod is also delicious.

14/10/2025: One star for the waiters, who aren't welcoming at all. They rush you and intimidate you to the point of making you feel uncomfortable. While you're eating your pizza, as soon as they see you standing still, they want to take your plate away, just like when you order. They gave me the impression it was late and they were leaving, but it was only 8:00 PM on a Monday, and the dining room was practically empty. Guys, be a little more relaxed, be nicer and more welcoming, you're annoying. I hope the owner gets the message, as I respect him greatly and he's a good entrepreneur, but I think this should also change with younger, more pleasant staff. The pizza and food are top-notch.

27/09/2025: Great stop off on way out of Herculaneum. Only warning access to the terrace is via metal spiral staircase. But if you manage round the ruins this should be ok. Pizza large and lovely

31/08/2025: The dining area is in the second floor accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. The day we were there the weather was perfect and sitting up there was very nice. In fact, I could see a sliver of the Mediterranean from my seat. This establishment targets the tourist traffic coming in and out of Herculaneum, but it is definitely worth the stop if you are in the area. We ordered a couple pizzas and both were very good. An Italian school group came in as we were finishing up, and they pretty much filled the second floor terrace. I didn't notice the hours of operation but they were open after 3 PM so I suspect they are open when Herculaneum is open. On a side note, a couple of British women were sitting near us (before the school group came) and I heard them rave about the sandwiches they ordered.

16/07/2025: Vi spiste en aften hos Da Giovanni, og oplevelsen var på det jævne. Jeg fik en risotto ai frutti di mare, som kom flot anrettet med blåmuslinger, vongole og blæksprutte – smagen var ok, men retten manglede dybde og balance. Den havde mere karakter af “ris med skaldyr” end egentlig risotto. Min kæreste fik en pizza, som var klassisk og veltillavet, men heller ikke noget, der skilte sig ud. Betjeningen var venlig, men travl og lidt anonym – man bliver mæt og får, hvad man forventer, men uden de små detaljer, der gør oplevelsen særlig.

22/09/2025: We went to La Scintilla on a Sunday in September. The place is charming, although its decor is certainly a bit dated, reflecting the family-run (I believe) ownership. The place was packed, a sure sign that the food is good. I ordered the first course pictured, which is supposedly one of the house's signature dishes: "Strangozzi alla Scintilla," fresh pasta with a sublime porcini mushroom and truffle sauce. Spectacular! We followed with a tagliata (arugula and parmesan), which, however, had the flaw of being just arugula and parmesan. Not even two cherry tomatoes added flavor and color, and the lack of balsamic vinegar was especially noticeable. The medium-rare meat was good but a bit too dry; frankly, coming to Serino and not eating a proper tagliata is a crime... aside from that "incident," all the other dishes at the table were to our liking. The service was a bit slow (we ordered at almost 2 PM, and started eating at 3 PM, but the place was packed; that's normal on a Sunday). We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies at this well-worth-it place.

17/09/2025: A beautiful location that certainly deserves more. The food, however, was unremarkable and unpraiseworthy. But above all, it was different from what we ordered. We had ordered the pappardelle allardiate with mushrooms. One was not pappardelle but maltagliati, and two were missing lard. As for the prices, I found the water price to be more than excessive. €3 for a carafe filled from the tap. The cover charge was €2.50, perhaps even excessive. All this was topped off by an argument between the waiters that almost left us hungry, as they started circling the room with our dishes, not knowing which table to take them to. In short, I don't think we'll be back.
