10/10/2024: I gave him the benefit of the doubt 4 times. First experience...I order a 75cm pizza. Nothing to say about the quality but the price of €24 seemed a little expensive to me. Second experience... I always order a 75cm pizza. One of the three flavors communicated was supposed to be cooked ham and croquettes but I received salami and croquettes (I let it go). Price €22. Third experience....same flavors as the previous time, one of which is always cooked ham and croquettes. The pizza arrived again with salami and even without croquettes. Price €20. Fourth experience....and last!!!!. I always order the same flavours...this time the cooked ham arrived but not even a dog would eat it. It was dark in color and smelled excessively. As a pizzeria with home delivery.... FAILED!!!!

06/10/2024: A dirty place and the service is very disorganized. When dealing with food, the display case and counter must shine if they host food. The fruit extractor, always there in plain sight left dirty until the next extract which will be prepared on the pulp of the previous fruits. Consuming at the counter, if you have time to waste then you are in the right place, if you have just enough time for a break you end up due to slowness and vagueness. If you come in to eat at the tables, there will never be anyone who bothers to come and clean your table or ask for orders. Remove the tables if you don't intend to follow them, they can't just be collecting filth drink after drink. If dirt is so normal in public, behind the scenes, at food, I wonder, what hygienic treatments will be reserved for it?

02/01/2025: I was at the end of year dinner. The large room has been organized and prepared very well for the evening. The seafood food was of excellent quality. Excellent service, performed by competent and friendly staff. Everything worked perfectly. In conclusion I was very satisfied.

01/12/2024: Cucina buona ma servizio pessimo. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Piatti di portata comuni senza posate per servirsi. Parmigiano in ciotola senza cucchiaino. Quando arrivava il primo o il secondo non avevano ancora tolto i piatti precedenti o li lasciavano sul tavolo. Per avere la prima bottiglia di acqua abbiamo atteso a pranzo già avanzato. Chiedevi le posate per i piatti successivi ed alla fine ti dovevi alzare e andarle a prendere da qualche parte. Esperienza pessima.

21/09/2024: Con prenotazione alle 21:30, ci fanno accomodare alle 22. Ordiniamo subito due semplici pizze, ci arrivano alle 23:15. Ok che è sabato, ma tollero un’attesa di massimo 30/40 minuti. Pizze mediocri, niente di che.

29/09/2024: terrible environment, the package included appetizer and pizza, in the end they changed the menu after 2 hours already ordered: motivation? they had run out of loaves... broken fryer, limited menu to bring to the table, a miserable appetizer consisting of: 2 slices of tomato (counted and acidic), a slice of inedible cooked ham had a strange taste, aubergines in oil full of vinegar, two slices of raw ham and a tiny piece of cheese and to make sure nothing was missing the wine looked like water. and then bring us the cold, raw trio of meat instead of pizzas. very intrusive lady, I would absolutely not recommend it

16/07/2024: Unfortunately, a mediocre experience: the location in the center of the seafront and the spacious and comfortable rooms (despite the dated patina of the furnishings) cannot compensate for the canteen level of the cuisine (among other things, the difference in treatment between the à la carte menu and the half board, especially due to the small portions - in some cases bordering on paltry - and the fluctuating quality of the dishes and the condiments themselves...but in Cilento you expect better!). The same goes for the services: the kindness and availability of the staff, Daniele and all the others, is not enough to avoid inconveniences - for example an internal room on the veranda which is decidedly not welcoming, with furnishings of dubious taste and tables partly in the sun and anyway dark; a repetitive and too "dry" breakfast (the savory is limited to the fresella with cherry tomatoes, the sweet fresh but always the same, the packaged juices); the loud scolding in the kitchen and even in the dining room or the rudeness in rushing to clean the room at check-out, even though the customers were perfectly punctual with respect to the communicated time... not to mention the daily cleaning of the rooms, lacking in too many aspects. Above all, one can feel the limits of a management that aims for maximum profit with minimum investment, in a quality-price ratio that in the end appears disproportionate even for Pioppi's high standards... the result is that, once arrived, perhaps we stay, but we certainly won't return.

16/11/2024: Sono stata qui con cinque amiche e posso d'ore a nome di tutte che abbiamo mangiato BENISSIMO! Il primo con le castagne è la salsiccia era stratosferico, la Genovese super buona, il servizio gentile e accorto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

10/11/2024: Una serata in famiglia davvero piacevole. All'interno del borgo di Caserta vecchia, che è già un posto fantastico, facile da raggiungere. I bambini hanno optato per la pizza (una margherita ed una con wurstel scelta dal più piccolo) e sono state davvero apprezzate. Noi abbiamo optato per un percorso gastronomico ricco di prodotti locali (maialino nero casertano, formaggi del posto con una confettura preparata da loro che è da leccarsi i baffi) una genovese che mi ha fatto innamorare ed una pasta e patate servita nel recipiente del formaggio davvero speciale. Insomma ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e preparato, cucina davvero di qualità con prodotti locali valorizzati. Dal tagliere di affettati e salumi al secondo con salsiccia e porchetta, siamo tornati a casa sazi, soddisfatti e con la certezza di tornare in un posto che ti fa respirare un po' l'aria di casa. Ci vediamo presto. E grazie di tutto!
