03/09/2025: Unforgettable evening, dinner with relatives promises to be an evening of good humor and tranquility. The pizza was supposed to arrive at 9 pm, after half an hour we call and moved it to 9:30 pm, then we call back and we arrived at 10 pm, after several attempts we manage to get an answer, they are for delivery, still nothing arrives, finally at 10:20 pm we have our pizzas, very good but by now the atmosphere is becoming pungent and irritable. We receive an apology for lack of staff, it is September not July or August and on a Wednesday not Saturday, perhaps paying in advance is not a good idea, I'm sorry but you manage to lose customers even if you make good food.

12/07/2025: Excellent, tasty pizza. This place is mainly a takeaway, but the dining room is very nice. Prices are good. Recommended.

25/11/2025: You should be ashamed. Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disastrous, especially considering we were in a seaside town and a simple plate of spaghetti with clams should be the bare minimum!!! The spaghetti, in the center of the plate, tasted only of butter, with a buttery sauce that had nothing to do with a clam sauce. The clams, instead of being sautéed with the pasta, were all on the sides, completely unseasoned, without oil, salt, or flavor. They seemed simply boiled; many were soft, old, and rancid (as you can see from the photo, the clams were without any seasoning whatsoever), and I had to spit out several because they were inedible. The spaghetti had no flavor at all; in fact, it tasted nothing of the sea, nothing of clams. I left almost the entire plate, which is extremely rare for that to happen to me. Then, unfortunately too late, I read the reviews and discovered I wasn't the only one; many customers had written about feeling sick. And indeed, that evening, after eating those awful clams, I also had a stomachache. For a seaside restaurant, this dish was a real INSULT. I strongly advise against it, especially to anyone hoping to enjoy a good seafood dish. Not only is the quality lacking here, but it also risks making you sick.

11/06/2025: Two stars for the food only because they make gluten-free pizza for my mom, otherwise avoid them. I told them the flavor of pizza I wanted and they said they wouldn't make it because it sucks (absurd to use that term). I had to insist to have them make the pizza I wanted, luckily I'm not asking for a favor but I'm a paying customer. Update 11/06/25: I'm attaching a photo because it's absurd... PIZZA WITH A HOLE. A miracle keeps this pizzeria open.

02/08/2025: It's a long-standing tradition in Benevento. Who doesn't know "Zi Rosa" pizza and its specialties, like pizza with potatoes? Their other pizzas are equally delicious. For some time now, they've also had an electric oven for round pizzas, which are also excellent. The pizza's value for money is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and helpful.

23/10/2025: I was with some friends and we came to dinner for a Pizza here at the Rosa dei Venti. We had a good welcome at the entrance, after which the waitress let us choose a table of our choice (the restaurant was half empty). After a few minutes, another waiter came to take the order, at which point I asked him if they could make the pizza with a low edge like they used to make there and not with a high edge (Contemporary Pizza which is used to make nowadays). At which point the waiter told me "do you want it with a Ruota d'Carretta shape?" and I replied yes, thank you, and for his part, without adding anything else to the conversation, he went away to take the order to the kitchen. The pizza then arrived as we had asked for it, it was very light in dough and very good in flavour and really up to that point everything was going well. At the end of the dinner we asked for the bill and there we found a surprise. Looking at the bill, we noticed that the cashier had charged us a supplement of €2.00 per pizza for the Request to have a pizza made with a low crust, basically €8.00 in total for this request, but I say at least tell us first, so we would know. So, I'm a professional waiter. I've worked in Italy, England, Germany, and for many years in the United States, but I've never experienced anything like this, either in a professional or recreational context. For a waiter not to mention that there's a surcharge for asking for a pizza made with a low crust and not a high crust. I find it truly ABSURD to make fun of customers because it shows you have no respect for them.

19/10/2025: Excellent meats and pizzas, very friendly staff

14/10/2025: Good food (a generous appetizer, a first course of tagliatelle with mushrooms, mixed grilled meat with salad, dessert, coffee/amaro, canned Coke). Friendly service and short wait. The only drawback for older people is the stairs to reach the dining room and there is no parking. Nice view. Weekdays, no reservations.

19/10/2025: My favorite restaurant in Italy. We have been traveling through Italy for 3 weeks and this by far is my favorite restaurant. So good that we ate here twice!! The food exploded with fresh flavor with every bite. It off the beaten path, quiet, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I had Risotto alla Pescatora one night and Maccheroncello pazzo the second. And my husband had a pasta dish. Go find this restaurant and enjoy the food, service and atmosphere.

05/10/2025: A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE IN THE DISTANCE Pizza for photos, but the dough is hard to digest, and we spent the night drinking. Good ingredients, but few. Very friendly staff. Exorbitant prices. Good fried food, but tiny and very expensive. It's unclear if they take reservations on Saturday nights. They said no on the phone, but instead, people were arriving at the door, happily walking in with reservations, despite the fact that it was after 8:30 PM, the cutoff time they said on the phone that reservations were allowed. Waiting in line, the general mood was widespread. The bill was extremely high, even though we had each eaten one fried food (one croquette and one frittata), a pizza each, and one sparkling water... 40 euros.

19/07/2025: This pizzeria is one of those places where you immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. Superb hospitality, genuine smiles, and a real desire to make you feel good (and eat even better 😋). The pizza? Spectacular. Light and perfectly crispy dough, fresh ingredients, and mouth-watering combinations. We'll definitely be back, even hungrier than before. Highly recommended for a casual, delicious, and heartfelt evening ❤️

01/07/2025: Even though I was a short distance from the pizzeria, the pizzas arrived cold and also late. I ordered a pizza with walnut cream.... Everything was there except the walnut cream.... The chips were cold and burnt.

29/11/2025: I wanted to trust these guys for the umpteenth time and for the umpteenth time I was wrong. This time too, the pizza arrived late (40 minutes) and after a phone reminder, obviously cold. The pizza delivery man was very rude, with a know-it-all attitude, and asked me for 1 euro to meet me for the delivery of the pizzas. Obviously, on principle, I went down despite the sprained ankle. I just want to give a piece of advice to the managers of the place: if you advertise free delivery, don't allow your drivers to ask for this "protection fee." Firstly, because it's illegal, and secondly, because it's not nice to hear them say, "Listen, I don't have to deliver pizzas anywhere. If you want me to deliver them to you, you have to give me 1/2 euro," especially since I had been very kind and polite in asking for the favor. This way of acting from the delivery man will definitely lose you a lot of customers.
