01/03/2026: I stopped at Ciro's in Mergellina with my wife, a disabled person, and it was impossible to stop or park in front of the bar. There are no disabled parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, and although there were a few free spots a little further ahead, the constant double parking made any safe maneuvering impossible. Even just stopping for a moment to check on my wife in the passenger seat was impossible. Perhaps there is a disabled parking space further away, but in reality, the bar is not accessible to anyone traveling with a frail or mobility-impaired person. A bar this popular should enforce more respect for the rules at its entrance, or at least clearly signpost how and where to stop. For those with a disabled person in the car, not recommended. I'm not writing this to be polemical, but because Naples needs more attention and civility, especially towards those who are already in difficulty.

06/02/2026: If you want a nice plate of pasta alla Genovese, you should definitely stop by Family Nest. Their pizzas and appetizers are also quite good. Mozzarella isn't their signature dish (it's always served with appetizers), but we can forgive them for that because their tiramisu by the glass really made it stand out, as did the various first courses we tried. The dishes were tasty and quite fresh. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, with friendly and quick service. The only downside is the bathroom, which left a bit to be desired and was freezing cold!!! We've been there several times, but the last time we were at Family Nest, it was a cold winter Sunday. The interior was heated by tall heaters, which, however, weren't able to cover the entire space. Most importantly, our table was near the front door, and every time it opened, a cold wind blew in, which prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. I recommend paying more attention and ensuring the dining room and bathroom are heated more appropriately. In short, I wouldn't go back in the middle of winter, but the price/quality ratio is adequate anyway.

07/12/2025: What I like best is the location, at the foot of Monte di Procida near Bacoli and Miliscola, pleasant places to live and stroll. Regarding the food and service, they're average. The pizza is more than decent, in all the variations offered, the Genovese version is particularly good, but at least on Saturday nights, it's difficult, if not impossible, to get. It's only possible with pasta. I can't understand the reason for this commercial choice. I just know that often, with friends, we go elsewhere to be sure of getting a very simple request: pizza with Genovese, which is actually quite good at this place. In short, the food is decent, but it's up to you to decide. I haven't taken any photos yet; not that there's anything amazing to photograph, but I'll update next time.

08/09/2025: We found a table on a Saturday evening around 10:15 PM, with no reservation required. Friendly service staff. Reasonable prices (€35 for two people, two pizzas, two croquettes, and a 75cl craft beer). The Margherita pizza was excellent. The croquettes could be improved.

23/09/2025: Here, you get significantly more than you expect. The exterior of the Emilia restaurant doesn't give away the selection and quality of the food. High-quality ingredients are refined with spices and finesse to create a culinary delight. I ate my best chop ever, tender as butter 😋. A real insider tip. The owner participates in cooking competitions and boasts four meters of trophies and awards.

14/12/2025: We visited this place, which is basically a rotisserie. In the summer, you might be able to dine in the garden. The atmosphere is very basic, but the quality of the chicken and the panuozzi were excellent... and to top it all off, the owners' excellent hospitality... you'll feel right at home. Average price: 10 euros

04/12/2025: HISTORIC PIZZERIA AND TRATTORIA IN THE RIONE ALTO (ARENELLA DISTRICT) We ate very well, as always, and were treated wonderfully, especially by the staff at our table who recommended it. Excellent value, fast service, and excellent food. Overall, highly recommended, even for the pizza! I've been going there since I was little and returned several years later.

18/01/2026: I gave it 1 star because I went to the restaurant last night and was very disappointed. I don't think I'll go back, but I don't recommend it anymore. I was with my family. First, a slightly strange and unconventional waiter came over. I asked him how much a white wine cost. He said €12. Then the arrogant, slightly chubby owner came over (P.S. his breath even smelled a bit). He swore at me in front of my family, saying that the white wine cost €20. From there, I took my family and left. I won't be back, but I'll be back.

11/01/2026: We chose this pizzeria by chance. We were in the area, and everything was excellent. The pizza was very good and light, and the service was friendly and attentive. Parking outside, with the usual pest. Compliments, but you need to get rid of the pest outside.

23/11/2025: I don't recommend coming here!!! The plates were cracked and dirty. The meat was burned. They work very slowly. While I was eating, the waiter put salt packets on my knife. Who knows where those packets were and who touched them...

18/10/2025: I recently visited the Giovanni Junior Restaurant, and unfortunately, I have to say I wasn't entirely impressed with the experience. The space is large and welcoming at first glance, but once seated, you notice a lack of attention to detail: simple tablecloths, a cold atmosphere, and rather inattentive service. The staff is friendly, but gives the impression of rushing, lacking any attention to the customer. The main disappointment, however, was the food. The dishes were bland and flavorless, crudely cooked, lacking balance or attention to detail. The food arrived at the table with little attention to detail, even in its presentation, and everything seemed to be made with little passion. Even the simplest dishes, like pasta or meat, were bland, as if they lacked that little bit of seasoning or flavor that makes you remember a restaurant fondly. The menu is extensive, but quality doesn't follow quantity. You get the feeling that speed is more important than quality. Overall, a mediocre experience that doesn't make you want to return. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but it needs a lot more attention to detail in the kitchen and a little more care in the service to make you want to return.

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, I have to reduce the rating to three stars from the initial four because since our last visit, I've noticed some things that shouldn't happen in a renowned restaurant. A first course was served completely without salt, and when we pointed this out, the waitress brought us a salt shaker so I could add it. After I asked to remake the dish, they finally did, but the pasta was tough. Furthermore, the rib-eye steak served was also tough. It needs improvement, although there is potential.
