07/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience. €35 for two pizzas and two Cokes, a price that might be reasonable... if only the quality were up to par. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We had a pizza stuffed with escarole and a Nerano. The stuffed pizza was good, no complaints there. But the Nerano was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The fondue had a distinctly altered flavor, almost like spoiled produce. The zucchini were submerged in oil and completely devoid of their natural flavor. To make matters worse, the dough in the center was still raw. Eating a pizza with undercooked dough is unacceptable, especially in a pizzeria. It's a real shame, because it doesn't take much to make a good pizza, but here they seem to lack attention to both the ingredients and the cooking process. With all the competition these days, experiences like this put you off coming back.

30/09/2025: I wandered around for a long time trying to find it, convinced it was an old taralli factory from years ago. Tired of wandering around, I went in looking for the old-fashioned Neapolitan taralli. Convinced of their goodness, I bought 10 and left, saying I'd stop by the day before leaving to buy more. Unfortunately, when you taste them, they have nothing to do with traditional taralli; the dough is soft, and after a couple, you lose the desire to eat them. I'm sorry, they weren't as fresh as the manager said. I threw away a few euros, but they lost an order of at least 5 kg.

15/03/2026: Overall, it wasn't bad; some things were good, others less so (the risotto needs to be cooked a bit longer). One thing I don't like is when waiters don't bring menus and tell me what I can do, only to find a surprise on the bill. Menus should always be brought to the table immediately... Then the waiter can give me proper advice. But that way, you avoid unpleasant surprises.

24/07/2025: A pizzeria run by locals. Popular prices (also for beer) and a wide range of pizzas. We came because we stayed far from the centre, and this pizzeria was next door. But it was the best place we had lunch/dinner here. If we come back to Salerno, we will go back. PS: order the Amalfitana pizza!

01/04/2026: The croissant was a pitiful one, not a puff pastry one, but an Ischian one (and that should be specified). It tasted only of eggs. The graffa was good, but not like it used to be. The service was rude. There's no smoking, but it's outdoors. Two half-open awnings let in a terrible wind... and this is supposed to be one of the most "famous" bars in Naples? No thanks.

16/02/2026: This place deserves a much higher rating than it has. Best pizza I have had in a week in Ercolano, by far. I went into the restaurant because it was Sunday night, and almost nowhere else was open. I had avoided it for a week because it looks touristy from the outside, but it actually is not touristy inside. Not much English is spoken, and you will see drinks and condiments that you don't see in tourist joints. Quiet and romantic inside. Best wine I have had in Ercolano, thanks to the server's suggestion. Make sure you try the incredible pepper oil, which the average American won't find "spicy" as the restaurant calls it, but very tasty.

04/01/2026: Nice place, I would just put up a more visible sign, both the bruschetta and the pizzas are good, I will also return for lunch, sometimes, to enjoy the first courses, quick service, considering it was a Saturday evening and they also work with takeout.

22/12/2025: Today I went to this typical restaurant in Portici for lunch with my family and it was a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The prices are also more than fair, especially considering the quality of the dishes. A big plus is the staff, who are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available. The atmosphere is familiar and authentic: a place we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

10/02/2026: I am an American Soldier and I visited Italy for the first 2 weeks ago. I was blown away by the combination of superior food and exceptional service. Everyone was so friendly and the food was just as good as our best 5 Star restaurants in Dallas, Texas.

28/01/2026: We visited this wonderful place on January 28, 2026, located opposite the hotel where my husband was staying for his assignment in Naples. We ate chicken pizza and pasta; the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We left very satisfied and it seems we will be eating here every night until his assignment ends :) Thank you for your kind hospitality, I recommend it to everyone.
