11/09/2025: Marina di Pizzo Calabro, short (sandy) beach with umbrellas a bit too close together. The pool is an additional fee and is very large with slides for the little ones. Overall, the facility is well-maintained, with a spacious restaurant and bar and several areas managed separately. The pizzeria is good, but the service is a bit apathetic. Indoor and outdoor parking.

24/08/2025: First of all, we went there for several days, so we tried a variety of dishes. Everything we ate was excellent, the service impeccable, the waiters extremely helpful, and the owners were very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was informal, family-friendly, and the prices were more than fair. The people were lovely. We can't wait to go back!

My only complaint was that the place was packed, so service wasn't the fastest, but that's okay. It was understandable and didn't cause any inconvenience. They're great, and I highly recommend them.

10/09/2025: We just stayed (September 2025) at this property for ten days on a half-board basis. It was very convenient, especially because we could choose whether to have lunch or dinner in addition to breakfast. It's 150 meters from the sea, and the special agreement with the beach is also very convenient. The rooms are clean and the location is quiet. The menus are excellently prepared. The atmosphere is homely, thanks in part to the very helpful and engaging owner. We recommend it.

13/08/2025: We visited this place during the week of August 15th and found a table right away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they knew how to manage the dining room well. We went to Don Rocco because we'd seen a fantastic aperitivo featuring both cooked and raw fish at a special price on Instagram, but in the end we opted for several dishes to share and sample. Pleasantly surprised, we recommend the peppered mussels... sublime to say the least! The view was spectacular, next to the Norman cathedral in a truly picturesque little square.

17/08/2025: What can I say... The place that saved our evening. Arriving well after 10 pm, we were greeted with kindness and friendliness by the owner and were served very quickly with the dishes from the kitchen, especially since we had been told we would have a long wait for the pizza. Generous portions, like true Calabrians 😉, and delicious. The house antipasto was delicious and typical, and the rasping pizza was also very tasty. The kindness and helpfulness of everyone truly impressed and captivated us. We will definitely be back for the pizza, which we learned is also made for celiacs by the pizza chef. 22/08/2025: We came from Rome to eat amazing pizza, phenomenal fried foods, and sandwiches that are out of this world! The staff and owners are the icing on the cake. What can I say.... I would recommend it to anyone because when you put your heart into it, in addition to excellent ingredients, you can taste the difference!

26/09/2025: Spurred by the positive reviews, we decided to try this pizzeria. We started with a classic frittatina, which was good, not very crispy, but the flavor was good. We followed with a quadrotto with raw shrimp and classic montanare. The quadrotto tasted good, but the dough wasn't the softest. But what surprised me, and not in a good way, were the montanare: they were very hard and, at times, crunchy. The dough was a bit "gnucco," absolutely far from the Neapolitan montanara tradition. We continued with a "Diego" pizza and a "Popolana" which, unfortunately, didn't particularly impress us as the dough wasn't as soft as we expected (and as we're used to with Neapolitan pizza) due to the high expectations raised by the various awards the place boasts. The buffalo mozzarella and fior di latte were not very flavorful. A pizza, to say the least, average. The service, however, was attentive and fast. A very nice place overlooking the sea. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is a little high for some of the products used. As a native of Campania, would I recommend it? Well, not really, but there are better options.

25/09/2025: First time at this restaurant. First of all, a very positive note about the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. The pizzas were top-notch. Excellent flavor and high-quality ingredients. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, with a terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent prices and fast service. We will gladly return.

20/09/2025: The average reviews and excellent location made me apprehensive. However, the calamari turned out to be delicious, and the pizza was one of the best I've ever had. The perfect wine was the icing on the cake. A wonderful dinner with a stunning view.
