07/07/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Catanzaro. Compliments to everyone, from the chef to the manager. Equipped with the n.1 rotisserie in cz, and the pizza, also one of the best I've ever tasted. Impeccable service and environment. Updated 06/07/2025 Ate half a meter of mixed fried food. How delicious. Unique seafood fusilli.

27/08/2025: A restaurant with great potential, except for a few small issues: we asked for a buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto (€10) and were served a plate with four slices of prosciutto and two small, refrigerated eggplant slices passed off as buffalo mozzarella. We specifically asked for two Italian appetizers (there were five of us: the waiter assured us that one appetizer was perfect for two people, so two would be fine with the addition of prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella). Besides having to reiterate our order because the waiter insisted on forcing us to eat the entire appetizer (an Italian appetizer plus tripe, which we don't eat but apparently, according to the waiter, "you can't say you don't like it if you don't try it," even in a rather annoyed way. We don't eat tripe because we've already eaten it, and don't indulge our taste buds), we were served a plate with 10 slices of cured meat (count them, not just a random number) and two small eggplant slices, the same ones as the buffalo mozzarella described above. Vegetable dish: two slices of zucchini, two slices of eggplant, and some puntarelle all'agro (sour chicory): this one was also recommended (one for two people), but the reality is that only one person can eat it: we felt like five ants putting off food for the winter, and considering the overall price of just the appetizer, it's truly surreal. The first courses are the most borderline and, even days later, still confuse me: the dishes themselves are excellent (they could have improved the gluten-free dish: the short pasta, like the penne, never pair them with any particular ragù, the sauce stays on the plate and doesn't hold together at all), but there's so much, so much oil. Too much oil. Perfect place, impeccable courtesy from the owners, and the final price of €120, split between five people, was also excellent (but ruined by the fake refrigerator hoax and the liters of oil on the plate), but they should reconsider the positions of some of the workers, from the kitchen to the dining room.

26/08/2025: Oh dear! How me and my family love Rainero’s restaurant. And now, with new location in the center of Nemi. So much fantastic food, absolutely the best pasta, my daughter dreams of it ♥️ Sides are delicious, and the pizzas - mamma mia they are good. New wines as well, with some very high class ones among them. As always, the staff is sweet, funny, interested, even the kitchen staff. See you soon again 👍🏻

03/06/2025: For the first time, having happened to be in the area for work, I searched for this pizzeria and based on the reviews. Very good take-away pizzas, excellent pasta, abundant ingredients. The only flaw: they were a little salty. I highly recommend

14/08/2025: An experience to forget... the appetizer consisted of Ragusa scaccie, not fresh but reheated and therefore dry and inedible, and the stale bread was a real pain to break. The first courses were presented on a single plate, consisting of three ravioli and a handful of cavatelli, covered with a couple of spoonfuls of sauce. The second course consisted of 3 cm of sausage and 30 g of meat in an unsalted sauce, sweet and sour rabbit without the sweetness, with two pieces of bone, but plenty of carrots and celery. My wife ordered the sweet and sour chicken, with the same result, but with only one chicken wing. Naturally, the bill would have been huge at Cracco's restaurant. Never again... and I hope they realize what they're offering and reconsider their offer. I forgot... there were four of us.

22/08/2025: The wonderful waiter who got the order wrong had ordered two strozzapreti with seafood and a mixed fried dish as a second course there were 2 of us and a strozzapreti and a fried dish arrived immediately a first course was missing but the waitress left it anyway... the strozzapreti was inedible, the pasta was overcooked and completely tasteless... at least use a quality pasta if you buy pasta... we pointed this out the waiter made us 2 strozzapreti with the chef's apologies... inedible we got up and at the cashier we were told... if you don't like our cooking it's not our problem... this is the answer... having said that we paid about 45 euros and headed to the restaurant further on... very friendly we ate very well and spent 90 euros but spent willingly... I don't recommend it

26/08/2025: Very good pizzas. They offer various sizes and flavors, from single to quadruple. The gluten-free pizza is also very good. The night I dined at this pizzeria, they had run out of single dough, so some friends had to agree to split double and quadruple doughs.

23/08/2025: Really good! We all ordered pizza. The waitress was really nice and the pizza came in about 15 minutes or so. The pizza was delicious. Perfect if you want to try the delicious pizza of Italy!!

Non ho trovato solo buon cibo e ottima accoglienza...ma una grande Famiglia e ottimi nuovi amici Solitamente mi capita di fare richieste particolari in quanto vegetariana ... Ho chiesto cosa si potesse fare ed è arrivata al mio tavolo "la Nonna cochia" in persona per concordare qualsiasi pietanza avessi voluto! Non mi sono mai sentita così a casa quanto in questo ristorante. Grazie alle mie due sorelle preferite Vanessa e Valentina per avermi imparato tanto . 07/09/2025: Since it was my first time, I have to say that I will definitely be back... the fish-based food is really good... the pizza dough is digestible and the homemade desserts are excellent... also recommended for those who are lactose intolerant and suffer from celiac disease... both in the drinks and in the dishes and desserts... the waiters are kind and professional... congratulations

13/08/2025: Looking through past reviews, a negative one from a year ago stated that the price of Coke consumed at your restaurant was excessive. Your response was that drinking a Coke in Milan at a UNIQUE and ETHICAL place justifies the price. I hope there was a careless/spelling error, and I believe no explanation is needed to describe how ethical a multinational of that kind is and the numerous damages to the environment/wildlife/local population, etc., etc. Otherwise, you have time to improve and revise your "ethics," which I hope aren't just driven by revenue but are the result of genuine interest and concern for our planet and all who inhabit it. You have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind restaurant with an excellent menu; be careful to maintain consistency.

07/06/2025: Exceptional, phantasmagorical! The best dinner I've had this year. My wife and I ordered 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, a fruitarian pizza and 2 desserts... everything sublime 🤯

19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. Come on! 💪🏼😃😃😃
