23/07/2025: From the outside, it doesn't look very well-maintained, but once inside, I changed my mind. The apartment has been renovated with modern, yet mountain-style furnishings; it was very clean; the kitchen equipment was OK.

16/02/2025: Very beautiful structure, renovated and equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in an apartment with sauna and hydromassage, tastefully furnished and well heated. Friendly and readily available staff. The only flaw is the lack of napkins or placemats for any meals. For the rest really excellent value for money!

07/08/2025: Very unusual menu, but they didn't even say goodbye to us when we left.

06/08/2025: Not very satisfied. Starting with the menu, there were only two dishes with fresh fish; the rest were all frozen (which is a bit strange for a seafood restaurant). The wine and bread were brought after we had received the appetizers and after I had requested them at least four times. I tried the shrimp ceviche, which was honestly good, but there were only four shrimp, and considering the price of the dish (18 euros), it was a steal. Overall, very poor value for money.

09/08/2025: I'm happy to confirm the other reviews. We stopped here on our way to Sicily thanks to the positive reviews, and they are more than confirmed. Excellent food, great service, and a reasonable price. We had a great time and will definitely recommend it to friends.

22/08/2025: A very charming location with numerous design elements: large spaces and a quiet atmosphere, allowing for conversation with other diners and a peaceful dinner. A wide selection of doughs and pizzas to suit all tastes: the charcoal dough stands out for being very digestible and light. The service was precise, courteous, and punctual, and the excellent management of the dining room is noteworthy. The ingredients are truly high-quality, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended for a delicious pizza, with a choice of dough and lactose- and gluten-free options. The cuisine is also excellent.

19/08/2025: We hadn't booked, but they found us a spot anyway. The girls serving were very kind and friendly. The platters and pizzas were delicious, and the beer was excellent. I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

17/08/2025: An exceptional and unforgettable experience. We stayed at this hotel for a week and felt pampered every day, as if we were at home. From the rich and delicious breakfast to the always well-stocked dinners with a variety of options. A special mention goes to Sigfrido, the tireless waiter who brightened our days with his jokes and courtesy; to our colleague in the dining room, whose name I unfortunately don't remember; to Niccolò at the front desk and our lovely colleague from Cremona, who always responded efficiently to our questions and concerns. The entire staff, in any case, was always top-notch and made our week truly enjoyable. What more can I say? Thank you, Hotel Dolomiten: we hope to see you again soon!

16/07/2025: Sometimes you overcook a pizza, and in that case, you expect it to be remade properly. My pizza, a Napoli with added arugula, was overcooked, burned in some areas, especially the bottom and sides, and the large layer of mozzarella was darkened. So, between the parts I had to remove and the overcooked parts, my review isn't in line with the average rating. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning.

16/07/2025: Allergy awareness and customer service: zero. Various seed oils used everywhere, even in the pizza dough and pasta water. Our nut allergy sufferer couldn't eat anything, but we were notified only after the appetizers arrived (so we couldn't leave). The allergen wasn't listed on the menu. Finally, they made a tomato pasta dish "separated from the rest of the pasta" (...) and charged 9 euros for this gourmet dish!!!

23/07/2025: Very good service & delicious pizza! Lovely to sit on the terrace with lovely view on the mountain and there’s a great choice of desserts. I’d recommend parking at the Terme just in the opposite of the restaurant.

31/07/2025: Serata tra amici....in due hanno preso la pizza: una alle verdure e una 4 stagioni senza pomodoro con doppia mozzarella, io volevo provare la puccia e ho preso quella più costosa da 12 euro. Premetto che io mangio anche i sassi ma la puccia mi è toccato lasciarla nel piatto per un terzo perché proprio non andava giù.....pazienza dicevo! La cosa che più mi ha infastidito è stato al momento del conto con scontrino che riportava solo il totale e nessuna specifica, ammettendo che abbiamo speso al max 30 euro tra puccia e pizze, come si fa a pagare 60 euro, quindi per il bere 30 , con un acqua naturale, due birre medie, due caffè e un sorbetto al caffè??? Se volevate far scappare 3 clienti, ci siete riusciti in pieno! Pizze normali, la puccia lasciamola perdere e prezzo improponibile! A MAI PIÙ!!!

02/07/2025: Pizza with excellent dough with the option to ask for it thick or thin. If you ask for it thin, the cooking is crispy even in the middle, which is unusual. The tomato is good and the burrata is fresh. I recommend it
