15/12/2024: In questa pizzeria fanno una pizza fantastica. Usano lievito madre perché essendo intollerante ai lieviti posso mangiare solo impasti con lievito madre. È enorme e sono sempre con ingredienti abbondanti. Il prezzo è un po’ sopra alla media ma ne vale la pena. Se a volte è capitato che dimenticano un ingrediente richiesto loro la volta dopo ti fanno lo sconto. Da provare 👍

11/01/2025: ieri sera cena da gaia bio, presente la signora Triana, una dei due manager, e la collaboratrice Giulia, silenziosa come l'altra (Emanuela) ma molto professionale e gentile. Stavolta ho provato una pizza vegana, molto buona e particolare, differente da tutte le pizze che si possono trovare in giro, ero stato varie volta da gaia bio ma avevo sempre preso pasta o riso mai pizza. Altri hanno preso riso nero, straccetti, pasta con lupini, insomma tutto ottimo. per concludere uno strudel, perfettamente eseguito. Tutti i dolci e i gelati sono fatti da loro. Da bere il rosso piceno che prendo sempre, buono e genuino stamattina niente mal di testa. Ottima anche la grappa, si puo' scegliere tra varie qualita'. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente non eccessivi. Volendo proprio fare una critica, la vetrata che da' sulla strada non e' schermata da tende o piante, come avviene in tantissimi ristoranti nel mondo, quindi chi siede al tavolo e' visibile dalla strada come in vetrina, a me non da fastidio ma qualcuno attento alla privacy puo' non gradire. Ma vabbe', noi senza dubbio torneremo. Locale strapieno, indispensabile prenotare per tempo. giovanni

01/01/2025: Last year, son and husband went out for pizza three times. Now we were out and about in the area again as a family and were once again very excited about the delicious pizzas - plenty of toppings, delicious and the dough was perfect - we actually wanted to come by again on New Year's Day, unfortunately the pizzeria was closed. We went to another pizzeria that wasn't nearly as tasty. Maybe we'll come by again in a year 😊 Thanks for the delicious food.

The ingredients are of excellent quality and the quantity leaves nothing to be desired either. The staff is always very kind and friendly and home deliveries are efficient. 29/10/2024: Une expérience dans un cadre authentique "comme à la maison' dans cette petite pizzeria des hauts de Cagliari pourtant fréquentée exclusivement par les touristes, du moins lors de notre passage. Seulement 6 tables, Madame au service, monsieur derrière les fours à pizza, un duo au top et tellement chaleureux et soucieux de la clientèle, vraiment merci. Une pizza du jour blanche bollets-gorgonzola absolument délicieuse, une pâte fine, légère et également bien digeste. Les desserts fait maison sont à recommander, tiramisu et pana cota validés par Nos soins. Une très bonne expérience dans un cadre authentique à des prix tout à fait raisonnables pour Cagliari. Vraiment, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés en pensant toutefois à bien réserver !
