They even managed to accommodate gluten-free options for celiac guests. A contemporary trattoria perfectly captures the concept. The spacious and very quiet atmosphere is refined with a modern design and taste. The service was impeccable, friendly, and professional.

The pizzas were very good, perhaps too thin for my taste, but other than that, nothing to complain about. The only flaw is perhaps that the place is very small and gets very crowded in the evenings.

06/10/2025: I speak as a Neapolitan who was fed pizza. We happened to pass through this little town one day. It was around 8:00 PM. We were hungry, and the little ones were crying for the same reason. Then this little pizzeria appeared under the arcades. We stopped and ordered four pizzas. The owners treated us wonderfully, even though it only seats 20, and they immediately found us a table for the four of us. As soon as they brought our pizzas, we were speechless. I immediately noticed that the dough was made with biga, a very rare ingredient in small-town pizzerias. The toppings were top-quality, with Agerola fior di latte cheese, among the best in Italy, if not the world. And what can I say? A unique flavor, but above all, easy to digest. In fact, we ordered another one to take away, which we ate when we got home. There were a lot of people waiting outside that evening, but they still made it very quickly, a sign of good organization. Since then, once a month, we go to Arluno to eat pizza at Stuzzi, even though we live in Monza. Top top top

02/12/2025: We had 6 pizzas, including two gluten-free ones. The pizzas were very good, but I'd like to focus on the gluten-free ones. The dough was really good, and I'm not celiac. You couldn't really tell the difference from the regular one, and the dough was really light. I highly recommend it. My compliments also for their punctuality. They're very well organized. 5 stars.

10/12/2025: Calling it a pizzeria or pinseria is, in my opinion, a decidedly understatement. At this restaurant run by Biagio, I had a truly extraordinary culinary experience. The dishes show the passion, research, and work that goes into what's served. It's undeniably superior to the average restaurant around, and the prices are decidedly affordable. I will definitely return to this restaurant as soon as I have the chance. In my opinion, it's worth a visit, and for me, coming from Bologna, as @BrunoBarbieri says, "It's worth the trip."

21/10/2025: On Sunday, I bought the Margherita and found it topped with much less tomato and mozzarella. Strange, I usually get served by the owner, and the pizza is much better...

I chose to celebrate my birthday here with my family and was thrilled: the pizza menu is extensive, sophisticated, and of the highest quality, the place is meticulously maintained, and the staff is kind and attentive. The real treat? A bouquet of flowers given by the staff when they said goodbye—a simple yet heartfelt gesture that truly touched me. 05/11/2025: Luigi is a good host and master of the art, thoroughly describing his dishes and wine pairings. The three stars, rather than four, are due to the complete lack of tablecloths and the fact that I had to ask for cutlery to share some shared dishes with other diners. Even a simple white table runner, given the presence of a cutlery rest and the price, would prevent the (black) tables from being covered in fingerprints! Good luck, Luigi; you're already good, but you can still improve.

If you're in Monreale, it would be a shame not to stop by Taverna del Pavone. Highly recommended.
